I drive two hours out of my way to service my 2020 atlas cross sport r line here. I always ask for Lewis in the service department, he is the man. Very thorough about the service being done and what is coming up. He even took some scuffs out and washed the car for me multiple times free of charge. The staff here is very pro, hardly no wait upon pulling up. Accurate estimates of time to complete the job. I have been to a couple other VW service teams in south Florida, and did not get the love and attention I did with Lewis at Prestige VW. I will always take my car for service here.
Good looking store and exceptional people working there. Purchased my 2021 WV Passat with the help of Anthony M. from the sales department, while a young man in training was shadowing him. No pushing or pulling; Anthony showed to me all the options and respective costs without trying to steer me one way or the other regarding my final decision. Very happy with the car I got. As 15 September 2021 Reference 2002 Volkswagen Eurovan. Took the vehicle to Prestige Volkswagen for overall inspection and replacement of oil, filter and spark plugs. Also, to drive the vehicle for any issues with automatic transmission having recently purchased the vehicle. Requested parts and labor estimate. Florida Statue 559.905 mandates customer may request expected or anticipated estimate of repairs if over $100.00. Request was done, but Prestige did not comply. The bill for the above maintenance was $462.00. Several mechanics indicated very few of the Eurovans being serviced and few, if any mechanics had any experience on these vehicles. Yet, service indicated they were had competent and trained mechanics with knowledge of these vehicles. Had the truth been know, the vehicle would of been taken to another repair, inspection facility. In the course of the conversation, untruths, misconception bordering on intentional misrepresentations occurred. Unless your vehicle is relatively new or on warranty, recommend taking to another repair facility to assure the service department has the experience and competence to complete the inspection, routine maintenance or repair. Always request written estimate of repairs or other RH, Lieutenant Colonel, US ArmyAs: 29 September 2021 On this date, I took the Eurovan into an independent mechanic because of noise from front right wheel. It was discovered the mechanic who placed the new tires with rims did not tighten the lug nuts on the front right wheel. They were loose. I had the pleasure of working with Jim, who called me after getting the exact trim of ID.4 that I was looking for in a time where they are particularly hard to come by. The transaction was straightforward with no gimmicks or hidden fees - cant say the same about other VW dealers. What sets Jim apart is that he sat with me for nearly an hour after the sale to explain each feature of the car and customize it to my preferences. Service department here is good. Lewis Russo is the best advisor they have and is extremely personable guy. Highly recommend always dealing with him. This was my first visit to this dealership. Everyone was professional and work was completed on time as discussed. Waiting room was excellent. The issues I have are twofold. 1. - Was coming in for a simple oil change that I had a coupon for 59.95 where the regular price was $89.95 and they still charged me $72.05. Tax was only 4.72 of that. They also had a shop supplies charge of 7.38 and a charge for a screw 2.24 ??? This is for a routine oil change. This was my wifes car. When I take my car for maintenance to another dealer they take me to me car. Here they just point and say your car is over there. Bottom line is I can not trust this dealership.
Steven is the best salesman here!! He was very honest and helpful, and made my experience so much better. Other dealerships pull you through ropes, but this one is very good at getting you the best price possible for what you want. I recommend coming here, and I would definitely ask for Steven !!

I took my car in today for an oil change. When I got back into my car the USBC to lightening charge cable for my iPhone that plugs into the car was gone while the charging cable for my husbands google pixel was still there. I have searched the car and it is not in any compartments or the trunk. The detail manager offered to replace it, but bottom line there is someone in the service or detail department that is stealing stuff out of cars. So I would recommend taking everything out of your car that you don’t want to go “missing.”

Worst service department ever I came in for a oil change and the mechanic didn’t put the engine cover the right way and the next day the cover was dragging under my car and I went back so they could fix the damage that there mechanic make and the service advisor Kathy Murphy they the mechanic say it wasn’t his fault ( off course he will say that ) I am sorry there nothing we can do they blame me for their mistake the only mistake I made was bringing my car to this scam artist place now a have to pay triple what I pay for a oil change that wasn’t cheap 129$ but it ok my karma will be that this review reach 5 or 6 people and change the mind and go to another place to get their service done stay away from this place it you love you car and your wallet

