Nice guys over there, since I have a Mini, theyre harder to get oil changes with. But one of the guys was nice enough to offer me a discount if i brought back the filter for him. He told me to go check the BMW dealer down the road. Unfortunately they didnt have any, otherwise I would have gone back to them! Ill definitely put a good word out and be back if needed!

I got lucky and came in at a time when there was no wait. The supervisor guided me right into a bay as soon as I pulled onto the property. While also managing another customers oil change who was there before me, he quickly and deftly prepped my service, completed the first customer and then swapped to focus on mine. Particular note should be given to the bay tech below the vehicle, who found a drain plug issue and replaced it as part of the service. Fast, focused and friendly all around.

The staff here are all super friendly, professional, customer oriented and bilingual! Upon my first phone call to inquire about a synthetic oil change, Jonathan was kind, answered all my questions and made me feel confident that they were the Jiffy Lube location I wanted to visit. Upon my arrival, Angel, Alfredo, Jonathan were all a blast - upbeat while they did my oil change. Angel even danced while I drove out of the shop! Make sure to come visit this Jiffy Lube! Honestly jiffy lube is underrated as long as you use a coupon. But particularly good experience at this place. Understaffed so told me up from it was going to be a while, but then the manager just came and did the work himself. Was in and out in 20 mins for 35 oil change and 10 for a bulb change didnt feel like doing myself.If you dont have an appointment at a great autoshop and need anything simple done, good luck doing better.

I will ONLY go here to get my oil changed. The staff and manager is the best around. They change my oil in approx. 8 minutes flat and with new wipers. They are incredibly fast, professional, knowledgeable, and the best. I will not go anywhere else.

Customer service is very much lacking, and they pull shady tricks to try and up-sell you. All I needed was a standard oil change. They of course bring in the cabin air filter and it did have some debris, but they want to charge $60 to replace...They cost $11 at any auto parts store and the process takes literally minutes even for a novice...Nice try. The manager then comes in and asks me if I want a new battery. I ask why and she tells me that my car died while waiting outside the bay, and had to be jumped to bring it in, and once again when they were finished. I have not had any problem with my battery, and have not since the change. Maybe if your techs knew how to drive a stick they wouldnt have violently stalled it out when driving it into the garage, leaving the lights on and doors open for 30 minutes. When I declined the new battery, which probably would have cost $300 to replace given their service rates, the manager rudely commented on my decline. Upon checkout she tried to ring me up without the coupon I had mentioned I had 5 minutes prior. She handed me my receipt and didnt say anything other than that my car was out front. Total with $10 coupon was still $38. Seems high for an oil change on a Honda. Im all set on coming back to this place.

I want to thank Harkeen and Tod for their kindness in helping their neighbor. Jiffy Lube is located next to the Medford Gurdwara . The granthi (priest) cars battery died. He was not able to remove it. We went to Jiffy lube to ask is they could help us in removing the battery. Both came and helped remove the battery. A few minutes later when we came back Tod and Harkeen came again and put it in. Thank you so much for lending a hand to someone in need.

I came here with a coupon for an oil change. Rudest staff I have ever come across and they locked my keys inside my car and needed a crowbar to open the door. At checkout they refused to apologize and claimed it was an accident and when I asked for a discount on my service they offered $10 off until I pushed for $25. I will never return and hope they go out of business so nobody else suffers this.

Took a very long time to do a simple oil change

Takes advantage of people. Went here for a routine oil change and tire rotation on my car that is only a year and half old. They told me I need to get my brakes pads replaced and that they were in bad condition. I was skeptical and glad I hadn’t done anything there. I went to Subaru the next week to have them double check and they told me my brake pads were good as new. Don’t go to this jiffy lube

