They put a screen protector on that had A BUG TRAPPED UNDER IT. And when I brought it back they claimed it wasnt a bug, didnt clean it off all the way, when it LITERALLY HAD WINGS!!! DONT GO HERE!!!

Very unprofessional. Made a mistake on my account and essentially blamed me. Put incorrect glass on my phone, then tried to say I didnt buy it there, as if i were lying. Even after showing my receipt, they still gave me a hard time. Very short girl that works there has a very nasty attitude. Even told me my phone was free when clearly I had the receipt to prove otherwise. Kept insisting that my husband payed nothing when i said it was a Christmas gift. No class what so ever. Seemed uneducated when speaking. I will never go there again. I have always used the Metro on Lake Washington. Never had a problem. They are kind, patient, and professional.

DO NOT USE SMART PAY UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF THE PHONE YOU ARE TRYING TO PURCHASE! The NEW management made it sound like it was just a way to spread out the payment so we could actually have iphones, like the rest of the world. And there would be NO FEES if we paid off our phones in 90 days. Our purchase price was around $500 in the end we wouldve paid double. And the pay off price if you want to pay it off in 90 days is $250. So they find a way to get you even when you are just wanting to pay the damn thing off!!!! My advice is to never believe anything these salespeople who probably dont have a high school diploma and thats why they work at Metro, and are just trying to rip people off. Oh and dont get me wrong, they were really friendly bc theyre trying to make a sale!
