This entire store has survived many decades of business in an area that is not necessarily made of money. Kind of disgusting to read posts of people complaining over a lack of inventory, as if the entire world production didn’t come to a halt and put every business in a hard spot. A simple drive around town looking at car dealerships to gun stores and tire shops show an obvious lack of inventory. With that also said, being placed on a forced closure put many appointments on hold creating an extremely busy schedule on top of probably being short staffed due to health reasons. Kelly Coulter in service always does an exceptional job of keeping me well informed of how things are going while my bike is in the shop. Cameron Smith in parts is always keeping the gear fresh and in stock and does a good job of keeping me informed if parts ordered were back ordered or shipped from a non normal warehouse. Patrick and Jason both are exceptional salesman and have an amazing amount of product knowledge. Chris does a phenomenal job of keeping units in stock for me to look at and drool over, even during pandemics when things aren’t in abundance.If you want to support a great group of people I’d head on down to KHM, and spend your hard earned dollars with them. They don’t price gouge, they don’t sell products they don’t stand behind or install on their own bikes, and they don’t mistreat any person who steps in their dealership. Real stand up group of individuals. Would highly recommend. 10/10 would spend money again.

I tried to order a bike and the dealer told me to kick rocks, or, wait a year for the new model to come out. Very lazy sales agents who cant make a cash sale happen. I will never buy a bike from this Honda dealer. If you are looking to order a new bike, go online and have it shipped to your house. Kawasaki & Honda of Medford is a joke. These people wait for a dollar to fall into their hands, rather than work for an honest earned cent.

Both times Ive stopped into this shop Ive been completely ignored. No one even acknowledged Id walked in the door. Doesnt seem very friendly/welcoming. I asked the service advisor about potentially having my ATV serviced there, but he said to try somewhere else as we only have 1 tech and are 3-4 months out.

I told these guys I would write a killer review for them (and heres why)!Jason at Kawasaki & Honda of Medford not only secured the bike of my dreams, but located a rack for me to carry it on (thanks Cycle Gear!) with my truck. Kawasaki & Honda of Medford had recently sold their last motorcycle rack, so Jason got on the phone and had Cycle Gear hold on to one for me.The weather had turned to gale force winds mixed with sleet and rain as I drove the few miles from Cycle Gear to Kawasaki & Honda of Medford.The great group of guys at Kawasaki & Honda of Medford actually went to the trouble of assembling the bike rack for me! Right there on the showroom floor they tore open the box and attack the assembly process like a group of hungry lions! Using their own tools and everything!Once the rack was assembled, Jason and one of the guys at Kawasaki & Honda of Medford wheeled the bike out into basically a blizzard and helped me install the rack on the receiving port of my truck. Their hands must have been numb from the wind and cold, but I didnt hear them complain once and actually kept a wonderful attitude through the whole process.Jason, in the middle of a blizzard, took the time and attention to go through the basics of the bike with me: oil, filters, ignition, etc...Then Jason and his buddy at Kawasaki & Honda of Medford wheeled the bike up on to the rack. Jason actually got down on the ground to ensure the nylocks on the rack and other hardware were installed properly. Then they used four tie-downs I had brought to personally ensure the bike was secure. They actually gave me two more tie-downs for free too! Despite me hovering and being willing to help, they did the whole process without complaint.It would have been so easy for these guys at Kawasaki & Honda of Medford to just sell me a bike. To tell me tough luck about not having the tools to assemble the rack, to let me wheel the bike up the rack in the cold and wind, to make me balance and secure the bike by myself in the wind, but they didnt.Kawasaki & Honda of Medford has earned a lifelong customer. Ill be back to Kawasaki & Honda of Medford next time and Ill be bringing my kids with me to purchase their bikes too.

Terrible dealing with these guys the owner doesn’t care about you unless your making a purchase and the customer service is very bad, the employees are very rude they have a couple guys in there I do think do good work and are good. To bad they don’t open there own shop. I would rather drive 1,000 miles and pay three times as much then to deal with these guys it’s true there only in business because there’s no competition

Save yourself some time and money this is the worst motorcycle dealership in this area. Owner is only friendly with initial purchase after that total A-hole to deal with. Parts department is a joke and good luck getting them to service anything you buy from them. Honestly only reason they have not went out of business is because they are the only Honda dealership in this area.

