The car the I have had for 8 years decided that it didn’t want to work and be reliable for me anymore. Gator Chrysler had a beautiful Jeep on the lot and I knew once I saw it, I had to have it for me and my family. The whole process from start to finish was not only quick but it was incredibly easy and quite pleasant! Jackson in sales was kind and informative and attentive. He made us feel welcome and was able to answer all the questions that not only I had, but also all the ones my 10 year old daughter had (and if you know 10 year old girls, that’s a lot!). He got us right in and explained each paper that I had to sign and really knew his stuff! Next we went to finance and had the pleasure of dealing with Joe. He again was pleasant and kind and knowledgeable and made the whole process quick and painless. He had my title printed and my registration transferred in no time! I was in and out in about an hour and when it comes time to buy again, I will absolutely be back. If you or a loved one is in need a new or used car, I would highly recommend the team at Gator Chrysler! They were amazing and really treat you like family!

Terry was my salesman that went above and beyond. I called and was given details when I would be able to test drive my new Jeep. He was attentive and called when he said he would.He even drove the vehicle to my home so my wife who wasnt feeling well could see it and drive it. Tried to purchase a vehicle there last week (it’s still available per every website) and were not able to come to a deal. I was trying to trade a vehicle that I purchased from this dealership. The negotiations were awkward, we were $1500 away from a deal (I would have split the difference) and I never even met a manager (even to say hello or thank me for previous business). I have since spoken with Christian(manager) on the phone last Friday and then yesterday we played phone tag. He didn’t return my message back to him at 3:00PM yesterday, and today is his day off. They are not interested in selling the car that is still there.

Terrible customer service. I used to work for Toyota of Melbourne and we used to try our best to give the customer a pleasant time.. Usually when youre paying for a service you at least want to feel appreciated on top of getting what youre paying for. Instead I found myself begging for information and feeling like a very unwelcomed guest. The only good part of my experience were the cashiers, they earned the only star this place deserved.

Great experience working with the team at Gator(Terry Cutler, Jim Peacock and the finance manager). Very easy transaction from about 80 miles away. Gave me a good faith estimate in writing and kept to their commitment when I arrived. Got there an hour before closing and they stayed open with us for about 30 minutes after closing. Took my truck in for repairs . I needed a second key for my truck . The service technician (Sean) charged me 250 dollars for the key. AFTER I paid my bill he told me that they were unable to program the key to lock,unlock or start my vehicle. Every time I unlock my vehicle my alarm goes off and wakes up every person in my housing area. I am unable to use my old key because they messed up the skimmer that reads the codes. My old key is worthless and my new key is worthless. So Sean told me it is 250 dollars more to replace the skimmer. They broke it and they want me to pay for the repairs! His attitude is completely arrogant and argumentative.!!!! Filing complaints with BBB . Don’t go there. This also made it so my remote start doesn’t work. So now I lost the ability to start my truck and lock and unlock my truck. My alarm goes off and they caused it, told me they did it and want to charge me for their mistake and malpractice.. They put on the paperwork that the key was replaced and programmed. Sean the service advisor told me to come back and they will fix it. After they charged me for repairs not made! He told me I was responsible for repairs made to remedy them doing this. Not the dealership.

I just took my car in for warrentee service. All the people were super friendly and genuine. My service advisor, Richard, kept me well informed all along the way. He is very pleasant and courteous. My car had to be in for more than a day. The shuttle drivers were both very nice. I asked to speak to the service technician and he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will be needing body work and I talked to the manager of the department too. He took time to answer all my questions completely. Again another very nice person. The cashier they checked me out was also very pleasant and fun. Great people there.

Brought my Jeep in for an oil change and multi-point inspection in late December since we were driving to Key West for Christmas. Everything appeared fine with the inspection however yesterday I noticed a grinding noise on my back left tire. I immediately went to Jeep to have it looked at however the service manager said they were backed up and couldnt see me until Feb 8th. I felt I couldnt wait that long so I took it to Midas yesterday. Both rear brakes, calipers and pads were completely destroyed (see pictures). The calipers were so rusted, they wouldnt work properly. Extremely disappointed with Jeep that they didnt at least pick up the drum rust on their Multi-Point inspection since Ive had good experiences with dealership up until now.

