Ted at Tedco Electronics bailed me out of a big jam. Our Camaro was stolen and the thieves cut the On-Star VCIM cable so it couldn’t be tracked. Thankfully it was recovered, but it was not running right. Evidently the cable is also involved in controlling the fuel pump. The Chevrolet dealership did not have a way of finding me this cable and suggested I replace the entire wiring harness ($2000). Ted spliced the two coaxial ends together, tested for continuity, and sent me on my way. Car runs perfect and onboard diagnostic detects no issues. Thanks again Ted. I’ll be in touch soon - Amir

Very good for people who need capacitors and other electronics for repairing radios tv or appliances.Also they have a lot of digital antennas so you can cut the cable. Very impressed with the amount of channels I am getting in and they have someone that can install if you like.Actually just a cool place to visit too they have been around since 1966 in Melbourne Florida.

This is about the only place around to get capacitors and other parts for small equipment repairs. The owner is very knowledgeable and professional. Great place. Cant recommend enough.

Tedco has been my one-stop shop for electronic supplies for nearly 30 years. This shop is one of a kind. Im an electrical engineer and a Ham radio operator and find it refreshing to see a shop that offers supplies for the inner workings of our electrical hobbies. The owner has that old school knowledge that is simply hard to find in this Era of software-driven, throw-away electronics. If you have an electrical, electronic or Ham radio interest you owe to yourself to check this shop out.

Love this store! Without Tedco I would have been waiting 3 weeks for a simple capacitor. They have pretty much everything you would need to repair any kind of electronics.

A nice establishment somewhat of a pillar to Brevard County Fl. over 50 years standing in the same spot someone might even consider a landmark a place I would visit with my father as a young boy. My father stopping in to buy items for his CB radio. a small mom-and-pop shop that was able to outlast the big boys like Radio Shack. I had a problem with my AC estimate to fix whats between 1800 and 2000 dollars. but with the help of Ted hes able to locate me the right Round Disc capacitors for the price of $6.29 so I would like to say thanks to a team of great guys making a difference with electronic store job well done Tedco Electronics keep up the good work.

Places like this used to be every city years ago. Now they are almost gone. But Tedco has been there for decades, almost unchanged (parts have gotten more modern, of course). I first visited in 1979. Walking around inside is like a trip back to the mid sixties in some ways. Yes, Ted can be brusk but also very helpful. A landmark for sure.

I love this place it has just everything New and Old, I felt like a kid again when I was there seeing all kinds of things from my childhood, I went there to buy an antenna and get rid of cable (Back To Old School) They did a great job, Ive had it now for 5 months works great for me and it feels great not having a Cable Bill, The elderly Man there has a awesome knowledge of things he blew my mind, I highly recommend all your electronic matters to them they know what theyre doingMiguel

For the last several months I have spent over 400 dollars of parts purchases online. For each and every part I needed I called TEDCO and I get the same: Dont have, no demand for, never heard of!

Ted, the owner was super helpful to us and was able to match up a run/start capacitor for us for our ceiling fan. Ted’s Store is like finding a gold mine of electronic components. He is the only store around the replaces a “RadioShack” type store. Thank you so much Ted.

Sometime ago I had brought a phone my grandmother had given me Mr. Tedco fixed it and it worked as a extension phone I had brought it to several places in several states and still never got anywhere with it I brought it to TEDCO and the question was what do you want to do with it I was flabbergasted, wow I didnt hear no we cant do that sorry 3 days later I was talking to my mom on it I sure am glad we have a shop like that in my town

Went there just to browse and then I remembered that I needed a high power resistor for one of my projects. I asked if they had it and sure enough they had it and at a very good price.

