I cannot tell you enough what wonderful people work here. Alex and Blake fix my car on the spot saving me not only a trip to the mechanic but money to pay him. I wish I could post a picture of them underneath my car working together but I dont see a way to do that on here. I cannot emphasize how grateful I am to both of them. Great job guys! I have many car parts places by my house but I will definitely go out of my way to come back here.

Fantastic service and product offering. Blake, Alex, Scott and the whole Autozone crew have been so helpful. When I had to replace some batteries recently, they jumped right into action and got the job done fast. I used to struggle with changing the battery; they do it in their sleep! I have decided in recent years not to look to other places because Autozone is competitive and serves me great.

I have always used auto zone as my go to spot for simple car needs that I can handle.But HANDS DOWN!!!!This is the BEST AutoZone there is.Have went there several times over the past couple years. Went the about a week ago. Need to replace driver side headlight. Cashier was nice. Knowledgeable, ((( other half has not so much car smarts.))He can put gas in and air..Anywhere back to review...This young employee, male, with glasses came out to help me. It was cold out. I asked him Wheres your coat. Its okay. Lifted the hood and while he changed both headlights. I happen to look up. And the battery was teal, purple, orange foam stuff on the battery posts.The young man saw it too!! After changing my headlights. He ran in van back out and cleaned of my battery too.I tipped him. He refused. But I insisted told him next time he works go by himself lunch on me.Thank you you are a very kind and sweet person.

This is a standard auto parts store with a knowledgeable staff and good selection. I placed an online order for store pickup and received a text/email when ready. They will read trouble codes in the parking lot and also provide simple services like battery/lights/wiper replacement for you as well as testing a battery in store. Easy to get to and handy to have close by. Id use them again if necessary.

Didnt have what I needed but girl was helpful, sweet and cute! She loved my shoes too! Would like to hear from her again! ;)

I recently ordered two shackles for my truck in Medina which they didnt have in stock so I ordered them and was told they would be in that afternoon but said Ill just come back tomorrow and pick them up. well they never came in so they told me we will order them again and theyll be in tomorrow. well then they ordered the wrong ones and said well we have it at our Brunswick store if you want to go there. So I drive to Brunswick and again wrong part!!!!!!!!!!! Now thats three days in a row to the store and still no shackles :( So needless to say, Im so done with Autozone for life!

Helpful w the print out code. They arent mechanics so if you dont know a car just go get it checked out by your mechanic.

The guy who waited on me was super nice and would go there again for any of my auto needs.

Great place for all your car care supply needs. Helpful staff. Plus if you need a expensive specialty tools to get the job done. Ask them about renting the tool. Pay a deposit And bring the tool back and you get your money back.

Just left this store and not very happy with the service.I usually come here for things such as oil, wipers, coolant, etc.Approximately two years ago a gentleman replaced my headlight bulbs here. He suggested that I replace both even if only one was out.Today I came with the same issue.The man who waited on me was not friendly and it was apparent that he wasnt up to replacing my headlight bulbs.He did ask if I wanted him to change the one thats out.I asked if he would change both and his response was generally, we only change the one thats out.Thats not what I was advised on my last experience here.Anyway, after I mentioned that, he said well, we are not that busy now so I guess I could I asked for a bag for my new bulbs and decided to go elsewhere and have them installed.This gentleman should not be dealing with customers with this type of attitude and body language.I would give five stars if I could, to the other young man that was ending his shift because he was so sweet and friendly with a huge smile!!!

I go to alot of autozones. This one they were busy it was our turn at the counter. We brought a battery for my guys bike and hes like I need one of these. She points to the batteries and says they are over there. We wait a second he asks if she can look up what options they have and she tells us she has a hard time looking at the screen. Not sure why but ok. We called in earlier on our way there for sway bar links for an 01 prizm they told us they were 38 dollars. I was like for both ok she said no just 1. She then proceeded to tell me that I should look online that there prices are high and I can find better options. I dont know if she was overwhelmed with how busy it was but we were kinda dumbfounded at the experience

Went in to pick up parts that were ordered online by a family member who is visiting from out of state and had an emergency repair to do to their vehicle. There was a great price in addition they offered a military discount for the parts. Its nice to know you can get parts quickly and easily when you need to through stores like these.

The staff at Auto zone is always helpful and well versed in most makes of vehicles. It is rare that that you can stump then on parts, compatibility, or what vehicle model had what part.Parts availability is very good, and they usually have it it can get it in short order.

This place is great..always a pleasure to visit..friendly helpful knowledgeable staff..most people are unaware of the changes in the parts store chains lately..unlike 5 years ago this place can get You almost anything that You need for your car without having to turn to the dealer..dealer parts are great but costly and seldom come with more than a 90 day warranty..I used to scoff at the chain stores selling parts but the climate has chained and theyre parts catalog has expanded tenfold.

Medina Auto Zone changed my wiper blades and put in a new headlight for me and were wonderful to work with.