The car buying experience would be 5 stars hands down. Our salesman Allen is top notch and if you are looking to buy a jeep he is your man. The 3 stars has to come from I guess service. When you buy a certified pre owned car, one would expect it to be fairly good. The VERY next day I had to take it in because the coolant reserve would not hold anything and was empty. Come to find out it was cracked. How does a technician certify a vehicle that he could see had an empty coolant reservoir... 200 bucks later on a vehicle I bought the day before and now because I do not feel confident in what they May or May not have checked I have to spend money to have it inspected thoroughly elsewhere to see what else they probably missed. We have already seen a drag link that has the axle end loose. .. So if you want to buy a car... its a great place.. if it is certified used... be prepared to take it to your own mechanic. Kind of a buzzkill when you get a new vehicle.

This was my first time visiting gator Chrysler Dodge jeep. We have a 2016 challenger sct pack I needed my headlight bulb replaced. Richard helped me the time I arrived till they were done. Had bought a new key and fob on Tuesday so I could have a spare. Told the service advisor Sean to charge me for it on the phone when he called and told me he advised a new one. My old key worked with the fob . My old fob had a remote starter on it. It functioned with remote starting my truck and locking and unlocking my vehicle. I arrived and was charged for a new key fob. After paying I was told my new fob would not function remotely. It would not shut off my alarm and I would have to start my truck every time I opened the door to silence my alarm. Very very annoying. On top of that my old key fob was disabled because they wiped all the old keys off my computer skimmer. This is what Mark the service manager told me on the phone. After my new key supposedly being fixed Mark told me my old key was not reprogrammed because it is broken. IF YOU LEFT MY OLD KEY PROGRAMMED IT WOULD WORK. Now I am being told that I need to buy a second key fob to replace my key fob that worked when I brought it in. My week has been tied up because they cannot program the new key fob to properly work with all of the functions of my old one they destroyed. How about replacing and reprogram my old key fob? Not an option because they cost 200 dollars to replace and 50 to reprogram! Think of how a paying customer feels having to pay that for your resetting my computer not to accept my old key. Side note… NO MARK I WILL NOT REMOVE MY GOOGLE REVIEW FOR YOUR REQUEST.YOU CHARGED ME FOR SERVICES I PAID FOR AND YOU BILLED BUT DID NOT PROVIDE.

Everytime I drive it I am even more amazed at the features and performance of this vehicle. Service department got the job done, and under what I was quoted. But it took two days longer than I was told, my truck sat there for a full day no one touched it and it only took an hour for the service tech to do the job. Bill came and parts cost 130.00 and labor was 500.00 for one hour of work. I wasnt concerned necessarily with the price but the lack of detail provided on what was actually done on my truck. The bill only listed the parts and their price, and then 500.00 for 1 hour labor. Nothing about what was actually done and the cost of that job. I am sure the maintenance technician is not getting 500.00 an hour for labor.

The young girl named April was rude and disrespectful and hung up on me when I was just trying to follow up on an estimate for a repair in which the servuce representative never contacted me back about. DEF issues with a diesel are no fun, and it tends to make customers grumpy. I was grumpy, and the costs to repair are staggering. But, compared to your truck becoming a yard brick, it has to be done. Cost of doing business.I walked in, thinking I knew more, and ended up relying on Roger M., the service rep that handled my case. He knew what was up, knew what I was up against, but let me be right. In the end, it was singlehandedly his effort that saved me for work I need to do tomorrow.In fact, Roger M. has saved me doing business there. Wish there were more like you!

Was told to go sit in the customer waiting area and someone would come take my work order from meI was there over 30 minutes and 2 people walked past and asked Have you been helped yet? I told them each no.The service manager was brought over to me asked me questions about my car who towed it where they dropped it off I was unaware of any those answers. Then when it came time to pay my bill I was told it was $269 when I had been d over the phone $138.I will say in the end everything worked out they accepted the price I told them I had been d. I asked them for some help that a dealership would normally not be willing to give. They did extend that assistance.I also ask for another type of assistanceit had nothing to do with the reason I was there they told me if I would bring my car back in next week day would assist me to buy small degree with that issue

