We hired Todd Thomas Home for a Kitchen Remodel. We were so happy with the job that we hired them again for our Master Bath remodel. They were very professional from start to finish. The install crew was top notch. The job was completed on time as scheduled and within estimate. Would highly recommend for a stress free experience!

From start to finish TT Homes did everything and more that we asked for. They really do try to make it as easy as possible for the homeowner. We had exterior walls removed, glass doors put in, walls knocked out..... you name it. They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I payed for top notch service and peace of mind. Whats that worth to you? Me, quality over quantity, and the fact I dont have to worry. I will be having TT do some other work I need done in the near future. Worth every penny. Do yourself a favor, stop into the showroom, or give them a call, youll be glad you did.

I can not say enough good things about Todd Thomas Home. They did a complete remodel of our 3 bedroom/3 bath Cocoa Beach condo. New kitchen, new laundry room, new bathrooms, new windows, flooring-oh and did I mention this remodel started 1week before the pandemic hit? We were just amazed that they were able to keep our remodel on track.When anyone asks if we were pleased with their work, I tell them I recommend them to our friends and soon to be neighbors. I was almost driven off the road by one of your associates in a small white Ford Hybrid. There was a woman driving with white or platinum colored hair. She looked around late fifties early sixties. I am leaving this review to inform the owner. This person driving aggressively, with a decal for your company on their car leaves your company looking extremely unprofessional. Todd Thomas Home did a phenomenal renovation to my home. We had a dining room opened up and a bathroom remodeled. We were very impressed from day one when Todd came out for the estimate. We were given a list of flooring and fixtures providers with the point of contact and what we needed to pick out. It made for such a stress free and easy experience. The teams that did our project were phenomenal. Each and every one of them were so friendly and just genuinely great kind people. We felt so comfortable and confident with them being in our house. They did a great job keeping our home clean during the major demolition and were very careful with our small children being in the house. Frank did a great job with the demo crew. The project supervisor Greg was great to deal with, he kept us up to date daily and let us know what to expect each day. The floor work was incredible. We had a complex floor project that came out amazing. I highly recommend Todd Thomas. We are using him again for our kitchen and fireplace remodel and can’t wait to see the result. Given our experience we know it’s going to be amazing.

This is the contractor you want to run to. Look no further. I dealt with several contractors trying to get a room addition. I had a bathroom remodel happening at the same time. I should have used Todd Thomas for that as well. With the exception of one employee, the experience was more than I expected. Will definitely use them for future home projects

