The worst customer service I have ever had. Charlie the owner have been so disrespectful to my kid in the way he talks to him, and to us. Matt did not answer my questions properly and ignored me by hanging up the phone. I bought a graphics card and it only lasted for 1 month before it became a non repairable state. I had to bring my computer back to get it fixed. It has been in store for 3 months! The issue to this day has not been resolved. I have been kindly asking him to resolve the matter but he has been making barely any effort to my request. Your better of going to a different store to fix a computer issue and buying computer components. This is not a good place to bring your computer unless you want to wait for a long time.

The staff were very nice and helpful to my situation. And they gave good tips to fix my problem. I would definitely come here again.

There is no nonsense, you give them a computer, they fix it. Its one of the few shops that can do board level repairs. They repaired my laptop when every other store I went to turned me away.

Shadiest business Ive ever had to deal with. Business owner told me he couldnt fix my laptop and when I came to pick it up his partner told me he didnt have it to pick up. They will string you along and straight up lie to you. Never do business with these scumbags. Youre better off going to Geek Squad at Best Buy.

Try Bits Computer instead of Geek squad!One of my top 5 all-time greatest customer service experiences was with Charlie at Bits Computer. 3 trips to Best Buy were a complete waste of time and money. My PC wouldnt charge. Best Buy tried to up sell me into buying a new PC, and Geek Squad didnt want to be bothered with it because its too old and we cant order the parts. Yeah, right! Ive had the same PC for 8 years, and it never gave me an issue until last week. Anyway, after wasting all that effort at Best Buy / Geek Squad (never again, for my time *or* my business), I took it down the road to Charlie. He took one quick look at the PC, took out the battery, and plugged it in. IT WORKED FINE. All I need is a new battery! Charlie and Bits Computer encompass the kind of mom-and-pop service that is so hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a bad hard drive in my computer. Not only did they replace the hard drive they also mirrored the bad one and put all my data and programs back on exactly the way they were. I would highly recommend them.

Very good computer store been purchasing parts and service here for years. I build my PC at home and if theres something that I cant repair this is where I go.They recommended the components for me to build my own computer and that was 7 years ago its still running fine and I use it everyday it almost never turns off. Some video editing and some blogging and has continued to run strong through the years. We have had 2 store bought Samsung and Toshiba laptops that have both lived out their entire lives and moved on to the recycle heap living their own full lives its shadow while my desktop computer still runs on strong. If you need something generic or something specific this has been where Ive gone.

Bought a motherboard from Bits because my old one had gotten fried. The new one ended up have boot time issues and power down issues. I kept it for a few months to try and fix it but to no avail, so I took it back to Bits since it has a year warranty. They kept my computer for an entire month, and told me Youre good to come pick it up! I got there and as they were giving it back to me they told me that none of my issues have been resolved. So.....My computer sat there for a month and nothing got fixed so they just gave it back to me. I get it home and now it doesnt even BOOT UP ANYMORE! And my motherboard is missing 3 screws!! This place has no idea how to run a business and its a LAUGHABLE company. Never bringing my business here again.

Go straight here for computer fixes instead and avoid Best Buy / Geek Squad altogether. The guys at Bits helped us as soon as we walked in the door and fixed the PC right away. Best Buy wanted us to wait 2.5 weeks and charge us hundreds of dollars for what Bits did in 30 minutes for a fraction of the price. Great experience with Bits!

This store is a great resource for hard to find or high-end computer components. Over the last few years theyve also helped to diagnose several hardware failures. Its not the sort of place to go browsing for stuff, but if you have a problem or a specific need they are worth a visit.

I am the type of person who never writes a bad review, but you have to earn it....And Bits Computer did. I had a MotherBoard Meltdown, and they were so kind, fast, competent and cost-effective in helping me with my computers problems, I was blown away.. I know nothing about computers. I consider these computer technologists to be akin to a doctor. The computer had a problem, they diagnosed it...conducted surgery and voila! a computer that works. And unlike some doctors, in a cost-effective manner. Kudos! And I will spread the word.

This is the only computer repair business in this area that is even remotely close to being ethical or competent. It is a little expensive, but the owner knows what hes doing.

They fixed my laptop quickly, and in the next couple weeks I had trouble with my laptop not relating to the original problem. The guys there took the time to figure out what was wrong and get it running properly and didnt even charge me for the following visits since they were easy fixes. I would definitely recommend them!

They do alright work, except that they take weeks. I dropped my PC off and they told me about 2-3 days. I call them back A WEEK LATER and they tell me that they are just about to look at it, as in they havent even looked at it yet. They took 2 weeks to finally fix it, so if you dont mind waiting then go ahead but other wise go somewhere else

Poor service. Sets unrealistic expectations.My wifes laptop had a The User Profile Service failed the logon error message. I was out of town so she took the laptop to Bits Computer. They told her it was probably a virus and it would take 2-3 days for them to fix it. I called about 48 hours after they received it and was told they had not even looked at it because they were too busy and it would take another 2-3 days. The person on the phone was extremely rude, so I decided it was time to take my business elsewhere.I retrieved the laptop, turned it on, saw the error message, and typed the error message into Google. It appears this is a common problem as Microsoft had published a very detailed article about this on their support site. I followed the instructions and 20 minutes later the PC was up and running. I then scanned the computer for viruses. No virus was present.Bits readily took my wifes computer but did absolutely nothing because they were too busy. They wrongly assumed it was a virus, when in fact it had a common problem. As a result of their sub-par service, the laptop sat in a box for two days untouched. Bits set an unrealistic expectation just to capture the business. Obviously they dont need the business, so I suggest you go elsewhere.

I needed a new part for my PC. They said it would take 2-3 days for it to ship, and I couldn’t imagine it taking more than two hours to install. It’s been over a week and still nothing.

Promptly diagnosed a bad motherboard in less than 24 hours and then offered a couple practical solutions that helped to keep my repair cost down. Thanks Bits!

Worst service ever. A two week estimate turned into 5 months. When I called to see if my computer was fixed, they would put me on hold and not pick the phone back up. Do yourself a favor and send your computer to the manufacturer. You will save time and headaches.
