Havent been to a game store in forever.. was surprised to see the one in the mall closed.. looking for ideas and stopped in to see what was new . The clerk was really knowledgeable and helpful. In todays day of customer service this guy Im sorry I didnt get his name went beyond looking answers up to help me out.. lol definitely felt old when he mentioned his mother also complains about the prices of videos games.. will definitely be back and recommend this game stop to everyone but my cousin..

Manager a couple years ago gave me issues (bald gentleman), but I forgot to drop a review back then. Let me preface by explaining that GameStop policy states that if you aren’t satisfied with a purchase of a pre-owned game, that you can return the game within a certain period of time. I played a game once on my PS4 and a day later said I wanted to return it (to exchange for another, more expensive game that I was going to pay the difference for), but the manager said I couldn’t return it because I had played it. Was very aggressive towards me as well and embarrassed me in front of his employees and the other customers present. Decided to go to the Melbourne Mall instead and explained the situation. Left there a lot happier and with the game I wanted. In regards to the situation at the Wickham location, I have moved since then, so I cannot speak for their current staff situation, but that was a poor example of customer service and dropped my expectations for further interactions with the brand. Definitely not someone they should be letting represent them, so I will increase my rating if I learn they have since dealt with the issue at hand.

Everyone is super helpful and I always can trust their advice when purchasing things for my son.

Very cordial and quick with my return. They have awesome accessories and toys that go on sale that I tend to get for myself or as a birthday gift. Mostly just for me though.

This store is well laid out and immaculately merchandised. This is no easy task, considering the sheer number of different things they sell. The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely happy I stopped in.

Just bought the Playstation Classic Mini Console. They were $100, but the guys there told us theyd be going on sale real soon. So they honored the sale price for me right there, on the spot. Was $100. I paid $60! Thanks guys! Two snaps and a twist!

Employees saw a handicap trying to get into the store and he was struggling to open the door and still didn’t help him, they just kept looking like nothing!!! They never greet or are willing to help

Its a hit or miss with this location. The staff seem to be genuinely helpful, but the management leaves a lot to be desired. While the store is always well organized, any time you have a problem with one of your purchases, they will seem almost abject to fixing your issue.

Slow service, was not greeted, and gamestop associate decides to take a lunch break when there is 5 customers in line waiting. 2 with massive trade ins including myself so Im driving to Viera Gamestop instead to do business. Will not do any business at this store again.

If you find yourself with one of the iffy employees like Corey S., youll have a bad experience. Abrupt and rude, slamming cabinets and the register. Overpowering body mist, too. Not a good experience this time, but I do appreciate their selection of video game titles and the atmosphere.

I was in there today to trade in a cell phone. I had the bad fortune of dealing with the Assistant Manager, Amanda. She clearly has not taken customer service 101. She was so disrespectful and rude and clearly thinks she is better than everyone else. I will never shop at this Game Stop again. If you wish to be cheated and disrespected then shop here, if you want to be shown respect then shop at the Game Stop at the Melbourne Square Mall. I will be calling the corporate office to file a formal complaint about this ......person.

Bald dude that manages the place is the rudest human being Ive ever met. Honestly was three seconds from telling him to go f*** himself. Overly confrontational every time Im there, very arrogant, doesnt abide by company policy (which he makes up terrible excuses for), and just has the worst attitude of any employee Ive ever met of any establishment. Someone is going to rightfully put that guy in his place one day.
