Recently had my wife’s iPad Air 2 repaired. While the glass was intact, the underlying LCD was destroyed (which I didn’t know was possible). This is an older iPad, so the cost to replace the screen was comparable to the cost of buying a refurbished model. However, the storage on this one is much larger than the available refurbs and it has my wife’s name engraved on the back…so I went ahead and paid for the repair. It was returned to me the very next day in great shape, like new! Friendly customer service as well. While I hope not to return in the future, I certainly will if I need more electronic repairs.

Not sure if it was an off day or what. I brought my phone to have the charging port looked at. It was charging, but if the cable was bumped it would stop. The clerk took my phone in the back, did some testing, came back and explained he was having the same issue however it was now showing the moisture alert on the phone. I suspected it was because the way he cleaned it may have caused this. I agreed to purchase the new port. I came back to pick up the phone to find the front screen full of scratches. I pointed it out and even mentioned their own inspection document showed the phone was practically in perfect condition. He said that just means the screen is not cracked bad excuse. The phone was not scratched when I gave it to them and was scratched when I picked it up. They also broke the glass on the back, which they are reparing at no charge, but it means a third trip.I would have appreciated a little better resolution to the damage I pointed out, rather than saying I dont know how that happened etc.I tried calling the customer support number provided, but after waiting 25 minutes for someone to answer I gave up.

These people have it all figured out!. 2 hour turn around very knowledgeable people and the use Original parts! Fair prices. So if you need some electronics repaired they seem to fix almost everything!

Fixed my phone screen same day under samsungs warranty. Noticed my camera housing shifted after I got home, but brought it back and they got it corrected quickly again without any issues. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. It was a brand new phone so I was not happy the screen just died, but glad this place was local to get it running again.

So my iPhone XS was having issues charging, the port for the cable wasn’t working, brought my phone in and instead of just replacing the part they looked at and realized it was dirty. Cleaned it for free, took the time to show me how to clean it my self. They could have easily just taken my money and swapped the not broken part. This place has some real integrity. Will have my business next time for sure.

My phone fell, cracked, and flickered non-stop. Thanks to my insurance, I only had to pay a few dollars to replace the screen. UBreakiFix repaired my phone within 2 hours, which I didnt mind because there are so many stores and eateries nearby.

Did an insurance claim through my phone company, unfortunately this is the only place the company partners with that is remotely near me. Still a 35 minute drive from my house, i get there says they have the screen instock but after they already checked my phone in and removed the screen protector that was holding keeping the screen from cutting my fingers the guy tells me they dont have the screen..... this was Saturday January 9th he says they are ordering it and it should be there Monday, then he calls me later that day says he ordered the screen that it will be there monday i just have to call at&t and reschedule the appointment since he checked the phone in and closed it out. Well i call today to make sure before i get there and get told once again it didnt arrive in the shipment but they will call me when they have it.... now i have to call at&t again to reschedule my appointment. I have a current date phone, so the fact you dont have a simple screen kit is quite baffling considering your whole company is about fixing electronics..... now i still have a broken screen that now has exposed sharp glass because the sales rep removed and threw out my temper glass before ensuring they had the part, only suggestion they gave was that i could purchase one from them. Thanks but no thanks.

I went in to get my S10 fixed, and they got me in immediately and got it fixed in a little over an hour. Sadly, the system had went down and they werent able to get my phone tested and make sure it passes, so I had to sit there for 4 hours and wait after working all day. BUT thats not necessarily their fault. Overall, theyre nice and friendly, and I had no issues with them. They made sure to come out and update me every once in a while. Also, they charged less than any other store around, so I would definitely recommend for repairs. Ill make sure to give them my business if I need anymore repairs!

Austin was so super patient with me. I’m sick and have no voice, so it’s hard to talk. I had my husband’s cell b/c my cell’s screen was not turning in and didn’t know the passcode with AT&T b/c my hubby is the account holder. He walked me through my options, was honest and gave me his recommendation. He tested my screen and reconnected something and all is good. Oh, he did all of this while helping 3 other customers. My bad day turned into a good one b/c of Austin.

