Mike is the kind of mechanic you always hope for but rarely get. He is honest, helpful and fair. Hoping the issue could be fixed with a simple adjustment he walked us through what we could do ourselves. I had an issue with my power steering belt while on a road trip and he got me in and out in no time, and also consulted me on some of the other issues that I need to repair down the line. Dave (RIP) and his son Mike saved me $1600. Had smoke in the cockpit and an auto shop I thought I could trust told me I needed a head gasket replacement. Brought it to DHM and they told me it was a valve cover. One year after they replaced it I have no issues at all. Will not take my Subaru anywhere else as long as this shop is around. Mike who has taken over the business does great work, is very reasonable and just a great honest guy.

The owner and mechanic of this shop, Mike, is probably the best Subaru mechanic I have ever met. The level of knowledge and quality of work is comparable to a high end tuning shop. To make things even better, Mike doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for man hours.
