We had a total kitchen remodel done and we couldn’t be more pleased!! They were terrific from start to finish and we highly recommend them to EVERYONE!!

We are only in the planning stages, but have found Louis to be knowledgeable and professional. He showed up at our home on time for the measurements and at our appointment today he had the design ready. We are very impressed.

Do yourself a favor and find a different company to work with. You will have much less stress, and satisfaction if you do. Now we absolutely understand that these are unprecedented times with COVID and shipping delays abound... but what isn’t expected is being told cabinets are being delivered and installed for a small kitchen and some bathrooms to have it take 16 days to complete... and actually wasn’t even completed by them in full, my contractor had to finish the job, fix part of what was done by their installer Steve and take over part of the project since Steve had zero desire to use some thinking skills to overcome a surprise and make it work.Louis seemed fine at 1st in speaking with him. But I had to stay on top of him, and we lived out of state. We were directed to a website to pick out what we wanted for countertops. We were NOT advised we were looking at samples of what the stone company had. Again, we were doing this from out of state. We picked several options, and awaited pricing. We provided the LOT numbers that we wanted. Why on earth would we believe were weren’t actually picking out those exact lots? Much to our surprise, they purchased something similar and found out just weeks prior to install of the countertops, months after we had picked out what we wanted. That was issue 1.Louis and I had email communications about the layout and what I wanted changed with the island layout he had designed. He didn’t communicate this to Steve and the measurements were wrong, and the island had to be taken apart and modified to work. My contractor had to go back and fix part of the island that Steve did as it was completely lopsided in design, again not thinking how to properly fix an error on their part.I cannot believe a company that installs cabinets doesn’t have a proper truck to deliver all cabinets at one time. On the 1st day Steve brought some cabinets, and said he had to go back to get more and it was 1.5 hours Roundtrip. He was gone almost 2.5 hours, (there location is 30 minutes from us) unloaded those and left for the day. At most Steve worked 2 hours at a time. He told me a kitchen my size and bathrooms take 2 to 3 days normally... stood in my kitchen with cabinet pieces laying all around - but couldn’t offer a reason as to why it was taking weeks. I do mean weeks. I called the office and left a message for Louis demanding to know what was going on. Why was a two day job on day 14 at the the time of my call. Why after explaining that my child was extremely immune compromised and they all needed to wear masks was he now coming in without one. Why had no one done the template yet for the countertops, when the base had been ready to template for over a week. Steve would tell me it wasn’t his job. (Which he did do the last day he was in my home. He forget it and had to come back for it) Steve would tell me he would be at the house at 9am, and show up at 3pm, or not even at all. I had other trades in the house who couldn’t finish what they needed to do because Steve wasnt there. A poor electrician waited for hours for Steve to show up as he needed to do some work for the island, but needed Steve to advise him what needed to be done exactly. Our entire finishing of our complete home remodel got pushed back over a month because of All About U.I literally just received my countertops yesterday.... YESTERDAY 12.16.20 and cabinets came in pieces from 11.11.20 until Steves last day on 11.27.20 when they finally came back to finish (in part - they only installed some of the hardware also drilled a hole in my Tupperware doing so, again my contractor had to finish installing the remaining hardware). I have YET to hear from Louis. He could’ve called me back to explain the reasons behind the crazy delays, and Steve only working 45 minutes to 2 hours tops. Apologized for not updating the layout of the island, the improper explanation of the countertops, and so much more. But he hasn’t. He has not been a responsible business owner, and left me know choice but to leave a review to warn others.

We have used All About U for multiple projects. They have always been professional and extremely understanding of what we wanted. They are quick to respond and we truly value the quality of their craftsmanship. The owner is AWESOME to work with and a great person all around. We highly recommend them to everyone we do business with, family, and friends.

All About U was excellent! They were more than accommodating with our requests and budgets. You always hear of the horror stories about contractors and renovations with delays, costs, etc but Louie didnt run one penny over what we agreed to and finished one day after his original estimate. We cant complain about that and kitchen, master bath and flooring looks AMAZING! I would highly recommend All About U!

Louie and Shawn went above and beyond to make sure everything came out top notch. We ran into a few issues, like any constuction job has, but in the end my wife and I couldnt be happier. Its hard to find knowledgeable people who do what they say they are going to to. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tile, cabinets or granite. Our new kitchen is absolutely amazing!!

Love my new kitchen! Love the fact the owners are doing the work and making sure things are done right. None of the work is farmed out, which was important to me. Wife and I couldnt be happier.

Very happy with Shawn, Louis and the rest of the crew. Very helpful, easy to talk to, down to earth guys who did an amazing job. It only took one week from the time they tore out the old cabinets to the time they put in the new ones, the granite countertop and reconnected all the appliances. Paid in full, 1 year later, 50 phone calls and 50 e-mails still cant get them to finish the molding on a kitchen remodel. Look Elsewhere for remodeling their are plenty of great companies around.

RUN, RUN as fast as you can! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. PLEASE dont waste your time and MONEY here!

Sorry Louie and Shawn, but you left me no choice. Ive tried to contact you since Thanksgiving and here it is Feb 4th, 2015. Im tired of being ignored. I hired this company to remodel both the master bathroom and guest bathroom. Project price was about $16K not counting the vanity, fixtures, tub and other miscellaneous pieces. I purchased a custom glass vanity with double bowls and Hansgrohe fixtures for the entire project. First, there were issues installing the vanity. The measurment was done incorrectly and the tile walls surrounding the vanity had to be cut in order for it to fit properly. Second, the plumber Royal Flush Plumbing did not know how to install the Hansgrohe fixtures in the shower. The Hansgrohe hand held shower head base was crooked and the tile cracked around it (this part did get repaired when I brought it to All About Us attention). But if I didnt catch this mistake I would have had water getting behind the tile wall which would have been devastating. The Hansgrohe decorative 90 was installed with a pipe that was too short. Thus the decorative cap had to be cut to make it fit. The jagged cut looks awful. The contractor complained about the hansgrohe fixtures I had purchased telling me they were a pain in the ass to install. You should all know that Hansgrohe is a top-of-the line company that sells high quality products. The fillers for the vanity were never delivered and the border tile in the guest bathroom was never installed. I think they forgot about it. Additionally, the diverter in the guest bathroom was installed incorrectly resulting in water flow to both the shower and tub faucet at the same time. I gave this company a generous amount of time to fix these issues (2 months), but to this date they have ignored my texts and emails. Louie, you shook my hand and told me to my face that if there were any problems to give you a call and it would be taken care of. I paid you guys on time and in full. I guess I should have withheld the last payment. I did not want to write such a negative review, but I dont want anyone else to have to deal with a company that doesnt care. My advice: Hire somebody else. Youll be glad you did. By the way, Im a police officer in Brevard County. I stand by my review.