Brought two iPads in to get the glass repaired on both. They broke the home button on both (didn’t explain that Touch ID wouldn’t work after the repair). They offered a discount on both the repairs, but it took over a week to get one of the iPads back, and two days for the other iPad, when we were initially told they would be done by the end of the same day. When we picked up the first iPad the screen was unresponsive (they didn’t even test to make sure it worked before giving it back to us) and the home button was janky and hardly works now. We took the iPad that wasn’t functioning to their Merritt island location and they fixed it there after a week. I tried calling and messaging the corporate customer service on Facebook and didn’t receive a response from either attempt.Also, during our initial visit their printer was down and when we went to pick up and pay for the initial repairs their payment system was down. If they can’t even troubleshoot a printer I’d hardly trust them for repairs. That should’ve been my first warning.

RecommendToday was my second experience using ubreakifix for my iPhone 8 green repair. My experience today was better than my last approximately 3 months ago. 90 day warranty, a free screen protector and a $99 special to fix my phone. Only took 30 minutes to fix my screen.

I went to AT&T with a cellphone that I was sure was done, planning to it, I went toAT&IT. The gentleman there sent us to the fix it shop. The gentleman at ubreakifix simply cleaned the portal and didnt charge me a penny. I give you an A+ for honesty! And I will recommend this guy to all. Thank you!

Not only was the display broken but my battery was SWOLLEN and it was bad. This wasn’t the first time I’d taken my phone over to them, they’re great and totally understanding and super nice! I had my phone back in a timely manner and they even put a screen protector on there for me free of charge! Honestly, 10/10 would recommend.

Had to have my screen replaced due to it being shattered. Went in, was given an estimate of time and they finished before the promised time (I chose to wait in store). The man was extremely nice and had a sense of humor and was efficient with the whole transaction! I’m extremely satisfied and had an all around great experience!

I broke the screen on my Galaxy S9+ and they did a great job on fixing it. They came in much cheaper than anyone else and were stopper friendly. Its been two weeks and my phone is working perfect. This is the place to go.

NOW!! they are awful. i dropped a computer off and they had it 3 weeks and it still does not work. there is no communication, the staff is so incredibly rude. These guys are great. My PS4 wasnt acting right and I brought it in to see if anything could be done. Not long after they took it to troubleshoot, they had a course of action. These guys really took care of me. I was out of there in less then an hour. Real professional, and great turn-around. I would recommend these guys for any electronic repair.

Couldnt fix my water damaged phone, but they tried to for free which I was very grateful for. They also explained why they couldnt fix it rather than just telling me it was broke, I found that aspect pretty stand up on their behalf as well. Id revisit them if any other device I have breaks to see if they can fix it.

I read reviews before I decided to take two iPads with cracked screens to them. Initially the service was excellent.Unfortunately, I was completely disappointed with the end result.One of the iPads home buttons did not work after they fixed the screen. I took it back in and they have not been able to fix it. While I was there I noticed that the iPad was bent, which I did not take in like that. They say that they didnt do it, but they were fine when I dropped them off. If it was bent when I took them in, I would of expected them to let me know that it was not going to be able to get fixed but they did not say anything when they inspected them at drop off. Then they said that because it was bent, the screen will not stay glued and therefore the Home button will keep coming loose and it cracked the screen around it. Although they gave me a full refund, I still have an iPad with a cracked screen, bent and with a broken home button. I am in a worse condition then when I walked in with it to get it fixed.The other iPad seemed fine, but not the quality of work that I was expecting. You can tell the screen was replaced by just looking at it. Its been a month and now marks are starting to show up on the screen. I cleaned it just in case it was just that it was dirty, but I can tell it is inside the screen. With the bad experience with the other iPad, I am very unsure about taking it back for the warranty.All in all, I am extremely disappointed with them.

My cell phone had a very large crack on the screen after placing the phone down on a table. I had insurance through Asurion that this was the closest place to have my phone fixed. Both of the people I dealt with when I dropped my phone off and when I picked it up were very customer friendly and knowledgeable on the device and common reasons that the screen cracked from setting it down on a table. They repaired my screen in about 2 hours on a busy Saturday. I couldnt be happier with the customer service and repair my phone received!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.......... I made an appointment for a iPhone 6 Plus Diagnostic Service for 10:00 am, which is when the store is supposed to open. I arrived at 10:00, store was not open, I waited and the store finally opened about 10:15! I had to wait while the employee started up the computers, then I explained that i made an appointment on-line for the above described service. He looked at me blankly and said we dont do iPhone 6 Plus Diagnostic Service. He said the only thing he could do was to replace the screen and see if that fixes the problem. I told him that was not what the companys web site purported. He shrugged and said well that is what corporate does, but each store does their own thing. What a waste of my time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seamless and the turn around time was quick, but the friendly customer service had to be the best part of my experience. My MacBook wasnt working and I dropped it off and a few days later it was like brand new. Also, I got my iPhone 6 battery changed here in a matter of minutes. Definitely recommend.

