This is the most honest best Auto Shop in Medford Oregon for sure. Another shop in Crater Lake Highway told me to sell my wifes car and my Dodge truck because it would cost me $2000 to $3000 to fix each one. Dustys transmission which is also a great place, told me that Action Auto was a good place with honest people. I took both our car and my truck to them, and for a few hundred dollars each, they now run fantastic. I love Travis and his family. I dont have to junk them or waste lots of money on a new car or truck, because Action brought them back to life. Some places only care about taking your money, but this place actually cares about the customers. I would recommend Action Auto Repair of Medford to anyone wanting to get their auto or truck worked on. Dont gamble with you vehicle with deceptive repair places. Could not recommend a mechanic more! We had an issue with the ignition switch on our motor home a week prior to our vacation. After speaking with Travis on the phone, he said if we could get it towed to their shop, they could get it fixed. We had to have it towed to their shop but, they got it done a day or two before we were to leave, which alleviated our anxiety of missing a much anticipated vacation. Thank you so much and we will be calling with any other automotive issue.

These guys are great. They always identify the problem quickly and keep an eye out for ways to prevent future issues. Travis in the office is incredible, he does a great job of keeping you informed of whats going on. He is so helpful and friendly.

Not good before I took my car here i checked every thing I could on my car and i knew 2 specific things needed to be replaced but they told me that 2 other things that were brand new needed to be replaced, So for some stupid reason I said to replace them and they didnt replace them, Of course another scam mechanic shop. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE EVER THE SCAM YOU!!!!!!

Walmart employee recommended Action Auto Repair .Travis took time out of his super busy schedule to help me this morning free of charge. He spent 30 min aprox inspecting my SUV . He even went under with a creeper 👀 . He seen several oil leaks I had no idea about .There was soo many cars being repaired that soonest appointment was Friday .If I lived out here I would have taken the appointment.Thanks 🙏 💯

2+ years ago it seems that Action Auto didnt add the Anti-Squeal shims when my breaks were repaired on my 01 Rav 4.. I have 80% of the pads left but a terrible squeal and the rotors got warped, so my steering wheel now shakes. I am having it repaired again and this time by someone else. So, needless to say, my one experience was not a good one.
