These guys went above and beyond. My car wasnt an easy repair. She made us all crazy, but carmine and everyone else were with me every step of the way. It was a long road, it took approximately 3 months to get everything done, they explained everything thoroughly and were more than fair from the beginning.I highly recommend these people!!! And I have nothing but love for them all! Thanks for the new car computer and for fixing the fans that abruptly crapped out on us at the end of this journey! I appreciate every effort, and I can not WAIT to go 4 wheeling on the beach next summer!!! Luv u guys!

I called Medford Fast lube because Carmine came recommended from a friend. I dont usually let anyone touch my truck, but I dont have the A/C equipment to do what needed to be done. I explained to Carmine I replaced the Condenser and he immediately said I need and evac, and recharge. Showing his knowledge off bat I was comfortable. Chris called when it was complete and explained they evacuated the system and it held pressure (no leaks) prior to recharging the system. A/C is ice cold and a fair price for the service that was done. Overall Ia happy with it and would recommend them.

I first used Medford Fast Lube to have my NYS safety inspection done on my 2020 Chevy equinox. They were so quick and they were open on Sunday. I then purchased a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500, knowing the truck needed some repairs and a NYS inspection I returned back to Medford Fast Lube. They were very crowded on a Saturday morning however they got me right in and quickly let me know that I needed a new oil pan and gasket, upper control arm and lower ball joint. They gave me a good price to do the work and I trusted them to do it. They then called me and let me know that due to the age of the truck and all the rust it was going to take them a little longer which I expected. They also were honest and told me they had broke a transmission line and they were going to replace it for free. When I returned to pick up the truck there were no surprises in the bill which was great! I will be sure to use Medford Fast Lube for all my future car service/maintenance needs!

Started coming here because of Groupon deals and have been very satisfied with the service. They always give your vehicle a going over and have brought several important issues to my attention. They were able to do the repairs quickly and, in my opinion, for a reasonable price.

So I had an issue with and oil leak. The second I took the car off the lot I took it to jiffy lube to do and oil change. A few days after I notice it was leaking I brought it to fast lube as per the dealer ship. First thing jiffy lube is a bunch of kids that don’t want to take accountability for the mistake they made. As I went to fast lube CHRIS and and the rest of the staff was nothing but professional and amazing they fixed it all knowing that it was not there issue. That’s service I will only come here for my oil changes and honestly other services as well. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone and they are fast !!!!

My husband has been bringing our cars here for about 4 years. I have only hear him speak good things about this shop. I finally popped in to take my car in to get a new tire and got the same great service. Very professional from the guys in the shop to the receptionist.

Always a good experience here. Oil changes are quick and the staff is very nice. I’ve been here in the past and the mechanics are always very upfront and honest about what work needs to be done. I am typically skeptical of mechanics especially fast service repair shops but I have always felt like I’m getting quality service here.

And I was a customer of theirs!!!! Do not use this shop.With no brakes

They refused to see me for an inspection 2 weeks in a row, and told me to come back in another week. Then refuse to take appointments, and refuse to update their hours online. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable, won’t ever be visiting this filthy establishment again. Would rate 0 star if I could.

Was charged an additional 15$ for them to take off my “skid plate”. Never ever have been charged extra to take something off my car for an oil change. The woman at the front desk said it could take a while to get the screws out to get to the actual oil filter. I was literally in there for 15 min and then everything was completed. It’s just another way to make money and take advantage of people. Don’t recommend. I don’t even think they changed my oil so I will be going somewhere else to double check that it was actually done.

I could not have been happier with my service here today. The staff is extremely efficient, professional, polite, and quick. Carmine the owner is extremely personable and old school. That’s hard to find nowadays. The receptionist is prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. They know their stuff and they don’t just tell people what they want to hear. They will make sure your car is safe on the road as to not hurt yourself or others. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic but this place tells it how it is. Some people don’t want to hear it, but I appreciate how professional and polite they were with me. They also run some amazing deals, you need to check them out if you need any work done to your car. Do not recommend this place. Got the run-around when I needed a tire. I ordered a tire from them which the were changing way too much for, but since Ive gone to other places and nobody had it I figured I would just get it from them anyway. Well it was supposed to be in on 3 separate occasions so when they told me yet again it wouldnt be in I told them to cancel my order. I then went online and ordered it. It was $60 less and I had it in my possession and installed in 2 days. Very unprofessional place and they will rip you off

Quick n cheap oil change

Three visits, three problems. On the first trip, I asked for a basic oil change. They forgot to replace oil cap so upon driving home, oil was gushing out of the engine, soaking everything and making the car smell for days.  Hey, mistakes happen. On the second visit,  I asked for an inspection,  new tires and front struts, they forgot my inspection. Right strut assembly is making noise now too. While there I asked the owner about replacing a broken door handles. He said he can easily pop them in if I get the parts. Brought the car back for re-inspection with door handles. They installed door handles. Apparently, one was defective and they still installed it without letting me know. I dont expect repair for free but during discussion of the handles and prior $1000 job, owner made it sound like handles are an easy job. I was going to tip the guys. Come to find out, it took them 2 hours for two handles and they installed a defective one. Of course they charged for labor. Discussing this with them including owner is useless. They dont listen, act like they are doing you favors, were rude and waved their arms around in indignation when all could have been resolved with a phone call to tell me one handle is defective and installation of the handles is longer than anticipated.  Also, I added coolant myself after their oil change as they didnt check it. Very busy, rushed shop where quality of work suffers greatly with a stressed out receptionist.