This has got to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with especially after purchasing 3 vechiles in the last 4 years from them. Salesmen are trained to tell lies just to close the sale. Then boils down to failed promises. Mangers are extremely unprofessional and treat loyal customers as trash. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Since the Sales Manager (Jim Peacock) told me to go “self-reflect,” I’m going to do that here. (1) We went to purchase a Blue Durango and dealt with Jackson. We negotiated back & forth without an issue. I made it clear during every step that I didn’t want any pricing contingent on financing, because I wasn’t going to be financing with them. He gave me their final best price and we left to think about it. I reached out the next day (purely by text) and that is when the bait and switch happened. Suddenly the best price WAS contingent on financing. I didn’t appreciate the misrepresentation so I went back to the dealer, spoke to a manager, and requested that I work with someone else. I started working with Ed. Unfortunately, the car was sold before my bank could wrap up the financing. (2) A week later I went back to Ed to see if I could get the same deal for a Red Durango, identical specs. At first, I was told YES and we were just working out how to make it happen quick (because they wouldn’t hold the vehicle for me while I got financing completed). All of these communications were by text. Suddenly, two days later, I was told they would NOT be selling me the car for the same price. No reason given. I text Ed and thanked him for his patience but told him I was disappointed in the experience. (3) Over a week and half later, my husband went to the dealer to try again for the Red Durango. At first, they said they couldn’t do the same deal because it wasn’t the same car. That was a LIE. We showed them the picture of the Blue Durango’s window sticker compared to the Red Durango’s window sticker, identical specs and identical MSRP. FINALLY, the sales Manager Jim Peacock came out and ADMITTED that they just didn’t want to sell us the car that cheap (as the first deal we had secured). Fair enough. I can respect that. We negotiated a new deal and left to get our financing in order. Two days later I get a voicemail from Jim saying they wouldn’t be able to accept our bank’s check. I called and was told that they wouldn’t be selling me the car but didn’t want to put the real reason in the voicemail (which is silly considering I now have a recording of this phone call). Jim said they were not going to sell me the car because of something I supposedly did/said to the original sales guy, Jackson, 3 weeks prior (and two car deals prior). Completely blind-sided, I offered to show all my text communications with BOTH salesmen but he didn’t care. I asked what I supposedly did but he would not tell me and instead told me to go “self-reflect.” My conscious is clear. I was never rude, disrespectful, nor inappropriate at any point or to anyone! I would respect this dealer more if they just admitted they wanted to make more money off the car. This was a stressful, heartbreaking, and disappointing experience. I wouldn’t return to them even if they were the last Dodge dealer in Florida.

We took our 2018 Journey in for an oil change....no appointment necessary. Not only was that done efficiently, but the Tech said the key fob needed a new battery....replaced at no charge. Also paint was peeling on one of the roof racks. It was replaced at no charge...under warranty.The Customer Service we experienced was above our expectations. Thank you!

They dont seem to care about customer service. Bought a vehicle and mentioned chipped windshield, chipped side window and bald tires. Mentioned a low tire as shown in the posting and was told it was fixed. Would not reduce price and found out the tire had a consistent leak which I had to fill daily until i bought new ones. I would not recommend this dealership.

Buying a car here took 5 plus hours. The experience was typical and nothing special to me as the customer. Some of the staff were friendly. Haggling over the price of a used car was not as bad as others but I guess that over 5 hr of back and forth is NOT like buying a car from CarMax which is a better experience for a used vehicle.My quick lube no apointment needed is turning into over 1 hr wait time and my car is 3 cars back in line. Looks like I might be here for a couple of hr so quick lube is not what it says. 2 plus hrs for a oil change.

Stay away from the service department here. They notoriously will try to upsell you and scare you into buying stuff you vehicle doesnt need. I made the mistake of agreeing to let them replace my ABS module to fix a 4x4 issue after they told me it was a weird electrical problem. 700 bucks later and nothing has changed. They call me back in the 4th day of holding my vehicle and tell me its the transfer case and want an additional 3200... Oh they also tried to sell me a drive shaft and motor mounts. Couldnt even get a partial refund. I declined the 3200 and am taking it somewhere local

They did a quick lane oil change, rotate tires, when they rotated tires they did not check tire pressure .this truck requires 80lbs on rear and 60 in front . When I went to leave state in the morning I had to stop at tire king to fix .

The first time I went to Gator I had a bad experience with the owners son. I decided to try them again. Will was my sales guy, he was amazing, the management bent over backwards. I had an excellent experience this time.

First I was greeted by the Service Department Porter who was practicing social distancing as well as cleanliness. He was conscience enough to ask if he could clean my interior cabin before he entered the driver seat to pull my car into the service shop. I appreciate the fact you can get your car serviced & it is kept disinfected.My service related issue was handled in a timely manner and I was treated very well.One of the best service experiences I have ever had!!!!

Wife bought her jeep here. Got a fantastic deal.I bring my 2500 truck. Very honest. Thought I needed a oil change. Was informed diesels will let you know when to change filters and oil. Saved me 600 dollars. Did a warranty repair on the brake system. Went above and beyond and replaced every thing on the brakes. Free car wash to boot.Son just purchased a 2021 truck from them and also received a fantastic deal.Be back soon for a another jeep.
