He has usually been professional and done good work, however he has always taken longer to complete the work then promised. Recently Julio has taken on a new attitude. He is short with customers and is now ignoring those folks (like me) that made his business successful.I recommend finding another mechanic. I love this place! I’ve unfortunately had the issue of taking my car to a previous shop where I got the car back with more problems and was not fully explained if there was anything wrong with it. If you are looking for an honest repair shop who does honest work, look no further. I am newer to the area and was nervous about finding someone who I can trust working on my Evo X. Luckily, Julio was referred to me and I quickly learned how knowledgeable he was after he was able to diagnose my car from a test drive (ball joints, cv axle needed replaced) and after getting quotes to have my clutch replaced, he quoted me a price 1/3 of other repair shops (for ex: Kendalls Automotive over $1500, even more from Coastal Mits). If theres anything wrong with your vehicle, he can diagnose it, domestic or import (my father also brings his F-150 King Ranch here). I cant thank Julio and his staff enough for his FAIR pricing and the work they do. Several months later and 0 issues. Diamond auto is now my repair shop for any work or maintenance I may need done. Much respect!

This company by far did a great job. I showed up on a Saturday at 3pm and they got me in and out by 430. They were able to mount and balance my new tires and rims, and put them on in about an hour. The price was great and so was the communication. Will definitely go back for all my car needs.

Fast, professional and great pricing! Very happy the New Suspension installed in my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. Alignment was perfect! Got new leafs, rear and front shocks and a e-brake riser bracket from FOX Racing, TRD PRO installed. Love the feel of the ride now! So much better now when driving around with the motorcycle loaded in the back!

Julio was a respectful, personable professional who scheduled me same day and then greeted me when I arrived and went over everything after the maintenance and inspection were completed. So I brought my 2019 mustang bullett to the shop to get my rear tires replaced. When they replaced the tires they starched the face of my rims. Took a bit of talking but they were very Apologetic and gave me a refund.

Needed emergency tire service. 2 TPMS valves had valve failure. For a quick fix they replace 2 valves with non-TPMS valves so the van would be ready for a short weekend trip. Other places didnt have time until late closing time and that would have ruined weekend plans.

The worst experience I have had in this place with Jay and his team, I took my truck to him on January 22 to fix the bed of my truck and then he would paint everything and he told me that in a week he would do everything and could pick it up Well, he had me like 3 weeks and I had already left him a deposit of $ 1500, at 3 weeks he asked me for more money and I told him how would I give you money if I paid you more than half and I had not finished yet, In the end, I called the police because they didnt want to give me the date to finish my truck, today I picked up my truck and the job was a disaster, Jay, the owner of the workshop, stole me since I didnt fit the job at all and he made me lose my time and my money EYE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE (They trickster

Incredibly nice folks, who found me broken down at the Target. She gave me her card, and I got my insurance carrier to get a tow service to them. I was rather happy to see another LandRover being worked on at the time. They took me right in, and immediately diagnosed my dead battery, including the fact that the battery that had been installed previously was the incorrect voltage. They were so nice and accommodating. The other LandRover owner showed up and told me that she doesnt take her car anywhere else now. I cant say enough about how kind these folks are and how they will go out of their way to help you. Very reasonably priced as well.

Terrible experience. This guy trashed my truck. He totally botched the engine installation in my truck. I had it inspected and the inspector said it was the worst installation he ever saw. I am warning the public and all decent people to avoid this shop.

After getting my car back from the shop after multiple delays on the possible return date of my vehicle I found the next morning that I had difficulty seeing out of my front windshield. Due to the lack of proper taping and covering of the critical parts of the car where paint could overspray I was left with a substance that just the regular windshield spray could not remove, The substance that was on my windshield was most likely overspray from the paint job. Also it looks like an amateur did the bodywork and the sanding and prep work because after getting my car back I noticed there were multiple locations that had exposed metal, Where they had been sanded and not properly painted. This looks like somebody Rushed to get the job done at the last minute and didn’t take the time to go over everything before they put the car back together. The painter seems knowledgeable when I arrived on the day that I had anticipated to pick up the car and pointed out many flaws that needed to be taken care of but the finished product showed otherwise. Maybe if I was driving a vehicle That I didn’t care about or want to take care of being that it is only a few years old it wouldn’t bother me so much. Very disappointed in the quality from such a supposed highly rated place.
