On my way back to Columbus from Cleveland, I ran over a board with nails. My low pressure tire came on and I proceeded to the nearest exit. Fortunately I found Rick Roush Honda and asked for assistance without an appointment. John Gaffney (Service Advisor) jumped into action, looked at my tire and got a technician to start working on it immediately. They had me patched up and back on the road within 30 minutes complete with a car wash.I have not experienced this level of customer service in a while and it was refreshing and definitely appreciated. If you go to the service department, ask for John. I have no doubt he treats every customer this way. He definitely exceeded my expectations.

Bought a 2019 Ridgeline Black Edition here three years ago. At 65,000 miles (5,000 miles outside the warranty), it started having problems. Took it to another Honda dealer because it was a 5 week wait for an appointment at Rick Roush. Spent $480.63 at the other dealership but the problem returned the next day. Rick Williams (salesperson who is great and VERY knowledgeable) got me into the service dept. at Rick Roush. The service dept. explained that the truck needed a new transmission and the cost would be $7,601.77.I know that Rick Roush did NOT manufacture the truck, but I am VERY surprised that they werent willing to work with me on a new transmission for a 3 year old truck.
Wow! I am very impressed with the customer service at Rick Roush Honda, especially Greg Crean. Weve all grown accustomed to shipping delays and accepted that there isnt much we can do about it. Well, not Greg and his team. When my order was delayed, Greg kept me informed about the shipping status. When it looked like my order wasnt going to arrive before my upcoming vacation, they had 2 backup plans in place to ensure that my vacation wasnt impacted by the order delay. It would have been easier (and completely understandable) to just tell me the order wouldnt be delivered in time. I mean, theres nothing they can do about it! Instead, they went to great lengths to find me a solution (at no cost to me)! I highly recommend Greg and his team! Expect nothing but a great experience!

My car suddenly started to spew white smoke while I was shopping in Medina. I was not certain what to do. I looked up service shops near me and thankfully a Honda dealer/service center was directly across the street. I drove up smoking, toward the garage at 430p on a Friday, just before closing and was instantly directed by John Gaffney to pull in and put my heat on to balance out my car as it was over heating. John was very professional and very understanding of my car situation and advised me to leave my car overnight as it was too hot to touch at that point. The following day my car was ready and it was discovered that a hose had a pretty significant split. I learned they were a bit short staffed as it was a Saturday and John personally worked on my car. John is my hero! Had he not advised me to leave my car I would surely have been on the shoulder of 71 with a blown engine. Thank you John and the staff at the service garage. You were all wonderful.

Ive had 22 Hondas or Acuras. Up until this dealership I have always been able to drive up or call ahead and get an oil change on request with a car wash. Yes, sometimes I have had to wait awhile for that service but I could always get it done. Not here. Here you have to call and generally wait a week or more for service. Same is true for most everything you have to have serviced. There is simply no excuse for it. I was told when I bought the car they were working to improve on it but that never happened. One designated person could do enough cars in a day to cover many times the expense. They could also do the filters as well in just a few minutes. Why have me go to another dealership to get this basic service? It doesnt make any sense.

The service advisor Erik is very polite, explains everything well. Also, in this wear a mask is challenging and if you are a customer who must read lips, Erik will pull his mask down. And if you are a customer who depends on Sign Language, you are in luck. Austin is excellent at assisting with ASL. We have been very happy doing business with this Dealer for a long time.

I cant say enough about the service that we received from both Austin and John in Rousch Hondas Service Department. They were both incredibly professional in helping get to the bottom of an issue we were having in an incredibly timely manner. Faced with an unexpected trip and concerned with an unusual sound we were hearing in our Honda Pilot, we were able to get an appointment right away (even based on their busy schedule), dropped our vehicle off and received a prompt phone call and thorough explanation surrounding the problem. It was able to be corrected the same day, even though we were a late addition to their schedule, and were now able to make our trip without any mechanical concerns. Just leased from Rick Williams - he was honest, friendly, didn’t try to sell me on any extra stuff I didn’t need and took the time to show me all of the features and set everything to my personal preference. She even sat with me and helped me understand how to program all my settings. She checked in with me shortly after the purchase to make sure everything was perfect. Called in to look at their new Civic Type R, car was placed in a nice spot to look at the vehicle but it was extremely dirty. Salesperson seemed to have profiled me immediately showed me the car and told me I couldnt even look inside the car let alone drive it to know if I liked how it handled. Had to jump through hoops just to look inside and was told youd be able to drive once you purchased the vehicle which means I would only get to know if I liked the car after I bought it. Salesperson knew very little about the car and made up information on the spot. Needless to say I left and will be looking for my new vehicle elsewhere where they treat me like a customer not an inconvenience

