10 out of 10 recommend, everyone was very customer oriented. I also appreciated how my salesman Greg Ammann treated me as an equal and not differently because of my age, as I have experienced on numerous occasions at other dealerships. Friendly, quick, and convenient. All around GREAT experience and I would be more than happy to return and do business with Hyundai 112 again.

After visiting almost 8-9 dealerships, this is by far my best experience. The salesman Vic is an amazing person showed us what we were interested in and let us test drive Elantra limited. He showed us the features of car, mileage details etc. We loved the entire process of buying our car which included finalizing the quote, loan approval process, sale process. Among all these things, the best part was the interaction with salesman Vic. Hes been a really friendly human, went a extra mile to help us out with process and even wholeheartedly shared the same excitement of buying a new car with us.

What you hear is what you get. I went there with an empty stomach (a George Constanza no no 😂) and left smiling in a much better car for the money.

Excellent work done on car. Trustworthy and reliable. Friendly, professional staff. My only recommendation for improvement is the wait was long to have the car seen. This is not their fault that everyone wants to go to this dealership even though there are 3 others close by, it’s a testament to their reputation and quality of work. Maybe they can hire more mechanics so the wait isn’t so long.

My boyfriend And I went to Hyundai 112 on Fourth of July to lease our first car. We honestly weren’t thrilled with our initial experience but still planned on leasing our vehicle. The next day, customer service called us and we voiced our opinions and concerns. He made us feel so much better and even took more money off the car. Today, we received a cake in the mail along with a letter again apologizing for our first experience. Have been using this dealership for several years now and always have had exceptional service in all departments and treated great by all! I picked up my 2021 Sonata Sel today from my salesman James along with some help from Greg who both went out of there way to meet my needs,... I Bought a 2022 Hyundai tucson few weeks back and I had a problem with the car so texted the sales person (Greg) who was responding back to messages until he got the 5 star rating. Once the 5 start rating has been received he never responded back to my messages.After few days went to buy 2nd car another car from the same dealership and they are selling the cars for over the sticker price and the same sales person Greg was so mean when I asked when can you expect more inventory. His response was so rude and he said I am not making the chips for the cars so I cannot tell you when will I receive more inventory if you can manufacture the chips let me know.

Our salesman Emmanuel was awesome! He knew the product that he was selling, answered all of my questions, knew all the options that the car had and how to use them. When we picked up the car he had all the programming done for everything in the car and spent the time with us onto how they worked. All I had to do was get in the car and drive it. Very poor customer service department. They make it very difficult just to get an oil change. You have to take the whole day off of work or schedule an oil change on a Saturday two months in advanced. The customer service that I received on the phone to try to make an appointment seemed rushed and rude. They act like they are doing you a tremendous favor by making an appointment for you.

I worked with Pat (salesman) who was absolutely a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Any issue I had was addressed, any questions or concerns, etc. Even after the sale of our car, he was always willing to stay in open communication with us and provide any help needed whatsoever. The man who assisted us in finance was just as helpful. Very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately I don’t recall his name. Nicole in service is amazing. The most friendliest, understanding and down to earth person you can interact with. Completely pleased with any person that I have interacted with. The only complaint that I have is unfortunately one of the other ladies in the service department is unbelievably rude and very short. I feel customer service is key and sadly this woman could easily put a very sour taste in someone’s mouth and just make the experience of making a simple service appointment or showing up, very uncomfortable and distasteful. I really hope they can improve this or at least replace with someone whose a bit more friendlier to the customers of a dealership who have been provided amazing service by everyone else there but this one person could ruin the word of mouth for a lot of other people.

I was extremely anxious about car shopping, as I find the entire process to be extremely stressful and was dreading having to deal with pushy salesman. I was so anxious about the experience I literally put it off for a over a year. My car was extremely old and I wanted to look into leasing a new car. We went to Hyundai on 112 intending to see what was available and then move on if and when it was necessary. We were connected with Daniel Ciotti, salesman, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I cannot express how much I appreciated his no nonsense attitude, and how he was straight and to the point with us about pricing. We found a Hyundai Kona which Id never heard of before but was perfect for my needs and thanks to Daniel fit into my price range exactly. Daniel genuinely seemed equally excited as I was about my new car and took the time to show me every feature when I picked it up, even though it was dark, raining, and the end of the day. He ensured both my father and myself had his personal cell number and encouraged us repeatedly to contact him with any questions or concerns. I have never leased before and have heard horror stories but was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly smooth, quick, and painless the process was from start to finish, even with the finance person we spoke with. I absolutely love my new car and look forward to either purchasing it at the conclusion of my lease or getting a new car from Hyundai 112.

I went in for an inspection and a transaxle fluid change but I forgot to mention that I had a slow leak in one tire. They did a thorough inspection and they repaired my slow leak even without me mentioning it. They also mentioned that my brakes would probably need servicing within the year but they were not pushy about having me do it now since I am working from home and not driving much.