Gentleman that owns and operates this place is old school but hes extremely knowledgeable about electronics and will help you right there at the counter if you need help or parts with electronics this is the man to go see

I recently got the bug to go back to my old two channel vacuum tube Stereo including a turntable to play records I haven’t listened to in 40 years. This place is a gem, a true time capsule of all that is great about old electronics. Ted is as grumpy and cantankerous as can be but he’s there to help and if anyone knows his business Ted does. This is a dying breed of store where you can come in with a board out of a plasma TV and source new replacement parts at very reasonable prices. The gentlemen behind the counter were knowledgeable and friendly. They even helped me with some basic soldering of some capacitors. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for electronic parts. Dont let the exterior fool you... be glad that this store exists in the area and that they keep prices and overhead low!

Went to Tedco to purchase an antennae, I told them where I lived and they sold me one, told me how to set it up and point it, now my TV memorized 67 free channels from the Orlando area transmitter. I highly recommend them for your electronic needs. Ted introduced himself to me, what a great guyThanks Ted!

Love this place and Ted is great! If you enjoy legacy electronics and vintage audio it is a must see place. They do virtually all of my stereo maintenance.

Tedco is the only place in town I trust for repair of audio equipment. The service is excellent and the prices are fair. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of repairs or questions about electronics and related equipment.

Some things never change. I lived here in the late 1970s and came back about 7 years ago. I went in and I am pretty sure it is the same guy behind the counter. Much of the stock seems to be the same also.

Last of the Mohicans in old school Electronic and Electrical suppy stores! I needed a 9 volt battery connector and Google said they had it! Which they did! Google also mentioned that a bunch of online places that I could obtain one, but this was the only local business that came up. The store is full of just about everything in electrical and electronic parts that you may need! Friendly, knowledgeable fellas behind the counter to help you too!!!

This place is the real deal,........ and you get TED. He is a wealth of knowledge. The store would take you back to the 50s or 60s (if you are that old). He ordered me a new stylus for my turntable, it eventually came in and it did not fit. He was more than willing to rectify it, yet gladly let me buy a new Shure cartridge and stylus for an upcharge of $30. Used albums for $1, used stereo gear. Next to the trackson Babcock. Worth the visit.

I am telling you this guys been in business for as old as your grandmother is.... it literally seems like a hoarders dream but Im telling you this gentleman has any part you could ever imagine or even think of my husband has used him several times and its been where hes stuck between a rock and a hard place on a job and needs a part that he cannot find anywhere we go here and he has it. He is a LIFE SAVER forsure!!!!! If you ever need a part that they say is obsolete or you cannot find or its going to be on backorder for months go here people he will most likely 99.9999% have it... Over 50 Years and Still The Best

I needed an obscure cable to connect a cash drawer to my POS system. They didnt have it, but they had the parts to build it and did so in the time it took me to drive over and pick it up. Great service!

Wow, still in business after 50+ years. Had everything I needed to rework a technic record player. I had to rerurn with an issue, Ted took all the time needed to resolve. Even took time to do a whole set up to check out receiver amd speakers. While packing up I heard him helping out another guy with airplane parts. Talk about multi-tasking!

If it is electrical Tesco has it. Owner Ted has been in business it seems forever and he has the knowledge to go with it. Always go to him and especially since Radio Shacks are no longer around. He has all the ordinary and unordinary parts you need.

Couldnt fix our product, which I have no issue with. But instead of calling me and/or leaving me a voicemail, they just never contacted me to notify me that it could not be fixed. Wasted my time when I couldve been looking for a new product.

Very good place to buy electronics parts for DIYs, hams, but are otherwise only available through Digikey or other mail order. Even has tubes, turntables and needles. Has scanners and HTs for ham. Very knowledgeable staff.

Screw Radioshack - this place is the bees knees. Bought a reel-to-reel player for my husband last time I was in. If you need a random cable that you cant find anywhere else or if youre a Maker/DIYer - this is the place to go! Takes credit cards too which is awesome as well!

Outstanding good place to find that hard to find Hi-Fi parts

Very knowledgeable folks here and they are old school as am I when it comes to fixing something. Id rather repair it then just replace it at quadruple the price and they were able to repair a control board for me for only $10.......try that anywhere else!

Wanna talk about rude. I call up to get a a range quote and get talked down to. I would for-sure steer clear been in Brevard 28 years never had a business talk to me like that when im calling to use their services.