I brought in my 2013 Accord for rear brakes a couple weeks ago. I could not be happier with the level of service I received from Erik. Not only was he polite, knowledgeable and thorough, he contacted Honda because my calipers were both leaking and he got them covered under my certified warranty. To top it all off my car was still completed on time and they even washed it! Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly while maintaining a safe social distance. Terrible service. We called ahead to test drive a specific car, so we could assist in salesperson in getting a car ready for us before we arrived and actually arrange to have a sales associate help us with our buying decision. The first thing Brian did was inform me that he only had 30 minutes for us. (meanwhile there were four or five other salespeople lounging around with nothing to do.) Then after I asked about test driving the car we had called to arrange, he disappeared to go find the new car we had previously arranged to test drive. After an interminable wait, we left, disgusted by another typically bad experience at a car dealership. This is precisely the type of experience that drives consumers to the internet who just want to buy something without the hassle of ineptitude.
Thanks to Darcy I was able to get my first car at an amazing price. She walked me through how everything works and made sure I was happy with everything. I highly recommend her if you’re in the market for a new car :)

Rick Roush Honda is great!!I came here and spent pretty much all day here without once feeling pressured! Everyone was super nice to me and very accommodating!The store itself is big, clean, and beautiful. The showroom is filled with cars to admire. Then theres an amazing waiting area with a complimentary water, a complimentary coffee and hot chocolate machine, a vending machine for snacks, and even complimentary popcorn! The decor in the area is beautiful. You can relax on the comfy seats, or sit down at the stand and get some work done while waiting on your car.Overall, its a great place to visit if you need work done on your car or if youre looking to buy a new car!

Rick Roush Honda in Medina Ohio has not served me well. Twice I have had an experience with the service department where they tried to sell me a repair I didnt need. The first time was replacment of my brakes, but after having them checked out elsewhere I got 20,000 more miles before they actually needed to be replaced. Most recently was a recommendation to replace my timing belt because it looked old. It was replaced 5 months ago. I dont believe that they even looked at it. This is not the competence or the honesty I expect when paying top dollar for service. I bought my car from them and have regularly had it serviced at their dealership, but I will go elsewhere next time.
Traveling from out of town and suddenly had a terrible grinding sound. Trying not to panic, I called a tow truck and had my Accord towed to Roush Honda. They checked everything out, found a rock, checked my tires and brakes. I was on my way in less than an hour. No charge to me and they gave the peace of mind that the car was okay. Excellent service, thanks for taking care of me.
I spoke with Dylan today at this dealership, he gave me all of the information I asked for, super helpful, and offered me water like 20 times! He gave me his card and even put his phone number on it if I have any other questions (talk about dedication!). I will definitely be recommending this place to friends!

I dreaded buying a new car as a young women, especially since my experience at other dealerships was terrible!! However, I had the best experience at Roush. I was helped by Darcy and she was amazing!!! She was informative and respectful and never pressured me. I had a great feeling from when I first stepped on the lot to when I drove away in my new Honda.

I took my 05 Civic to Rick Roush Honda for a second opinion and was very pleased with my experience!I usually go to Sunnyside Honda which is right across the street from where I live, but after 7+ visits (literally...I lost count) to diagnose and fix a check engine light issue over the last few months, I got the impression they were tired of working on my car and it costing them more money. When I had asked Sunnyside to also diagnose a rattling noise, they told me an answer that didnt seem to make much sense. The car is old so they may have been hearing something different than what I was referring to, but given the severity of the noise I didnt feel comfortable going into the winter season without getting another opinion. I will give them credit because they did advise me not to spend the money to fix the problem. It would have costed more than the value of the car and they worked hard to fix my check engine light.The staff at Rick Roush were very polite, gave good explanations, and referred me to an exhaust shop which could do the repair for a fraction of the cost rather than trying to squeeze $1,700 out of me. I appreciated their quality service and would gladly make the drive out to Medina again.
Passing through Ohio on a road trip and had an issue with a recall that was installed by another dealer. Jim and Ron went above and beyond to take my vehicle in and repair it without an appointment and I was on my way hours later. They saved the day and my trip. Excellent service and personal touch. VIP treatment for a random Honda Owner from another state! Bravo!

They were very honest in not recommending some services they felt were not needed. Very fair pricing and great communication throughout the process. Leased a new Civic from Rick Roush Honda. Had the car now for over a month and no problems or issues. Great buying experience from start to finish. Chester was great and went through all the options and features of the car. Making sure I understood everything and answering all my questions. Juliana in finance got me an incredible interest rate for the lease and made all the paperwork easy to understand. Spring got my plates transferred to the new car with no hassles. Tyler gave me a more than fair offer on my trade in.
Total clown show. Got charged a diagnostic fee even though they didnt fix the car. They wanted to charge me over a $1500 to have an injector fixed. RR said they have to take the hole engine out. Total B.S.I took it to a local garage and was repaired correctly for $150. Running like brand new. Thats called price gouging. Not good business pratices. Just bought a new car last month. Darcy was courteous, knowledgeable, never pushy, and willing to help even after the sale with everything from financing questions, vehicle options, scheduling, and arranging a courrior to and from dealership.The waiting room is very comfortable and the service team was friendly.All around a good experience.
As always its a pleasure to buy cars from this dealership. Our family has bought many cars from here because of the ethical and moral values the sales staff has. Best car buying experience Ive ever had! Chester Warren was recommended to me by a work colleague. So I glad I took the recommendation. He made the experience so easy.
