I finally have the spa bathroom I always wanted! Jordan and his assistant Wess are very good at what they do and are very polite and respectful in the home. Every step of the process they showed me their work and made sure to ask me how I wanted things. Jordan is very good at explaining how and why things are done to make everything right and he always answers your calls and questions. Not to mention his prices are better than any other contractor we called by far. Also, while other contractor told me I could only use their showroom products, Jordan will allow you to pick whatever you like! I finally have the fancy tub and bathroom to make all my friends jealous. You will not regret hiring them. Thank You!

Jordan fully remodeled two short term rental units for me inside of a quadplex. His prices were fair (better than other quotes I received) and work was done well. As unexpected issues came up, he gave me VERY fair prices to address the additional work required. Doing things the right way was always recommended, but I never felt like I was being gouged or work was being suggested just for the sake of creating more work. After opening up the walls and seeing the current state of the 80 year old plumbing, we decided to replace ALL of the plumbing and drain lines inside the house and all the way to the curb. This was a huge (unexpected) job that was completed for much less that a plumbing company would have charged me. I always felt like Jordan had my best interests in mind, and he included several small tasks free of charge, never nickel and diming me. Jordan stands by his work too, and has taken care of any minor issues that have come up after the fact, even now, 6 months later - all free of charge. I will absolutely work with Jordan again, and in fact, I already have (sorry for taking so long to write this review).

Today, I hired an artist in stonework. His name is Jordan, owner of Petra Kitchen and Bath in Melbourne FL. My dilemma was a cracked granite countertop. Jordan is truly a professional in his work as well as his personality. I searched for weeks on how my problem was going to be fixed and all I got were fabricators wanting to sell me a $5,000 total countertop replacement. They would come and look at the cracked granite and right away replied THAT CANNOT BE FIXED.I found my Angel, Jordan he did a superb job, where you cannot tell it was repaired at all. He rebuilt existing supports and then repaired the granite beautifully. If it wasnt for Jordan, I would be $5,000 poorer. And especially at Christmas time. Now, I can go out and buy myself whatever I want for ME and HUBBY.Thank you again Jordan, you are the BEST! And by the way, Jordan is a Jack of all Trades. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN.

Jordan did an excellent job for us. We had water damage to our undersink box and had to get it completely torn out, including the sink, disposal, cabinetry, and various plumbing. We took the opportunity to buy a new sink, faucet, and disposal. Not only did they install all of these, but they also made sure to acquire the matching cabinetry from the original manufacturer to ensure everything in the kitchen would still match. Furthermore, they somehow were able to get the box installed with only bare minimum necessary cutouts and without having to remove the granite countertop. We would definitely use Petra Kitchen and Bath again
