Car battery died and requires a special battery. (Larger than normal) they were able to get it same day and able to change it out even thought it was near their closing time. Thank you Ricardo and Josh are amazing! Thanks giys

I just completed a visit to Miller auto care. I asked them for a throttlebody and injector cleaning. They told me they would look at it but they didn’t recommend either as long as I used to clean fuel. After the inspection they told me I was not in need of the service. Unfortunately I had a separate mechanic tell me that I had required the service. Needless to say Millers will be the service shop that completes any future repairs on my automobile.

They did a FANTASTIC job on repairing my car, really happy with the work they did. I recommend them to anyone.

*updating my review* google prompted me to leave a review for the wrong shop! So sorry for th confusion. We had an awful experience with a different shop in the area, but at one point I had called Miller auto, and I got a notification to leave a review, I wasnt paying attention to the name of the shop. We actually do intend to have Miller Auto Care work on our vehicle in the future. They did a little work on another vehicle for ud earlier this year and were very efficient and nice to work with.Sorry for the low review earlier! I will be posting that to the correct mechanic now!

**Update**I gave them the chance to make it right by calling after the work was done. I was told the mechanic denied my concerns. It wasnt until I left the review they now want to make it right. Why would I call back for more the mechanic said... Ive learned to take pictures before and after. Thanks.Acted like they knew what they were doing. They left rags under my hood and a lot of parts not even hooked back up. When I told them they just wanted to give excuses I guess you just mash stuff together like kids when you dont know what youre doing Im absolutely terrified go take my car anywhere now

My experience at Millers autocare was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had with an Autocare center. The work was done on time, they care about the parts, and their quote was exact. Had a great experience! My tailgate was broken on the day that I needed to haul a lot of heavy stuff for our business. They got me in very fast, and had me fixed within an hour. I could see they had plenty of other work to do and yet, to respond to my emergency made me feel valued, heard, and appreciated as a client. Driving away, I noticed that my window switches were repaired as well, which I did mention to them if they had time. I looked at my bill, which was already a super low price, because that wasnt on the bill. I called back to the shop to find out if they forgot to bill me and they just took care of that problem. They said it was a quick fix. Im glad to have met an honest, service focused crew, at a long standing, locally owned and operated mechanic shop. Thank you guys, clearly you care!

Great honest people with a long history. Replaced my brakes and the NEW ones were defective and they didnt have any more so they upgraded me to better ones that were in stock for a big discount. Then they fixed my coil assembly and the mechanic was happy to bring out my old part and show me what/where he fixed it and how it worked. They even expedited the job knowing I had an important lunch date with my fiance who was only going to be in town for another 2 days.

I had a chance to see how Gary and his crew treat their customers with fairness and care. I was working with a guest at Grants Pass Toyota who wanted an older Avalon checked out by them, though our techs had already been through it. Long story short, Gary took his responsibility to heart for his longtime customer, and was also very fair and respectful to our dealership and me as a sales consultant. He kept me in the loop, honestly evaluated the vehicle, and recommended that she buy it. I highly recommend such an respectable business if you need auto repair in the south valley.

Had my check engine light come on and no one available to pick me up so Gary had me come in and solved the problem in less than two hours! They were so nice and beyond helpful! Definitely who I will be going to for all my car needs in the future!

The men working here are straight forward, hardworking, and honest guys. After reassurance from the local dealer my vehicle was in good working order. I took my truck to them and made them aware of my vulnerable position. Im new to the area, have no way of gauging trustworthy mechanics and I possibly (definitely) got played by the dealer. Their genuine intention to help me made my stressful day much easier. It was refreshing and appreciated to work with a business that still keeps a strong ethic to do a good job. Thank you guys!Update 5/14/19: If its not the dealer, then its the Insurance company trying to get you. I made an unfortunate choice in giving my business to a sham extended warranty company (Delta Auto Insurance). Again, the guys at Miller went above and beyond to make sure that the rapacious scum that is Delta Auto Insurance was dealt with accordingly. If you live in the Medford Area, and have not given these guys a chance, youre making a foolish. If youre looking to be treated fairly, and with courtesy this is the place to go.

I have been to Miller’s once or twice and loved the service, it felt very personal and professional. I referred a friend recently to get some work done and the experience was completely different. Gary Miller seemed frustrated from the second I spoke with him and told him what we wanted fixed on the vehicle. He was very rude to my friend and myself but when the car came back not all of the things we asked for had been done and he wrote on the bill that I requested it not to be. When we called back he became irrate and screamed saying I was a liar, and not listening to anything that we had to say, simply because we were asking him about fixing the part that was not fixed. Later we realized that one of the parts that was foxed was not working properly so the vehicle was brought back to the shop. Gary told the vehicle ower he “refused to work for liars” as well as saying other awful things about me. Not only would he not stand by his work or even look at the part but he also slandered my name, accused me of lying and refused to speak resonably all over a simple miscommunication. It was the complete opposite of what I felt before, very very unprofessional and not a complete job. This place is over priced and incredibly rude and I will never recommend it to anyone

I drove my truck in one day for repair and the guys did a great job and had it back to methe next day. Gary and the guys know what they are doing and use the latest tools to help them do there job. This was my first experience at Miller Autocare. It was unbelievable! I have a background in car mechanics and I can truthfully say this is a top notch business that does a complete job on the service as well taking time to explain to customer.

Last Friday (9/21/18) is was passing through town my fuel pump went out they installed a new fuel pump and got me back on the road. They staff was very knowledgeable and friendly

3/2016 (Google+ wont let me write a second review, itll only let me edit my original—from seven months ago and with a different car. So, this is about a recent visit.) My second vehicles clutch only had a weeks worth of life left in it. It lasted 140,000 miles, which is about normal for a 92 Honda Civic. But the clutch was done for. Miller took in my car, was patient as I went back and forth two or three times as I came to terms with the inherent costs of replacing a clutch and flywheel, and then got right on it when I said go for it. Later, Id also found out hed rotated my tires because the front ones were nearly bald. I didnt ask him to do that, but he did it because it badly needed to be done. He never charged me for that. Miller is a guy you want on your team taking care of your vehicles. Im not taking mine to anyone else.8/2015 Look, Im not a car guy. All I know is: 1) Miller replaced my radiator that had died, yes, but Miller also cleaned the whole system thatd been gunked up by another repair shop; 2) Miller diagnosed a future non-emergency issue that had stumped two other mechanics, the Honda dealership, and my brother-in-law (who *is* a car guy); and 3) Miller refused to charge me more than his initial estimate, even when the labor-intensive radiator replacement went into overtime. Ive never had anyone that Id call my mechanic before, but now? Miller is my mechanic.

Ive been going here for about a year now, Miller Autocare center always goes above and beyond to get my repairs done the rite way. Wonderful customer service and always gets us in quickly and out quickly for reasonable pricing.