Hit or miss type of place due to staff. Some are very knowledgeable and some dont know their ass from their elbow. One employee helping me would have sold me the wrong part TWICE if it wasnt for the manager on duty stepping in when overhearing our conversation.

Had a battery die on me when I went to a gas station. A friend came up to jump me and I figured Id go to AutoZone to have it looked at. Went in to get it checked and the dude behind the counter (didnt catch his name) came out in the cold rain to let me know the charging system was fine and the battery was bad. This was about 10 minutes before they closed. Then we went back inside and he went over some options for a replacement battery. I didnt end up purchasing one there because the cost was prohibitive and the situation wasnt an emergency.But I just wanted to say something nice about the shop because the service I received couldnt have been any better, and I didnt even make a purchase. Even when I told the guy I probably wouldnt be buying a battery he still was offering advice. Thank you, sir. Ill be back to your store in the future for other needs.

I have been shopping at this Autozone for over 12 years and I have never had been treated so poorly by the so called manager working in the evening on 5/31/19 Jacob M.I looked at reviews for this store about how they helped past customers on assisting with battery swap etc.It was Friday evening we purchased $400 worth of brakes and a new battery online for store pick up. When we arrived at the store the store wasn’t that busy, there was About 2-3 customers. Kenneth one of the store employees assisted with pulling are prepaid order of 4 rotors and pads and a new battery.I asked Kenneth if he could assist with helping swap out the battery so that I didn’t have to come back to return the other and get the credit. Kenneth said he could help with this.My wife mean while proceeded to stand in line behind 2 customers to buy a couple of items while I took the brakes out to the van.Kenneth went back in the store to get the socket set when Jacob told Kenneth not to go out and help with my battery swap since I bought these items online. Jacob did not know my wife heard everything since she was standing behind a taller man in line.This started an argument with your manager Jacob who represented Autozone in an unprofessional manner. Jacob needs to get the appropriate manager training!Kenneth was the professional here and told Jacob he would help anyway.Jacob M. Has no business wearing the customer satisfaction badge and should not be portrayed as a manager for the lack of customer service!!! Autozone should be embarrassed by his non customer service attitude.I am waiting on a follow up call with Autozone Corporate

Today I returned a Duralast wheel bearing that went bad rather quickly and I did not have enough money to upgrade to the better National Wheel bearing and because of my truckers Brian Sanford upgraded me to the National Wheel bearing for free!!!!! This AutoZone is AMAZINGWhen i had ? I asked one staff member helping us he tried to help but bluntly without bsing lmk Dave( i think) asst. Manger wouldwas know more w ? I asked about.. I had guy who rebuilt my transmission tell me my shifter had NOTHING to do w work he DID, and i personally just wanted an unbiased, REAL ANSWER bc common sense tells me my shifter doesnt work w/out transmission Vise versaNtm being a woman we get taken advantage w repair issues, jacked around, bsed about guy stuff ALL TIME!!i waited for him to be finished w customer, asked him and he took time to explain as he would anybody & show pic of part to me..For real this guy was God sentSay Thank you for me please!!!!

Brian is the guy you want to speak to; knowledgeable and helpful, a manager who comes off like he really cares. AutoZone used to have a bad rep but the Duralast Parts and tremendous customer service make this my go-to spot.

Went today to buy a replacement bulb for my vehicle, Met a gentleman name Jarret, he showed me exactly what I needed, and rang me up. As he was ringing me up, he said would you like for me to install that bulb for you. And I was floored, of course I want you to do it. He had it done in a few minutes, double checked everything and said it is still blinking fast, I told him that was because it is burnt out on the front too. His response was you want me to do that one too? Ummm yeah of course. He grabbed the bulbs off the shelf, gave me the package, had to remove the wheel well to get to it and had it all buttoned up in minutes. That wouldve taken me an hour. I truly understand yes I bought 2 pairs of bulbs with huge margin on it, but it was a huge win for me because I didnt have to do it. I will be back again and again. I have lived here for 16 years and never knew they offered this service. Amazing! Thank You!Went back today 08/5, and it was a completely different experience. A man came out to look at a light that was out on my daughters car. Long grey hair, I didnt catch his name. Looked at the light and i had to explain how to access it. He told me they dont do that. I explained Jarret had before and it was the only reason I was back. His response was a sarcastic, thats not surprising and he left my daughter and I at the car. I went in and found him talking to a gentleman at the register named Brian, who was shaking his head, saying it was shop labor and he doesnt have to do it. We could come back when it wasnt busy. But it was all in his attitude in the way he said it. I explained to Brian that we would not be back, ever. He looked at me and told me to have a good day. Man it must be nice to have so many customers you can provide no customer service and let them leave without purchasing anything. I will not be back, ever again. Brian and his staff undid all the good Jarrett did in 30 seconds.Update- District Manager called me and long story short, will be going to see Jarrett tomorrow to get the bulb fixed/replaced. Thank you Jarrett.
