Travis did a handle bar swap on my Heritage. I know not a real hard thing for an experienced bike mechanic like Travis & Mark. just time consuming but I was on a schedule because of my work. They met my time constraints easily, did a great job, put up with my stupid questions professionally. Great guys, great shop. I’ll be there again.

Hands down the best motorcycle shop I have ever done business with! While on a 3000 mile road trip a problem I was having got a lot worse and Mark was kind enough to squeeze me in and fix my problem very quickly. I huge thank you to Travis for working on my bike, his attention to detail and knowledge are second to none. Mark was also kind of enough to give us a tour of his shop and show us a few of his award winning bikes that he had built over the years. I could have sat there all day chatting with him, thats how great of a shop this is. This stop was a highlight of my trip and you just dont see shops like this anymore...thanks again Mark and Travis! Mark Daley and Travis have worked on my bikes since 2002. Upgraded my 02 Fatboy to a 96 engine. I just crossed over 100,000 miles on Her and still running flawlessly. I had such a good experience that when I purchased my 2007 Roadking Custom I had them do the 103 upgrade. It now has 82,000 miles on it and as with the Fatboy, still runs flawlessly. Mark is extremely talented yet still remains one of the Easiest Guys I know to talk to and work with. He gets a Feel for what your trying to say as far as customizing. I have witnessed some Way Cool custom Bikes come out of his shop . Mark and Travis have treated me fairly and honestly for the last 15 yrs that Ive dealt with Thunderstruck. I Highly recommend them for both Customizing and regular maintenance .
