Large show room, personable staff. The only reason I gave a low rating is because they advertise make and models of boats with price, down and payments on boats they dont even have. Then in the add they say dont wait. (if your that detailed, you should have it in stock)Then they say that is for order, and the price is unknown? If I order wont I have to wait? They are not the only dealer that advertises units they dont have. I am sure fine print is clear. which is why it is the last thing you see. Just misleading, and poor tactics. Next time just advertise the model and order yours, not price that will likely not be the same. Oh well, though I wanted new, I found a clean used one that might fit my purpose

I bought an axis A24 during COVID. Like every manufacture the boats being produced were behind schedule. Waterworks always stayed in contact and kept me updated through the process. Getting a custom boat designed the way we specified was worth the wait. When the boat came in it was perfect. They got it out to us quick and did complete walk though to make sure we understood the functions of the boat.We put 20 hours on the boat the first weekend and they got us right back in for the first service and we were back in the lake in the following weekend. I would highly recommend purchasing from Waterworld if you like to taken care of during and after your purchase.

They were wonderful! We took our boat there for the first service. We live out of town so they got us in first thing in the morning and had us headed home early the same afternoon. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Went in to the store to get some information about purchasing a new or used boat for the upcoming season. Walked in with my lady and 1 year old son at 5pm, fully aware that they close at 530. I had some simple questions and just wanted to see what they had available, nothing that wouldve taken more than 15 or 20 minutes. There was a beautiful Malibu in the showroom that I was very interested in, and the three of us spent 10 minutes walking around it and talking about its features. After that we looked at some merchandise available in the store. Not a single employee approached us to see if we had questions or needed anything. No one said hello, welcome, or goodbye as we left.... nothing. I was very disappointed as I prefer to keep my business local. I realize they were probably anxious to get home for the day, but when youre talking about a potentially large sale, you might want to just check in with the customer... not to mention its just good business. It looks like this time I may have to head up north to do my business.

So far so good. Been searching for an XRC Turbo RR and this is the only dealer that has promised me a unit pretty quickly. Took my cash and we will see if they deliver!Highly recommend working with Scott. No BS and gets the job done QUICKLY!

Our experience with Brian the service manager has been outstanding! We purchased a new boat last summer and he has constantly gone out of his way to keep us on the water. Once he helped us successfully troubleshoot via cell phone while we were on the lake on his day off. Another time he changed a prop so we could get back out the same day! His technical knowledge and customer service have made us lifelong customers.

I bought a brand new 2020 yz85 from here and it is my had the standard 30 day warranty I guess. And it just has never ran right and I let the shop know something isnt right and they never followed up and said they did everything properly. So I have been super dissatisfied. I would recommend Power Yamaha in sublimity or Ramsey Waite Co. They seem to take care of us.

Went in to purchase an ATV. The guy hat was our sales guy was not very interested took an in complete application not including my wife’s information. Of course the loan was denied. I was told I did Not need it. I went to my credit I union and got my loan pre approved in 10 minutes it still took several days to get the ATV. I’ll never go to Water world again and would not recommend it to anyone. They even rushed trough this original review. Snakes every one of them to include the sales manager. Total snakes

I asked for additional items to be installed on the boat. When I brought the boat home I was looking for all items that were to be installed, and one was missing. I contacted my salesperson and was told they forgot but that i could install it myself.Unsure as to what was the correct size for my boat I e-mailed the salesperson asking for correct size and proper location for the installation. A week later no response.Terrible post sales customer service.

A few months ago I bought a pair of can-am outlanders....... Last week we were caught in the S. Obenchain fire....my wife evacuated during the fire as I stayed behind to fight fire and protect our property and those of my neighbors....... Both can-ams preformed thier duties flawlessly...... Hauling gear to areas vehicles couldnt get to......patrolling back roads and dozer lines for spot fires.........Ive owned different brands of quads over the years but none that performed as well as these to rides did.Thanks to the folks at waterworld for keeping our rides in top shape Ill be in to see you for some minor repairs to keep us in top shape.

I have owned many boats through the years and I have to say Water World has been the best dealership I have dealt with. My boat is now four years old and I have experienced several electronic issues which are still covered under warranty. The service manager, Brian, has gone above and beyond squeezing me in last minute to install the part. Not sure what he makes per year but I would recommend his boss giving him a raise. Hes the most competent service advisor I have dealt with in the boating industry.

