Deborah has an encyclopedic knowledge of the tile choices. She quickly found exactly what I was looking for as well as an option for the backsplash that exceeded my imagination. Great source for remodeling kitchen & bath. We found a great substitute when an item was backordered as well.

Excellent experience. Recommended by my Tile installer and my family has been using them for years. Price on what I purchased was cheaper than similar tile available at Home Depot and Lowes. Amazing selection, which can be a little overwhelming but my designer, Stephanie, did an exceptional job understanding what my style/aesthetic I was going for and giving my options to consider.If you want to connect with the, I would recommend you give them a call. We had a wonderful experience at ProSource working with designer Deborah! She helped us make all of the selections for our new Home including bathroom tile, kitchen backsplash, wall paint color, carpet, flooring colors for waterproof EVP.... all while ensuring they would coordinate well together overall. Deborah was very kind with excellent customer service skills and patience with me changing my mind often. Her ideas for our bathroom showers have received the most compliments and praise from our family & friends for the designs being so stunning modern and unique. Candy Morales/Account Manager was great! She worked very hard to match color and style, along with verifying availability of product. Ms. Morales, the Contractor, and tile installer together found workable solutions to my shower refurbishment and flooring replacement. Price was within my budget and all material appears to be in-stock.

My order was not sent in 2 weeks before install, so it was delayed…I have waited for an install date in March and was given June 8th. My order was called in the day I called and asked about it, which ended up being Memorial Weekend, so needless to say they had 5 working days to ship. Sooo, I was told it was delayed and on back order, then told it would be here on the 10th, which would have given the flooring 10 days to get here. I don’t believe it was back ordered, they were not given significant time to ship in my opinion. Lesson to self, depend on yourself to check status on something so important that you’ve worked your month around…not the company.

Great place to shop for floors! When I first called they asked me if I wanted to make an appointment. I said no thanks thinking we would like to browse first. HUGE mistake! Think of this place like the Costco of flooring. You need someone there to guide you because they have so much selection. Pries are good and if you can’t find what you need there it doesn’t exist. Definitely make this shop a stop on your flooring quest! Highly recommend to all. Sales staff is also top notch

We are renovate our home, so my contractor recommended ProSource as the place to go to select my flooring. I was to meet with Andrea and I must say that she was very professinal, knowledgeable and showed me some selections that would fit my budget. There was no pressure, and she wanted to make sure that I was satisficed with the choices I made. she kept in contact with me via text messagem phone calls or e-mail, Andrea and her whole crew went out of her way to help me with flooring and carpet and all my needs!! My experience was great! They were knowledgeable, helpful and professional. It can be overwhelming but Jessica helped me and made it a good experience.

They get you excited about the tile you pick and all seem well. But it s not,they cant get it. So you go to choice 2 they tell you its good have lots of it in stock. Great, but sorry there is not enough after all. So we decide to look elsewhere. they have our deposit and call to ask how would we like to get it back. I tell the we will stop by and pick it up. they said fine but I waited 5 days to stop by to get it but you guessed it the book keeper is not there so now I;m told they will mail it to me on Monday. We will see how that goes.

RProSource was wonderful to work with over email, they were able to do up an estimate from some pictures of the box of tile I was trying to match, modify it when I came back several week later needing a different about, order it from the manufacturer and even have one of their own delivery men deliver it directly to my house for a lot less than the manufacturer shipping it to my house. They even worked with me on the delivery when my cell phone went on the fritz, still getting me the tile delivered so I could work on it over the weekend. Thank you ProSource!

Chris was very easy to work with at first, and then our order was placed and it was wrong. It was the first order before we had changed it after we picked out the marble. I went in, and talked to chris and we had to come up with a different stone because that one was out of stock. Then, the next day was spend emailing back and forth while he denied that he had made a mistake. He wanted us to pay a restocking fee. Nope, and nope. If you can’t admit to making mistakes you should not be in customer service. I know what I ordered. So frustrating.

I walked into the store with an empty 10 lb. bag of grout in my hand and said I needed to order another bag to finish my project. Without asking, Courtney ordered a 25 lb. bag instead. No big deal. So I called to see about exchanging it and they said they wont take it back. The bag hasnt even been opened. The worst part was the sass and sarcasm I received. I am very happy with my decision to shop at Pro Source! Customer service there is superb!! I just did a kitchen remodel. Had the tear out done by RL Custom Homes (also #1 in my book!). Cabinets ordered through Pro Source. I had the counter tops done by another company who I am very happy with but I have to say Pro Sources customer service FAR exceeded the counter top guys. Im not unhappy with the counters in the least, just have to brag on Pro Source and Shyla! Thanks ProSource! And a special thanks to Shyla! You guys are the best! Once you find a company with this standard of service you are going to go back for future needs and you are also going to tell your friends! I am for sure!

Make sure your customers full bill is paid the customer because since they see you and no longer the customer they try to get you to pay the bill for customer. in my case the customer bill was paid but girl who took order over phone was STUPID! They DIDNT HAVE SUB FLOOR IN STOCK (HOW UNUSUAL) SO CUSTOMER PAID FOR IT AND I PICKED IT UP. nOW IM BEING BILLED FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR!! Debra is the sales person you want if you want to make sure you arent being screwed.

Not only did I reach out to there FB, I also emailed and NEVER got a response, I called tried to get information of what I needed but the lady had no idea and after all I explained she said she would have to take a message and someone would call me back, yep you guessed it NO CALL BACK!Then I replied back to there FB NATIONAL with the above problems And AGAIN NO RESPONSE!There is NO Excuse for bad business and follow thru!There was No Option fir 0 Star or I would of given that!