They are greatest place to get a quick oil change or state inspection. Also, great repair service.

This merchant put coupon on Groupon, but have to show it before, I am ok with that but please be nice when your customer did not know it!The owner’s attitude was terrible when I showed the coupon . Honestly, it is the most fastest oil change that I have even seen, but never come back to use the coupon next time

Ive been going to Medford Fast Lube from the time that Carmine opened shop.Carmine and his staff have taken care of all my cars throughout the years and I have zero complaints. Whenever any issue has arisen, they have always stepped up and taken care of it

He serviced my car quickly, had a smile on his face, and was generally appreciative of my business.The short haired woman at the desk struck me as rude.What type of car do you have?A 2015 green Nissan rog-I dont need to know the colorA 2015 Nissan rogueRight after the oil change was done (literally within 2 minutes), I asked the technician what type of oil was used. He told me the make, but not the weight/viscosity. He seemed genuinely confused when I asked. I assumed that this would be a pretty straight forward question! I hope to God they used the right stuff.I got this as a Groupon, so I probably wont be back.

I give 5 stars based on the mechanical work done, the reason I go to any shop. If how low you pay for quality work IS the bottom line for your repairs then read this. The shop here concentrates on the task at hand. Yes, the shop is a little run down. Yes, the waiting room could use a touch up. Yes, the lady at the counter could soften up a little. Yes, Yes, Yes about many things.I had my JEEP towed there from PORT JEFF Jeep after JEEP charged me $425 for a new slave cylinder and the car still did not work a week later. Jeep quoted $1260.00( 9 labor hours) to look around.I had recently gone to Carmine for inspection and three gear oils($90 for 3) in 01/2019. He suggested breaks and tires but clearly stated that we had some time left. He said we a slow leak in the slave cylinder($300).The safety check was approved as he suggested those things and not demanded them for an inspection sticker. He was right and we knew that new tires and brakes would be due within 5k miles. He wasnt pushy, he was professional.The Jeep arrived at Medford Fast Lube on a Thursday by flatbed and was done by Saturday afternoon, $1800.00. New clutch was needed and other supporting parts, 9 labor hours(standard book time). The exploratory fee from Jeep was $1260.00, just to look around. Based on the parts needed, Jeep would have charged me over $3000.00 for the repair and the slave alone took a week after all kinds of problems.Medford Fast lube is where we were getting our gear oils changed and inspection because you are in and out. Now, we go there for everything. Speaking directly with the owner Carmine, and then with a master mechanic Chris, I am convinced that the place is legitimate with quality repairs at a fair price. I am disabled and have little available money so I investigate ALL over and very thoroughly. I knew the Jeep dealer would be expensive at $145 an hour labor but I had some warranty work to do about the air bags and figured while I was there I pay the extra $100.00 that Jeep wanted over a local guy.I do not say this lightly. I have experienced outright robbery from the highest places. Port Jeff Jeep charged me $304.00 for a new key that had to be cut and I bought my Jeep there. The $304.00 included a $120.00 programming fee and the car has manual windows, locks and seats from 2009. It is a 6 speed plain Jane with removable hardtop. No programmable key needed for anything. I had the Jeep towed to them from St. Catherines hospital and the final bill was $6200.00. I didnt even see the bill as I was so ill for another year.Today, the Jeep has just under 70k miles and runs like brand NEW. I am Jeep lover for life and a Medford Fast Lube customer for life. I will never go to a dealer for repairs again.I am moving soon and will be trailer ing cross country. I rest easy knowing that when I take my vehicle to Carmine at Medford Fast Lube, I will get a fair assessment of my needs, a fair repair price offered, and a speedy quality repair.I am especially passionate on issues that people do not know much about. Cars are so essential to daily living, people fear breaking down and the skilled service writers at dealers have created fear in my past. Shady acting staff especially the bald woman in front, Carmine the owner is a decent guy though. I had done work on my 99 Ford Econoline Van, and they found and cleared issues mechanics had trouble diagnosing, which was surprising for a lube shop. When something wasnt to my liking although it was tough getting in touch with Carmine he made sure they did right . Found them through groupon. Have used them about 10 times, pretty happy overall .

They can handle routine maintenance and mechanical work. Honest guys and reasonable cost.

I had all 4 of my rotors and brake pads done by them only 5300 miles ago. I went back for an oil change and tire rotation and the mechanic said my front pads are 90% worn and I need new ones. When I explained that they did all my brakes less than 6000 miles ago he got angry and said he was just bringing it to my attention. When I said there must be something else wrong with my brakes to wear that quickly and before I put new pads on can he check if maybe the caliper seized... He said maybe your driving with one foot on the gas and one foot on the brake. I have never had brakes wear out that fast in all my 22 years or driving. I asked him to have the owner carmine look at them and give me a call... He said hell have him look at it within the hour... 8 hours later before they closed I get a call back to pick up the car and when I ask what did carmine say about the brakes she tells me oh he didnt look at them. Thats when I said Ill pick up my car tomorrow please dont touch it!
