Needed some valve stems and rims resealed. Wish they would have given me an actual total quote vs. throwing me a bunch of numbers...

Bought tires cheapest (BFG Comp 2) on Walmart site through third party. Couldnt ship direct to store, so had to deliver at home and take to store. Mount and balanced the set of 4 in about an hour without appointment. Fine job.

Almost 3 hour wait to change and balance tires. Car shows none of the tires show 35 pressure. One tire shows zero pressure. There reason was our sensors were bad. There was nothing wrong with the sensors before they changed the tires. Would not recommend this tire center. The lady that took care of payment was very helpful. Why does it take 3 hours and why did they only mention bad sensors when I left and had to go back in???

I came at 8:30 am. On August 11th. No one was there but me. The 2 guys working there were so polite and covered my oil and filter perfect! They also checked any other area. No charge! In and out in 30 min. A great big thank you guys!

I spent 2 hours at this Walmart to get an oil change, only to find that they cancelled my oil change and didnt think to tell me. I was in the waiting area the entire time and they even had my number, so they could have easily contacted me. If I hadnt walked up to ask what was going on, I wonder when I would have found out that nothing was going on with my car and I was sitting there for no reason? Super unprofessional. The manager was nice though.

I got there last minute with 4 tires that needed installed. It was kind of an emergency, at first they didnt want to take me, but someone I guess agreed to stay late and make it happen. Really appreciated it and now Im good to go. Great price for the install overall friendly staff and professional service.

Went in for an oil change, only had to wait 45min on a Saturday, not to bad. I needed for them to look at my tire as my low tire light was coming on. Was told it could be a sensor. But just had a nail in my tire. I walked out with no tire. As they only carried one brand I never heard of and for over $105, my nail and I left. This tire center is super busy. They need to hire more help.

Well managed battery, tire & oil change auto services as you would expect from WM. Good brand nsme products at competitive prices with decent national warranty policy. Sometimes congested during peak hours with waits of an hour or more. Half hour turnaround common during off peak. Staff pleasant & helpful. Few complaints in past 20 years, local dept mgr always resolved any warranty or pricing issue promptly.

Joe and Bryan were so very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that I understood my options and didnt pressure me into anything like other automotive places do. I appreciate their kindness, consideration, and efficiency especially at this busy time of year. Thank you!

Excelent experience!! I would definitely recommend this place to others. I Stopped inn today with my husbands truck, I was in a pinch because I had my 6 month old baby with me who was being super fussy. I was helped by an older gentlemen named Jeff. He was super sweet, very helpful and nice even with a fussy baby. Jeff went above and beyond with customer care and should be recognized for his service. Thank you so much!!

Takes forever

This place is terrible! I waited four hours for an oil change and 2 tires. They told me it would be an hour and a half but they kept stringing me along until I had been there for 4 hours. At that point I was determined to get the work done. They have nowhere to sit down if there are a lot of people waiting, there are only two benches that will fit two people each so four seats for a large car repair place is definitely not enough. There is no TV or radio and the only magazines they have are mens health and hunting magazines. Do they not realize that women have their cars repaired too? As a matter of fact it was mostly women that were there. After 4 hours of waiting they didnt even do the it correctly and my husband had to go back the next day to have the tires rotated which I had requested when purchasing new tires. Even I know the new tires go on the front and the older ones are rotated to the back. Ridiculous!

This service and product was great glad i went to walmart. Very affordable!

Great Experience

I have never had a problem until now I brought one of our many vehicles here and they wouldnt touch one of my tires because of dry rot they said. This is untrue these tires have looked like this for 3 years. I believe they just dont want my business. Its hard today to to find people that actually want to do work so from here out they have lost all of my business.

I have gone to this Walmarts tire service center 3 times now. Every time I have gone to get new tires. In my case the services were always provided on time, they always seemed to be available to change my tires when I called ahead to see if they were busy or not. Their tires are reasonably priced and have lasted for the duration of which they were rated for. I will go back to them in the future for more tire changes and would (and do) recommend them to my friends. Hope this helps so far as tire changing goes.

