If you are looking for a used truck look no further! With my husbands long hours and travel finding time to buy a vehicle proved challenging, until we came here. They where so accommodating and friendly. Once we found the truck we wanted we found a few things we wanted changed. They did everything in their power to meet our request. Excellent experience purchasing my truck from these folks. I had to drive all the way from North Carolina so I called first for some more photos. I spoke to Cody and requested some photos of the underside of the truck I was looking at as it had been serviced up north a few times, he sent me photos within a couple minutes. Cody maintained contact with me the next day as I was driving up. Once I got there Cody handed me the keys and gave me ample time to inspect the vehicle without hovering around me like a typical salesman. While the truck I was looking at wasn’t completely perfect I appreciate that they don’t hide the imperfections, like painting the undercarriage. I didn’t catch his name but the manager also did an excellent job offering a warranty for a reasonable price which gave me peace of mind driving off. In my experience these guys price vehicles fairly the first time and they know it. The staff was great and I felt completely at home as I was signing the papers.

A very bad experience. Me and the seller make a “deal”. I sold my car have the check ready for it, and the car was not even washed! Seller told me the day before that the car would be ready. And was not even clean!

I spoke with a sales rep ( Cody) back in October. We discussed a Nissan Titan truck . He urged me for a deposit az he said he had a few people looking at it. So gave him my cc number and allowed then to take a deposit . They hot me financed and did a good job. The day I was supposed to fly up to Tenn to pick it up I got held up at the airport and messaged him that there was a problem and did not know what was going on.Well I was not able to contact them for a month and they did sell the truck, which I understand and is fair. Because of the unfortunate incident I only asked if they would be kind enough to refund my deposit since they sold the truck and made their profit. I was told no yesterday and that it was non refundable. I was never given any paperwork with a reciept stating this.. To me is just good ethics and morals to do so even after you still made your profit. $400 is not as lot to ask to be refunded. I tried to talk to the owner Tony 3 times but each time a young guy would say he was busy and he would call me back. Never did... I believe they are good people,just this one incident did not work out. So I was just unsatisfied at the outcome of this business transaction.

Recently purchased a truck through Jeff Jones. Jeff went above and beyond to see that may needs were met, during the process of this deal, and this was not your normal vehicle purchase process. Jeff had the truck checked out for some possible repairs that were pointed out after the test drive. Had the repairs taken care of and also Allowed me to take the vehicle to my choice of mechanics for a complete inspection. Stayed in constant contact with me throughout this process which took approximately one week.I would highly recommend Jeff should this automotive dealer have the vehicle that you are looking for. I personally feel the amount of interaction and the time spent in this purchase experience, more than qualifies my review and my recommendation. I really need to leave a good review of this business. I’d been looking for a good used Toyota Tacoma for about a month when my best friend pulled one up on her phone at this place. We dropped by without giving them a heads up because that’s how I like to check out a used car. We were greeted by Cody who is very polite and courteous, he left us alone as we looked the truck over and only offered the keys after I asked if I could have a test drive. He was completely up front in saying they just got it from an auction and read the Carfax back to us verbatim that my friend had already pulled up before getting there.I decided I would buy the truck later that day and called them to say I would be arriving back with money near closing time and they were more than happy to wait for me. Not all of the creditors had responded back so Tony suggested I go ahead and take the truck to make sure I liked it and we’d wrap it all up on Monday. Took it home for the weekend and found everything in perfect working order. I went back Monday after work to wrap up the paperwork and left very satisfied. On the way home I realized I forgot to get the temp tag and called Tony the next day to tell him I forgot to grab it. He was very apologetic and said he’d get it right to me. I got home from work the next day and found it in my mailbox. That kind is service guaranteed I’ll be checking with them in the future for any used cars. This isn’t your typical used car dealership, this place just wants to do business and keep you as a customer.

I bought a Nissan Frontier from Five Star Auto in April of 2020 and test drove it twice with no issues. They told me it was a great truck and that there was nothing wrong with it, but the transmission went out halfway to Knoxville. I will never even entertain the thought of buying another car from them because of their dishonesty. They also offered me 3,000 dollars for my Infiniti G37x that has never had any issues and is a $7,000 car. The offer was disrespectful but the fact that they sold me a junk truck is the bigger issue. Avoid them at all costs.