Todd Thomas Home Improvements just completed a gut job remodel of our entire beach condo and we couldn’t be happier! Completely new kitchen, bathrooms, all flooring, baseboards, crown molding, doors, windows, paint, everything. I was out of state during the project; however John Deck, the Project Manager, keep me informed several times every week with phone calls and texting me pictures. From our initial meeting with Todd to go over the bid to the completion of the job, everything was extremely professional and the project was completed on timel. We made several change orders during the project and it was never a problem. Todd’s team made useful suggestions along the way and handled everything perfectly. Every aspect of the job shows incredible attention to detail. We previously did a complete remodel of another condo using a different local contractor and it was one of the worst and most frustrating experiences of my life. We hired Todd Thomas by word of mouth from a friend and we are so delighted we did. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff starting from Ms. Danielle who was the designer and Ms. Jessica who provided excellent customer service. Everyone was so professional and personable that it made it bearable for a two month project to become a four month project due to Covid-19. We had the master bathroom, guest bathroom, master closet and kitchen remodeled. The staff truly knows their craft and did an excellent job. Scott and Chandler who did the tile work grooved so well together, they knocked their work out in no time. Scott the carpenter, Michael the painter, Bobby and Mike-electricians, Lester and John- the cabinet workers, the plumber-Marcus, Robert, the guy who did a little bit of everything and Greg-the overseer of the project all were awesome. ( I hope I didn’t forget anyone). The third party personnel that they coordinated with such as Jason and Hunter who installed the shower glass doors and Kevin and Gregg who did the countertops were also great. I know it is important for this company to have professional and prompt third party vendors because they reflect on the business of Todd Thomas. I am thrilled with the kitchen renovation I had done by Todd Thomas Home Improvement. John Deck, Greg Leith and the crew, along with the electricians, plumber, tile installer, painter and cabinet installers were excellent and did a fantastic job. We could not be happier with the renovation we did with Todd Thomas. All interactions with the people we worked with were professional. They paid attention to our wishes and respected our time as well as our home while doing the work. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and did everything they could to keep the rest of our home clean from debris. Every member of their crew from the framer to electrician to painter spent the time to do it right and made sure the end result was perfect and to our satisfaction. When a couple of issues arose, they worked with us to provide the best possible solution. The job was completed in the time frame they provided during the initial estimate, and the end result was exactly what we imagined, if not better. We recently had two bathrooms in our Condo remodeled along with getting rid of the popcorn ceiling throughout the condo. Todd Thomass company did a FANTASTIC job. From the beginning my husband and I were very impressed with the professionalism of Todd and his crew. Every person who walked into my home was friendly, courteous, and respectful. They also gave very helpful suggestions about different things that we didnt even think about. We were out of town while the project was being done and our project manager John Deck even went out of his way to move our car when the parking lot at our condo was being paved, and then moved it back when they were done paving. We had our kitchen remodeled many years ago and what a difference in contractors. We sure wish we had known about Todd Thomas back then. We highly recommend his company and would definitely use him again if we decide to have more work done further down the road

Todd Thomass team, working with CWW Kitchens, just completed the update of my kitchen and laundry room. I was completely satisfied with the process and the result. Everyone who came into our home was courteous, helpful, and professional. All were experienced in their areas of specialty and did a great job for us. John Deck, Lester, Frank and everyone else who worked with us showed up when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. They made useful suggestions and checked with us for our preferences on details. We have been impressed with the quality of their work. I would not hesitate to have them do additional work on my home.

Excellent service from the first phone call to the finished job.After many bad to horrible experiences having work done on my beach townhouse, I had great luck with the people at Todd Thomas.The were very accommodating with my schedule, showed up on time everyday and were reasonable with changing things as the project progressed.It’s worth the wait, if need be, to have someone to do a great finished job for a fair price.I will certainly use them again for future projects.

TTHI took down part of a wall in our house to make it more open and to let more natural light in. They showed up promptly and on time for our quote and within a couple of weeks we had our finished product! Their employees from Jeremy the estimator to Tim and his coworker who performed the work were amazing, friendly, and paid all their attention to detail. They framed out the remaining wall, and my husband and I were extremely pleased. We will definitely be using this company for our future projects.

I am extremely happy with the professional job that was done for the remodel of my kitchen - laundry room and tv room. This was my first remodel so I was a newbie on the process. Steve - my project manager was great about explaining each step and answered any and all questions and was available 24/7. I made quite a few change orders but they just made the process smooth and easy. I can’t say enough about the team I had - Rob was an answer from heaven. He was always on time - knew all his trades from electrical - tiling - flooring to carpentry. His workmanship was impressive and my house was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. Lester was an artist at making my new cabinets fit and look like a million $$$. My husband was even impressed as he has a construction background and knows good work when he sees it. I would without hesitation recommend and I hope to use again for my bathroom remodel. I also want to say that the staff at CWW Kitchens (Danielle and Patty) were a real pleasure to work with. The folks at Prosource - I couldn’t have done it without them to lead me through all the choices and decisions that go with a remodel. Thank you to everyone.

I recently had Todd and his group remove and replace a large area of hardwood, in my townhouse. They also refaced my fireplace and installed a beam mantle. They did a great job and everything looks wonderful. They were very professional, and arrived when they said they would and were very flexible when changes were made along the way. I have used Todd in the past, and would not hesitate to use his Company again.