I purchased my Jetta from Prestige VW in 2016. It has been a positive experience. The other day, I needed lots of service. A couple sensors went out, my front left tire had exploded and I also required some regular maintenance. Lewis had been my agent and was great. He helped me find out exactly what maintenance I needed. My extended warranty wasnt listed under my account, so I found the docs, provided them to Lewis and he got my claim approved. Lewis went above and beyond. I am super grateful. Thank you to the whole Prestige VW team.
They do a comprehensive check of my car and wash it when done!
My VW GTi was burning a quart of oil every 2 weeks. took it in to VW of Melbourne and they claimed it was the upper seals and it would cost $3500.00 to fix. I accepted there diagnoses and paid to have this done.One month after having this work done I rechecked the oil and noticed I was down over 2 quarts. I refilled and drove another week and rechecked oil, it was down another quart. Took it back to VW and had them check it out. They did and told me that the valves are bad and to rebuild the cost would run $3500 to $4500. Obviously the problem never was the seals and they wont work with me for their misdiagnoses.The service rep. (Wesley) proposed to have me drive vehicle for a number of months and they would check oil every 3000 miles. After 3 - 4 checks they would send a report to VW headquaters to find out if this is normal oil loss for a VW thats 8 years old. Never did here back from Wesley on what VW headquarters determined. Nevertheless, no vehicle should go through a quart of oil every 2 weeks and if VW says thats normal, then I would advise never to own a VW.
I’m done with getting repairs done here. First estimate was for $840. After checking with two local mechanics, the same work could be done for $450 and $525. Prestige best offer was $686. They’re not even in the ballpark when it comes to non-warranty repair, and they’ll charge you $149 just for diagnostics in order to discourage you from going somewhere else.
Arrived with full intention to purchase with a pre approved loan from bank. Told sales and finance associates I did not need or want to finance through the dealer. With complete disregard to customer wishes (and attempt to make a quick sale late on a Saturday evening), dealer ran another credit application in order to have the customer finance with dealer for benefit purposes. Very poor and dishonest way of doing business resulting in a loss of sale, customer, and any future references.
Made an appointment to get tire locknut removed from tires. Being a 2003, they may not have a key. Lewis Russo went above and beyond for me. Even with it being a small repair, Lewis treated me like a VIP. Even washed my car. Thank you.
The actual work was fine, but waiting 2 hrs for an oil change, tire rotation, and replace wipers is crazy. Especially when you have an appointment and show up on time. I also had to go up to the service desk and ask if my car was ready, even though I told them I would be waiting. When I went up to the service desk, no one was there, so I asked the girl sitting across from the service counter, who told me she could not check on my vehicle and that they would be back soon. Once they came back I asked if the car was ready and he said it was. Which makes me wonder how long it had been ready for? Did they forget I was waiting there? Either way I was definitely underwhelmed with my experience.

Fast and safe check in. Service person comes out to your vehicle instead of checking in at the service desk. All employees are wearing a mask. Waiting area seating is at least 6 apart.

Dealership advertises promotions that do not exist. I went in and test drove an Atlas, looked at promos online. The VIN number in the ad was for the exact model I drove, said $389/month for a lease and 0% for 72 months as well for purchasing. The salesperson then quotes me a lease around $650 and a purchase of around $665. There were dealer incentives advertised off the price of the vehicle and they didn’t really have a reason for why the price was so different. He said the lease was for another trim level even though the ad matched the VIN of the car I drove. It is absolutely ridiculous and false advertising. I would never buy a car here for fear they were ripping me off. Salesperson was nice but the advertising is just to get you in the door. Not a great way to do business.
I received excellent service, not only when I dropped my VW off and was driven home by your shuttle service but also when I was notified by phone when it was ready and I picked my VW up from your service advisor, Heather. It was a wonderful experience to actually have a company treat a customer with professional pride in their work. I very much appreciate Prestige VW for that.
From the time you call the dealership for an appointment to the time you walk through the doors. The customer service is hands down wonderful. They always take good care of my car. If I could I would give this new vehicle back that I bought 3 months ago already with a recall. the customer service in the service was the worst I have ever experienced. I only wish I had done a little more homework on this establishment like read the reviews it would have made a big difference in my purchase.

Terrible service, we bought Continental tires on Oct 2019, and on Oct 2020 we discovered a bump on 1 of the tires just 1 year after. The total amount of miles driven were only 8,157 they made us buy the tire again. And to make it worst on the new invoice they wrote 2 notes saying we hit a pothole. This is a lie because it didn’t happen and we didn’t say it. Unfortunately we read this note after we were back at home. We are claiming to the manufacturer to see what they say.

After a series of unfortunate events and with the guidance of their General Manager, their staff (including Cheryl and Wesley in Service and Joe in Sales) and I were able to work through a truly messed up situation involving a severely leaking sunroof on my 2019 Tiguan. Heather in service is the bomb. I am concerned with my past though. The check engine light keeps coming on. I am tired of being at the service dept. This much. I want the problem fixed, its always a sensor and anywhere from a day to 3 weeks its back on again. Feels like the recall that was performed did not fix anything but create this check engine problem. Come on VW get it right before my warranty is up please. A big thank you to Heather for being so kind.