I had a great purchasing experience. They were busy so I was actually helped by the owner himself. Nice guy, knowledgeable and great to work with. And gave me a good price. That was back in March 2020Now it’s mid June, I’ve come upon the first service interval, and in attempt to remain a loyal customer I called in to see if I could drop my rzr off and they squeeze it in soon. I was told nope, not till the 23rd of July. Wow! Way to not retain customers. I’ll find somewhere else for service and buy elsewhere too. I have been spreading the good word about this place. But they clearly don’t need anymore business. Unless you want your machine to be down for months.Buy and service elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever... I called inadvance to purchase a new Honda sbs, was told to come in, my wife and I came in waited a hour and a half and were about to leave when they chased me down to tell me they dont have any to sell, so I drove 2 and half hours to coos bay to buy one. Since I dont try and judge on one experience and that they are the only honda dealer in Southern Oregon, I went to have it serviced there. They were so busy they booked me 2 months in advance. There was no reminder and no call to tell me I missed my appointment so I called them and they said it was a blessing that I didnt show up ... so much for customer service

Ive never been to a service center so reluctant to take my money before. Ive never been able to get service done with less than 45 days notice, even for routine things like oil changes and tire repair. Only the fact that they are then only game in town forces me back there. I wind up doing as much service as I can myself instead. That coupled with the poor floor selection and stock means Im more likely to ride 50+ miles out of my way than go here.

Do not schedule your service with this shop. Waited two months until my scheduled date. After waiting my turn my date came I was there at 9 o’clock with my unit. A week later I called and still had not even looked at my unit. I was told to come get my unit. Worse customer service I’ve ever received.

I think overall the place is great I always get the correct parts for my or on the staff is amazing especially Jerry in parts. But I think that there needs to be more of a selection of larger bagger style bikes to select from so when I walk in I want to see something that has bags that has fairings that has windshield stereo that kind of thing Im not necessarily a Harley girl so Id like to see something in more of a Kawasaki Honda type of thing and I never find it there.

Read thru the reviews and I have to say that I just completely disagree with so many. My overall experience with the store and the staff is excellent. After living here for 15 years I have also been reluctant to go in based on what Ive heard. I did one day about a year and a Half ago and I have to say Im so GLAD!!!! Like any new place you walk into, if you choose to wear a smile amazing things follow. :) I met Patric and after riding 10 dirt-bikes over the past 25 years I can respectively know if a sales guy is new at his craft. His knowledge, professionalism, and integrity is obvious at hello, and dont be surprised if you feel like your talking to a old friend in seconds. Shout out to the parts guys too! Got a flat tire on my bike, and wanted it fixed asap. They were very busy, and after a little pressure they said they would repair the tire if I could get it off for them. I was quick to jump on that, but soon realized not all the tools required to remove the wheel came with my bike. After a quick talk to the service manager I had the tools I needed, and removed the wheel. With how busy the were I figured on being there all morning at least, but they were quick to replace the tire, and with borrowed tools I was quickly on the road again.. Thank you for the pleasant visit, your service and help were much appriciated.

I have purchased three brand new Honda motorcycles over the last three years. Always met with courteous and friendly staff across the board. The service department is typically crazy busy (as are all motorcycle service businesses) during the summer, but they always get me scheduled in a reasonable time-frame. Planning ahead for regular maintenance, repairs, and tire changes is always a good idea especially during the busy season. I highly recommend KHM for all needs for the ride. My bike always receive the best care.

I dont know why someone said they have a limited selection of bikes. They have about 40 to 50 in the showroom all the time. Its a small town. How many do you expect them to stock people. If I had a complaint with them it would be not stocking common failure parts for popular bikes. Or any clamp on air filter . That doesnt make much sense. But bikes. They have alot of selection.

Only Kawasaki dealer in the area and they know it. I gave them part numbers and showed them what I needed ordered. It came in a week later and it turned out they ordered the wrong part. The motorcycle run I wanted to go on was in three days and I asked them to order the right part, ship overnight and they pay for it since they messed up. They refused. How hard is it to order a part when you have all the information? Why couldnt they admit they made a mistake and do right by me??? Because being the only Kawasaki dealer they got you over a barrel. What ever happened to the saying, The customer is always right.Needless to say, I wasnt able to go on the motorcycle run because I trusted that they knew what they were doing. And when I gave them a chance to make up for it they refused. F -

Every time I go in to check on the new bikes, the place is dead. The sales staff is non-existent and totally underwhelming. When I called to ask about service on my vintage Hondas they acted like I was trying to give them AIDS. Every time I call and want to talk to ANYONE at all the service dept I spend 10 minutes on hold waiting for an answer and end up just having to drive there anyways to get basic questions answered. Avoid this place, avoid it good. This whole valley would do good for them to close up and sell the franchises to someone who cares.

Absolutely terrible service I’ve gone in and out of this shop a few times looking for a new motorcycle for my girlfriend and have never been helped appropriately, their prices are high they don’t budge even when ready to buy. Today topped it off when I went in to look for a fairing bolt and the guy at the counter was extremely rude when I asked about the bolts they carried, when asked a specific question his answer was “not likely” he then proceeded to turn his back on me and continue what he was doing, I asked if they sold other fairing bolts, and he finally turned around to tell me they can order online. He’s not the only one that can order online and therefore I will not take my business to them and will not recommend anyone else waste your time here.