I had coordinated with Samsung to get warranty work done at the Palm Bay location. I called the store and was given the answer that the phone would still be charged a STORE fee of $50 to perform warranty work. I contacted Samsung to verify if this was legit and they said there should not be a fee since the warranty is still valid. Called the store again and spoke with another person to inform them of what Samsung stated. They said thats correct there should be NO fee since its under warranty. I finally make it to the store and am greeted by the first person that I spoke with on the phone and said conflicting things, but ultimately he stated the device would be repaired under warranty, but there is a $50 STORE fee.Essentially they want to double dip for warranty work from the customer and the manufacturer. I will be contacting Samsung to inform them of their practices. The only reason I am giving the rating of 2 is because of the second person that I spoke with who seemed knowledgeable and knew what he was doing unlike the first person. I have NEVER heard of a store charging an additional fee for WARRANTY work. Ill be sending the S10+ directly to Samsung who graciously sent me a prepaid shipping label.

I cracked the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S9+ pretty badly and they took me in same day, no appointment neccessary, and fixed it same day. They are certified by Samsung, so they use genuine Samsung parts to replace the screen, including a new battery and reseal it so its waterproof again. Both technicians were extremely professional and answered all my questions. Will definitely be using them next time I need their services.

Nick (I believe the owner) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had taken my ancient IPOD to 2 other places that wanted obscene amounts of money to realign the push button in the rotating wheel. Nick not only checked it for other potential problems, but fixed it to like new working order WHILE I WAITED! Maybe these guys are really for cell phones or something but not for consumer electronic repair. I took them a sub woofer and surround sound amp. After not hearing back for a few weeks i stopped in to check in person. They gave me back both pieces and said we could not fix them. when i asked what was wrong with them they said we dont know. I am pretty sure they never even looked at them to see what was wrong. I would not recommend taking that kind of stuff to them.

Man on man where do I begin? With Zero stars. (Wait until the end)So I broke the back of my XS regular gold phone. I wanted it replaced, but I guess thats too much to ask for from them.First time my boyfriend and I asked for a quote for insurance and Anthony said yeah and looked at the damage and said call back and they will order it for me. (I live 45 min away) So I thought awesome! But then, I call back and they tussle me saying you can’t do that over the phone and I told them I was told I could. Well they put in the order.....but apparently a week later no one ever ACTUALLY did anything! So I had to wait even longer for a part to come in. Now I’m about a week away from leaving out of town for 3 weeks, so I’m already upset.Fast forward they get the part in and I bring my phone in. Cleared the day because I work from my phone and left my phone to get fixed by them and it would take a good 5 hours!Well I come to pick it up and ITS STILL SHATTERED BECAUSE THEY COULDN’T ORDER THE CORRECT PART.But thats not the kicker, when I asked for manager they said he left and then I asked again and somehow he magically appeared? *uh oh* 15% off my fixing? Yeah thats going to do me a lot Anthony who ordered it. I leave in 5 days at this point, there’s a weekend and the part won’t be back in time.BUT there’s more so they tell me they are ordered it, but apparently when family called for me THEY DIDN’T EVEN ORDER IT.I’m a business owner and and this type of service, not once, but almost 3 TIMES is absolutely unacceptable.I will drive 5 hours away before I have to come back here.