I honestly would leave 0 stars if I could. My service person, Wesley, told me that VW wouldnt get to my car until the next day which I understood, they were busy and I could wait. I told my boyfriend and my father that I had left my car for a diagnosis and when he heard the fee of $150 they both shared sentiments of you call them right now and get your car back. That price is absolute insanity! I called right about 30 minutes after I left my car, spoke to a women who I asked if I could come get my car since they wouldnt have touched it yet. She was very nice and said of course! I was put on hold for about 10 minutes. After that time, Wesley came back to say whoops!! they got to my car so I would be out of luck about coming to get it and not paying the fee. If you ask me, they used my 10 minute hold time to look at my car just so they could charge me the diagnosis fee. If it was already done, why didnt they call ME? Why did I have to call them? And what happened to not getting to it until tomorrow? Seems SUPER shady and slimey to me and everyone else Ive told about this. Wesley told me on the phone the diagnosis was a problem with a part in the right FRONT of my car. I get there and they dont ask me to pay 150$, they ask me to pay 170$!! For taxes which I get, but also for disposal fees for topping up my fluids WHICH I DIDNT ASK FOR! Then, I got my paper work from them. The diagnosis page prepared by the tech says the broken part is for the right REAR not the front in direct contrast to what Wesley said. Furthermore, there are other papers in the stack that say FRONT. So I paid $170, not $150, for a diagnosis that didnt actually diagnose anything! Just caused me frustration, wasted my time, and took $170 from the bank account of a poor grad student. In reality, I shouldve paid 0$ since they SHOULDNT have touched my car at all in that time. ALSO, they quoted me $420 to fix my car when another local shop quoted me less than half the price. Again, in my opinion, very shady and very slimey. Run far and run fast.

This place was amazing and made the car buying experience what it should be, stress free, efficient amd most of all honest. I spoke with 3 other dealerships in the central Florida area before finding this one and spoke to Lindsey and Jim over email, they were communicative, fast and flexible. After the 3 bad experiences I had I still showed up nervous the deal they presented would change or be false info to get me in and it wasnt. Everything had been laid out honestly and there were no surprises. Unbelievably positive experience.

Frank, the service manager took care of my car immediately. My husband and I walked around looking at new cars. Then we waited in their waiting room which now has baked goodies to go with the hot chocolate and different flavored coffee. Time went very fast. I got my car back and washed and out in what seemed to be a very short time.

Really pleasant service experience starting with Chris who greeted is with a smile and was totally efficient with our check in. The waiting area is super comfy with a selection of drinks and pastries from the awesome local bakery Love Bugs. The service went super fast and Chris went out of his way to make sure I understood what was done. Great and wont hesitate to use again.

Always so courteous! They are genuinely helpful and informative. They dont try to oversell products, like pushing me to buy new tires before its time. Everyone is always quick to inform me of when the next service special will be for reduced prices. I like to walk around and look at new cars on the lot, and the salesmen are always happy to talk about new features, but arent pushy about buying something new. Overall wonderful place with wonderful service!

I have leased 3 cars from this dealership. The manager, Terry, is as honest as they come and hell tell you like it is which I appreciate. The product is good too. Service is top grade and the garage is the cleanest Ive seen at a dealer. I gave 4 stars ONLY because, despite their efforts, there is no pick up service that Im aware of and they often are without a loaner. Otherwise, no complaints whatsoever.
I brought my Volkswagen Eos in for its 30000 mile service. When I bought the car I purchased the warranty and bumper to bumper protection. I was notified by the service representative that the certain things needed to be done and gave me a quote for how much it would cost. I advised him that I had bought Total warranty & Service at the time of purchase, and did not think that there should be any charge for this. He went back with his staff and researched the problem and found out that it indeed was to be covered. It seems that the policy sold by the warranty company was not as it was represented to the dealership. I am happy to report that the dealership itself is making good on it. Seldom do I go to a dealership like this for service, run into a problem, and have the people look into the problem, own up to it, and take care of my service. This is the mark of a great company and a great local Volkswagen dealership. Kudos.
Gotta shoot for the top stars, as far a as vehicle service with you guys. The guidance and direction given by Bill Tiller thru Wesley was head and shoulders above in all categories. I had explained the intermittent, really strange, info-tainment symptoms to Bill and he indicated that he was going to follow up with it to a higher level. I had the pleasure to meet and have Frank Silva coordinate service on my 2016 Golf-R this past Thursday. Frank was very courteous, listened closely to address my needs and made the service visit pleasurable. Customer satisfaction is an area that not too many people, or businesses, spend sufficient time in addressing even though the impact is tremendous. It is clear that it is a priority here. Had an appointment at 11 AM, the gentlemen in the front desk had me waiting for 3 hours. I reached out to him because that was the estimated time, and for my surprise they didnt touch the car because they were busy with other vehicles, and his immediate solution was to just reschedule like if I have their time. I believe that VW staff needs to understand that customers are what have them employed. Customers time is important, if something is not working as promise, reach out and communicate to the customer.
Heather was great service advisor. Listens and is customer aware. She handled my wifes VW sports waggon 50K mile service a few weeks before my service and that went well. Its okay to sell a car, but after that its customer service that takes over.

I have to say, I have bought many cars in my time. I have purchased my last 2 now from Chip at Prestige and have to say, both times, he bent over backwards for us and made sure we were happy through the entire process.