This place advertises they have items in stock on facebook marketplace, I call them the same day, looking for a Can Am or Polaris Rzr XP Pro 4 door, just to find out... they do not have any in stock, that they are on back order.

I brought in a 2014 Yamaha Bolt with a front end wobble. (death wobble) Water World technicians diagnostics were front fork seals are leaking. After 2 weeks later, (their reasons were the tech had no gear to test ride the bike, and then they did not have the correct tools to assemble the forks) they stated it was fixed. I paid the $835 and all was not well... the bike was still obviously wobbling. I brought it back that moment! and they test rode it right then, and said yes its still wobbling. I asked for some resolution, money back or fix it without further charges.. they refused. I have since disputed the charges on my CC and will not return to that shop.

Walking into a motor sports or auto shop/dealership by yourself can be daunting as a women - you typically anticipate being talked down to or people trying to sell you turn signal fluid, but thats never an issue at Water World. The staff is always kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. Brian and Walter were super helpful when I needed a new helmet on short notice, making sure to get me exactly what I needed. Ill definitely be a return customer!

Inquired about a used boat over the phone. Asked about hours on the meter and was told it didn’t have one when it was clearly visible in the online photos. Made the same inquiry to the auto response email that came from the president of the company that went totally ignored. Paid a visit to the dealership anyway and found that the key was in the said boat. Turned and it on and what do you know...280.2 hours on the vessel. It seems this company is too busy selling $80k boats and fancy side by sides to take the time to bother with a measly old used boat. After meandering around the facility for 30 or so minutes and not one associate even saying hello we left and bought a boat somewhere else same day. Oh well their loss. We probably got a better deal and a better boat anyway. Maybe I should raise their rating for doing me a favor.

The service was horrible! They do not know anything about laws or regulations. No one was wearing masks. They took forever! Waited 2 days to purchase a side by side then on the way home they called me up and said I had to return it. I do not recommend purchasing anything from these guys.

I called Water World to have my boat serviced, wintered and shrink wrapped. Brian was very accommodating. As discussed, I dropped my boat off on a Thursday night with the understand they would get started on it Wednesday (prior experience, I assumed it would be there a week or two) Wednesday evening, they following day, Brian called saying my boat was ready. I went in looking for a quad for my daughters birthday, decided on a Yamaha 90 applied a deposit since the two that had arrived were already sold to the same guy. The sales man looked at the orders and said the next quad that arrived was mine since no one was ahead of me and the next order was a couple weeks out. I called in a couple weeks before my daughters birthday was told no quad had arrived told them I still wanted it when it arrived since the pandemic was slowing production and shipments. Stopped in on 8/20 to see if there was any update sales men told me it would be October before it might arrive I happened to notice there was a 90 sitting on the showroom floor the sales man said it was already sold even though I was the next one in line almost two months ago. I asked him when I put my deposit down since he said he had bought the quad before I put a deposit down. It took him a while to find my paperwork at the bottom of a pile in his binder, but confirmed deposit on 7/2. I got my deposit back and told my daughter no quad coming. I have never bought from waterworld and never will again waste of time and lack of customer service.

I arrived there and ask to buy a yzf250. I was told there wasn’t one on site nor one there for two weeks. This was after checking the online inventory. I travel 11/2 to arrive there. Leaving disappointed I received a call three hours later stating there miraculously had one. I told them I would take it. Then they had me drive back to them only to tell me the bike wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I chose not to buy from them. Worse yet Yamaha lost a customer to KTM

They have a lot of advertisements on fb market place but no inventory to back it up.

I was looking for a side x side to help with landscaping projects - we live on a steep hillside and everything has to be dragged up the hill from the driveway. After moving 1,500 lbs of concrete block by hand, I gave up and went to Waterworld in search of a 4x4 ATV. The salesman wasnt pushy, really just let us browse in peace, which was nice. What was really pleasant was the actual purchase. I called late on a saturday and explained I needed to buy the HD-8 Defender and pick it up the next day. The sales manager explained they would normally not do deliveries on Sunday, but would work with me to get it done. We showed up on Sunday and the Defender was ready to go, and the paperwork was all finished. We signed and took delivery in about 10 minutes... And I had the Defender hauling bricks all week long.