I am surprised there wasnt a review yet and I had to let the world know that I received the best customer service here today. Dylan kindly greeted me and was extremely accommodating to my cars needs after listening to my concerns. Him and Sean went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. Then to top it off, Ashley checked me out and thoroughly explained to me everything they did today. They made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and at peace with my current vehicles condition. This is the only garage I will ever take my vehicle to. The team here is an excellent group of professionals who really do care about their customers and providing high-quality work. They helped fix a major e-brake malfunction that immobilized my Honda, and they did it in a matter of hours, which saved our Easter holiday and made it possible for us to make the trip to visit our family in time.More garages could learn from the customer service that these guys provide. Every time Ive gone here, Ive always been impressed with how they explain everything theyre doing, why theyre doing it, and what it will cost. Car repairs are too often a frustrating enigma. Its nice to see a dedicated team of talented mechanics - who really care about their customers - doing great work, day-in and day-out.If you live in the Medford/Somerville area, this is where you should take your car for any and all of the services they provide. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I was quoted a price for a service and presented an online promotion with an adjusted price, which was acknowledged by the mechanic. I approved the mechanic to go ahead with the service. Once completed I was told by the owner that the promotion wasnt valid and was forced to pay more for the service. The woman was without apology and provided terrible customer service. I would give zero stars if that was an option and will not be going back.

I went for an oil change for a newly purchased used car. They inspected the oil and said that I wont need to change oil. They also performed a free inspection.They told me I need to change my front brake pad and rotor asap. Later I found out the brakes and rotors were almost new.

Went in for an oil change. They showed me a horrendously dirty air filter (inferring it was mine) and asked if I wanted to have it replaced. Since my filter is a K&N, and they showed me a paper filter, I knew it wasnt mine. If they are willing to be this blatantly dishonest to upsell just a few bucks, it makes me question whether they put in the oil type I paid for, changed the oil filter, etc. On the plus side, the service was prompt, the waiting room decent, and they were (outwardly) courteous.

Oil change was more expensive than Im used to, and they charge for just plugging in the diagnostic machine to see why my check engine light was on. The woman at the counter was pretty terse and unfriendly. I will be going to a different oil change place from here on out.

I had a 90 dollar labor charge for simple maintenance on top of my 80 dollar oil change charge. The lady also wasn’t going to add my 10 dollar coupon until I told her I had it. Every other Jiffy Lube I’ve been to in the area automatically adds the coupon to the bill. Overall I would call this a terrible experience and I will never be giving them my business again.

These guys were great, classic Jiffy Lube. They were fast (15min) and very friendly. The place was a lot cleaner than most. They covered suggested services, but were not pushy. They even printed a list of things to keep an eye on. Very professional. The only downside is the usual Jiffy Lube pricing.

Stopped by today to get a oil change and they told me it would be $60. I almost lost it. Ive had it done dozens of place from Mass to Maine and it averages somewhere in the $20s. Ok I could see even $35-40...but $60. This is crazy and reading some of the other reviews that fits right in with what I am reading. It prob would have been more if I had actually had the work done. No thanks!

I do not recommend going here even for an oil change. Stay away.I went here for an oil change and new wipers. After they finished my car smelled like body odor and there was grease all over the gear shift. That was enough for me never to go back, but there was more. The next day I noticed my muffler was making more noise than usual. Over the next month the noise got worse and my car was clearly leaking exhaust fumes. I took it to a garage and they said where the exhaust connects to the engine is broken and needs to be replaced. The car only has 50K miles. I am convinced the guys at Jiffy Lube knocked my exhaust by accident and broke the gasket. I see no point in complaining to them because they will likely break it worse if they agree to any repairs.This place doesnt seem good. Do not go here.

My wife went in for a standard oil change at the Medford location yesterday and was completely taken advantage of by the staff at this location. They took advantage of a woman who had no vehical experience and swayed her to spend $150 on unnecessary upgrades on a vehical that is essentially new. When she refused the new air filter scam, the staffs response was sorry we already threw yours away. Recommend taking your car somewhere else.

Fantastically rude female employee came out to see if I needed assistance, and the sent me off while saying “take your rudeness elsewhere” when I realized I made a mistake and they didn’t have cleaning and detailing materials onsite, and asked politely if they were available.