Previously I filed a review with the same rating and Im giving it again because once again, and for the final time, Tyrone at uBreakiFix at Hammocks Landing has messed up my perfectly fine day. I had brought in my Samsung Galaxy J7 and iPhone 7 for screen replacements. The only issues I had with EITHER phone was that the screens were shattered on both. I was told by Tyrone that I had to wait for the screen to be ordered and sent to the store, but the iPhone would be able to fixed right away and picked up the next day. However, when we came to pick up the iPhone, I had asked the other clerk if my part was in yet. As it turns out, Tyrone never bothered to order my part and simply canceled my ticket. I went ahead and bought a new phone and traded my old one in for what little I could get. But the plot thickens. About 2 days in, my girlfriends iPhone which we had just brought in, was constantly muting her on calls, or muting the other caller. The phone was still within the warranty date so we elected to bring it back and get it looked over. Imagine my shock when I receive a voicemail from our family favorite, Tyrone, to tell me that the proximity sensor is broken and we replaced it, thatll be $89.99, after we brought it in WITH the warranty slip. Called the shop to have Tyrone accuse me of breaking the device and claiming otherwise to get a free repair, Everyone says that, in regards to me stating that we only brought it in to get the screens replaced and that the phone was fully functional when it was left. So after I hung up, I dialed the customer support line and got in touch with Essence who was a superb asset in getting my girlfriends phone back to her without spending an unnecessary 89.99 for something we didnt even do. So thank you for rectifying the issue, I must however sadly state that this will be our last dealing with this business, as we are fully aware that there are many dealing with these problems, yet the issues continue.

Nice kid helped me, called back in 2 hours, was simply a cable that jarred loose. Went to pick it up, grabbed my wallet, he says simple fix no charge! So I tipped him 10$ and extremely happy. DO NOT TAKE YOUR REPAIRS HERE!!! I brought in a iPhone XR for a screen repair under an Asurion claim, I left with a new screen but a non working touch screen and face ID- the claim was marked as repaired and closed. Asurion is unable to replace my exact color phone (it is less then a month old) and uBreakiFix is unable to help anymore then telling me to open a new claim with Asurion. The tech I was working with even admitted he screwed up. I was at the store 4 times this weekend and spent over 2 hours on the phone with Asurion to no avail. While the techs were kind it is NOT acceptable that I left a phone repair shop with a phone in worse condition then it came in and being told there is nothing more we can do

Brought in my Samsung J7 and my wifes iPhone 7. Was told my screen would have to be ordered and hers could be fixed in a day. After getting back her phone I was told that my part hadnt come in yet, and that they would reach out to me when it came in via phone call. (1 week later) I call to find out the kid who took care of us on Day 1 never ordered my part. Then when I asked to speak to someone in charge, I was told to Google the store. Unprofessional children running an unprofessional business in an unprofessional town. Shocker.

I was visiting from Chicago and I dropped my phone at the air port and needed my phone fixed fast so I wouldnt miss my next flight. I called in. I had the pleasure of speaking to one of the managers Chris. He walked me through the process. He even reserved a part for me, and said he would work on the device personally. He was done in 20 minutes and he even threw in a tempered glass for my troubles. I would definitely recommend this place to any one traveling. Or just in need of a quick quality fix. Chris and his staff were friendly, genuine and knowledgeable.

Great staff, did a check, after open up my surfacepro, it worked again. He told me the motherboard shifted and the whole thing git replaced when he open it up and close it again. Did not charge me for it ! I was impressed and I insisted 2 times how much I own but nothing. Will be back again if anything.

Brought my iPhone 6s in for cracked screen $200. They put the wrong screen on my phone and I was unable to type. I did not know that until I had returned home. Im not sure why they would not test that. I had to go back the next day to get the right screen put on. Purchased screen protector from them and they insisted to put on for me. It did not fit my phone at all. It did not cover the screen itself nor did it extend to the beveled edge. Tried to return and they argued with me that it was non returnable because it was installed and also said thats how they all are which is incorrect. Will never go back.

Lol at one star ratings! Really?This is the Second time I have used these guys and gals for 2 different iphone x’s. Both needed screens. One for cracks, the other for OLED ghosting. It really doesnt matter why they were broken, rather how fast the repair was made correctly the first time. I also had them place new batteries in the phone since, why not? They already have the phone apart and they charge 50% less for the battery when other services are utilized. Win win!They use quality “soft OLED” screens. None of those cheap, LED or Hard OLED screens you see advertised on eBay.Give them a try! Dont be afraid of the one star reviews. Lol at they “dont answer the phone or are rude.” Exceptional attention to detail and care each time I was there. If you are a grumpy person, nothing will make you happy.If that is the case, go next door and grab a smoothie to cheer yourself up before getting your phone fixed and give a 5 star rating.By the way.