After the treatment I received tonight, I would give 0 stars if I could. I googled business hours for the auto center which said they were open until 7pm. I left work early so I could get there with enough time to have my vehicle serviced. Arrived before 6 and was told they wont do it. When I questioned why because I thought they were open until 7, the man laughed at me and said because the guy is leaving in 40 minutes and doesnt have time. I can understand being busy, but I will never understand being rude or demeaning to a customer. I went across the street and got outstanding customer service and an oil change...in and out in 15 minutes. Thank your rude employee for the loss of a 10+ year customer.

Worst experience of my life!!! I arrived at 8:30am for a NEW $93.00+ Battery for my truck. At 11:30 am, I was still waiting as they too over 10 oil changes ahead of me. I finally asked why I was still waiting as I was told upon arrival that battery replacement gets done first before any other work by the girl who waited on me. Her name was Brittany. Finally, my truck was pulled into a bay and the Manager started replacing my Batery. An hour later and still not complete, I went out to where my truck was sitting only to see the Manager/Technician repeatedly slamming the hood on my truck as he couldnt get it to stay latched closed. I asked the problem and he said that the latch just needed lubed as it wasnt staying closed. He kept opening and slamming it for the next 45+ minutes and he bent the latch mechanism and broke my Grille. He kept trying to hide the damage from me but, I noticed it immediately!!!Finally, after over an hour and 15 minutes, I myself went out and used a prybar I had in my truck and I bent the Latch Mechanism back to its original,position and the hood closed and latched with no,further problems. I had to work on my Grill and the parts in their parking lot for 25 minutes just to drive it back home!!!When I had to pay for my new Battery, I asked the Auto Service Manager if I got ANY discount for them taking over 4 hours to replace a Battery in my Toyota Tacoma. He said Nope, no discount today. I couldnt believe they wouldnt offer even a free oil change or two for taking SO long and beating the hell out of my truck!!!Im forever done with Walmart!!!I will never buy anything there again as I see how much they appreciate me spending $109.09 and over four (4) hours of my day there!!!BEWARE of the Medina, Ohio Walmart!!!

I never had a problem sir with my oil change plus I buy tires there and I could warranty where they balance your tires and rotate them for free I always get good service there

The lady behind the counter was a real c u next Tuesday they wouldnt put the tires on my aftermarket rims because its not the recommended rim size and when they told me I needed to bring the tires in off the truck I asked them to borrow a jack and they said its broke mf yall sell jacks... What a joke Ill never buy tires from Walmart again.

Do not ever go to Walmart for tires.. Got brand new tires January 2017 hqve 60,000 mile warranty and was just told my tires of bald with only 24,000 on them yet it will cost almost a hundred for 3 tires since they just replaced one today... Ill necer go back they sell cheap tires that dont last to the warranty then tell try to tell you that you put 40;000 miles on them when the odometer reading for the day put on is 45 thousand and the car only has 70 thousand thats 25 thousand not 40 thousand as they try to claim.. Wish I could give no stars cause this place is rude and I dont appreciate being yelled at by a manager for asking questions.

They do have the best price for an oil change around. I have never had an issue taking my car in for an oil change.

Brought 4 rims in for tires. Instead of letting me know one was bent real bad, they just slapped a tire on and balanced it. Didnt notice before, nor check as thats their job and they can tell way easier because itll shake like hell on the balancer. I have no means to spin it and check. Took one turn and snapped a lug off from the extremely excessive vibrations due to warpage. Driving straight there was no vibrations. Turn and it shakes like hell and snapped my lug.... Absolutely livid. Id have brought another rim and made sure it was straight somehow if they told me. Ill never take another thing to these shmucks. Apparently the safety of your customers is irrelevant when youre a massive corporation.

Do not take your car here for service. Mechanics no nothing about cars. Wasted 3 hours of my time having to go out there multiple times to show them how to do their job just for them to say no because they dont want to break my tpms sensors... Pathetic excuse for a shop