The last few times I had my GL1800 in the shop have been very disappointing. They keep the bike for an extended period of time without giving updates. A few months back they had my bike for service and when I got it back, there was an issue and the shop made it sound like it was a preexisting problem. After pushing and being made to feel like it was my problem to pay for. They finally found the problem. It was a part that they had pulled off and incorrectly re-installed and apologized.This last time I had taken my bike in for several things to be done. They had it for about two weeks. The main reason for the service was the last one they checked on and it was the one that took the most time to diagnose and repair. Right after getting my bike back, the trunk locking issue came back. They told me to bring it in so they could look over the issue. After having my bike for 10 days, they only manage to find 1 hour to spend on it. They still have no clue what the problem is even though they had it for 10 days.What ticks me off the most, they say the reason for only finding 1 hour in 10 days was due to not having an appointment when I dropped of my bike. I had an appointment when I brought the bike in for service. The bike was brought back in because the problem was not fixed.After having it home for about 10 minutes, I think I have found the problem in a $350 part that is going bad.

Took in my Kawasaki Vulcan VN750 after it died driving down the road. Turned out to need a carb cleaning which to do it right was going to be around 350 bucks. I thought it was a high price, but after I got the bike back it ran like a brand new bike. It was 100% worth the cost of having the dealer do the job right. Thanks guys for a job well done!

We brought in our Honda cr85 already dismantled, and had already discovered the engine was seized, and in need of a rebuild. We were expecting the job to be finished in about 2 weeks, since the bike only needed about 3 man hours to be rebuilt. (Which is a very fair time period considering they may have other bikes to work on) After waiting 2 weeks with no updates whatsoever, we gave them a call and were told they were running behind. We were understanding that they may be busy, but we werent expecting to wait much longer.However, it did take longer. We ended up waiting 7 weeks without hearing any news on what was going on unless we occasionally called. On the 7th week we felt the job was taking a bit long, since the rebuild would only take someone with respectable knowledge 3 hours at the most. We contacted them to hear the news that they had almost finished the project, but overlooked buying alignment pins, which was apparently going to take another week for them to put in. We still dont have the bike, and hope to get in next week as they claimed we would.Long story short, Kawasaki & Honda of Medford was very unreliable, inexplicably slow, unresponsive, inconsiderate, and over all a very disappointing company to work with. I dont plan on doing business with this company again, and advise others to consider bringing your money somewhere else. -Jim

At 1305 on friday the 14th I called this place about getting a new set of handlebars and having them installed because I didnt feel like it. I was told by the person that answered that they could order them but Id have to talk to service to see if they could. I was transferred to service and told it would be an hours worth of work ($88) and was fine with that, so I was transferred back to sales or whoever it was I was talking to, who ordered the bars and I paid over the phone.Yesterday (the 20th) I received a call telling me the bars had come in, and since I live an hour away I told them Id come by tomorrow (21st).After riding my bike with its broken bars an hour to this shop, I was told there was a MONTH(!!) long wait. Since riding season isnt over and I dont want these slimy fools to have any more of my money, I didnt waste my time causing a scene and just left with the bars.I realize that at no point in my initial phone call did I schedule the installation of the bars, but at some point you would think it would have come up after I told the saleman thats specifically what I wanted. Obviously a month long lead time on service is not something that just happens overnight, so I would have appreciated being told this when I initially called and stated I wanted the installation so that I could have ordered the same bars for $15 cheaper off Revzilla.Make of this story what you will but Ill never come back to this shop.

We recently purchased 2 motorcycles from KHM. We dealt with Jason who treated us very well. We needed 2 bikes (one for me and one for my wife). My wife is a new rider and we needed a recommendation for a bike that would suit her. We were recommended the Kawasaki Versys-X 300 ABS. This is a terrific bike with plenty of power and has no problem keeping up with the 500 I purchased. I purchased the Honda CB500X ABS. These are sort of hybrid dual sports (they can be ridden on un-paved public roads (not recommended for off-road). During our transaction we had a family member with a medical emergency and had to delay making our purchase. I made contact with Jason and let him know and he was very accommodating. I was NEVER pressured to close the deal. We came a week later with a trailer to take them home. I had already test ridden both bikes and a thunderstorm moved in (lighting and rain). Jason and Milton loaded both bikes onto our trailer and made certain they were snug and secure for the drive home. They even threw in a few extra straps to insure their safety. I thanked Milton and asked if he was from their service department. As it turns out he is the owner of KHM. A very unassuming humble everyday guy, who had no problem jumping in during a thunderstorm to get us going. We also purchased 2 new riding jackets and helmets. Which are awesome! The bikes are running great and just got back from a backroads run to Canyonville. My wife is learning the ropes and doing well on her Versys. I would not hesitate recommending this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase a Honda or Kawasaki or just wants to purchase some gear. Very nice people here! Thank you Jason and Milton. We will be back (on the bikes).
