They are so rude. This is the second time we come and their employees have really bad customer service.We came at 4:15pm and they were closing, we saw online that they closed at 4:30 pm so we stopped by but it looks like they don’t need our business because they kicked us out.

A nice selection, but the staff was not at all helpful. They just handed me a price list and sent me on my way.

Service terrible! Noone offered to help, not even a hello or goodbye. Had questions but noone approached me, they were just siiting at the desk.

Worst customer service you can possibly find. We showed up to see some cabinets about 10 before they closed and they had already shut the lights off and refused to let us even look around. This was my second bad experience with them.

We just had Wilsonart laminated countertops installed by Shawn and he did a beautiful job! The waterfall edges are so pretty. We had a tricky corner by the sink and he made a template so everything fits perfectly. Great customer service from start to finish. John and I couldn’t be more pleased. We will definitely recommend him to Family and Friends!

Love this place. Built an entertainment center with the Brandywine cabinets. The large drawers hold 100 dvds each. There are over 350 movies in the 4 large drawers. Components in the middle and games in the pantry cabinet. Love it!

What a nightmare experience in buying a simple bathroom cabinet. $1200.00 later and the granite top doesnt fit the base. When we went in to resolve the issue we got a whole lot of this is your fault as they rejected our explanation. The salesman was correct that I had initialed the original schematic, but NOT correct that I knew what he had presented to us. Our error was assuming he had listened to what we wanted when he wrote it up, and that was what I was initialing.

This is a very nice building supply store. As their name indicates, they specialize in wood and supplies related to cabinet making. I go there because they have a good supply of fine hardwood lumber. They are the only supplier of fine hardwood lumber within 50 miles.

Worst customer service period. Walked in three guys sitting at the counter with no one else in store. Handed the gentleman my drawing and he didnt look at it pushed it back to me and said he didnt have anything for me. It seemed odd because the cabinets were stock sizes that home depot has on the shelf. Walked out went to a competitor around the corner and was loaded up with new cabinets and on my way in 30 minutes. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Almost like they dont even want business.

Ive bought 2 kitchens from 321 so far and its a good deal for home investors. The quality of the cabinets is actually pretty good. You need some knowledge in design and installation because theyre basically just suppliers, as far as I know. Some of their sales people are more pleasant than others. Ill be buying from them again.

This was my second visit to 321 Cabinets in Melbourne. First visit was to see what they had to offer us in cabinets. This visit, I had LOTS of questions and Norma, whom we spoke with the first visit, was very experienced and knowledgeable about their product lines and all the ins and outs. Norma made this visit very satisfying and I left ready to go home and finalize our order. She verified that my floor plans looked complete to start the order process! Cant wait!Returned today to put in the first of three orders. Working with Norma was a breeze. She is super knowledgeable and can answer questions with ease. I have to say this was the easiest company to work with. I cant wait to see my new cabinets.

I didnt do my research like I normally would,was in a hurry.They asked all the right questions to find out and point out I was making a HUGE mistake! It is a warehouse,so it is REALLY hot,however the staff their is still very patient and happy to help and they give you FREE ice cold water!!! Much recommended!

Cabinets are solid wood with slow close hinges on the doors and drawers. The finish was excellent.They are very friendly and knowlwgable.The best part? My cabinets arrived 10 days early! !!

The staff is very knowledgeable with 40+ years of combined experience. They have a wide selection of hardwoods and plywoods. They also have some really nice live edge slabs in stock (Spalted Maple, Eastern Cedar, etc.). Their cabinets are half the price of what youll find at big box stores, and they are plywood and wood construction (not particle board). They have European and face-frame hinges, side-mount and under-mount slides, and cabinet accessories and hardware. If youre looking to save money on your kitchen remodel, or quality wood at a good price for a project this is the place.

I purchased my cabinets 2 years ago and all my hinges and drawer runners are falling apart as well as several joints cracking. Also was told they were all wood, they are press wood in the doors! When I went in there to see what they would do about it,they said,BUY new hardware I asked about the cracks,they said without my receipt, they would do nothing! Well,the reason I have no receipt is because they didnt give me one, because they said if I paid cash,I would receive a discount. So when I asked for the receipt, the large rude man said then youll have to pay full price,the discount is cash no tax! I paid my portion of the tax,then reported their tax fraud to the IRS! BAD>>>BAD>>>BUSSINESS! Google will not let me respond to the owner....Dear owner...Did you READ the review? I already went in with all my parts! I brought them to Home Depot and bought $300.00 worth of new!Why is it that NOW that I have reviewed your business, you all of a sudden want to help? TOO LATE! I DID purchase with cash,I WAS told there was a discount, and it was the girl you say to call I purchased them from who told me that, and the large man at the counter reiterated that! Sounds like your employees may be stealing from you Sirr/Madam!

Nice place, products and price is right,but the little tattooed guy has a really bad attitude. I asked a simple question and he about jumped down my throat. When I asked for the manager he said HE WAS IT! If you dont like your job,find another one! If you shop here,just dont ask the tattooed guy anything,he dont want to deal with you.

I would never buy from this company again. The cabinets were nice but the customer service is really lacking and they were very unhelpful. They cost me a lot of money and could care less. Someone sat down with me and helped me build the kitchen and they gave me bad information. I had to have a custom cabinet built because of it. They have also just raised their prices SUBSTANTIALLY and did not disclose before I put in my last order.

I stopped going to this place. First, the folks who work there are rude and not customer friendly. If you want my business, youve got to treat people with respect. Secondly, the store hours are the same hours as most working people which makes it difficult to get there. At least stay open all day Saturday and/or later during the week.Great selection of cabinet hardware and wood.

I didnt know what to expect going in the doors. I had rough measurements and no clue. A guy named Justin talked us through the process and we had a quote within 30 mins. They gave us multiple business cards of local installers we can contact.Their quote was right under 1/2 of what Lowes quoted us.

Dont buy from these folks, they dont care about what they sell and wont do anything to fix defects in the products they sell.When a broken sink was identified by my plumber as a manufacturing defect, the response from 321 was buy a new sink and have someone install it, and go away. They dont care!!!!!Id give them zero stars but I cant

Ive shopped here for years whenever I have a cabinet or remodeling project. They carry finished cabinets and cabinet materials such as hardwood lumber, special plywoods, hinges, glides, etc. They have materials that Lowes and Home Depot dont carry.

Nice people, big selection. And Popeye stocks the shelves..

They have some interesting supplies there, but the people that work the counter always act like they are doing me a favor by helping me. Actually, help is not the word I would use.
