We were headed to Canada and our DEF system shut down . We called multiple dealers and nobody could see us for days or didn’t have a mechanic on staff .We lucked out and were blessed with a cancelled appointment at Maryville Dodge which was about 60 miles away from out 108 miles before the truck shut down .We were at their mercy . Parts were 2 weeks back ordered and we were stuck .We parked our RV at morzinga Park what held our breathe .Mike the master mechanic had us on our way and out the door with nothing short of a miracle . He took extra care to loosen seized bolts . He even sent Sharon to go buy candle wax . Which btw worked saving us money and time .I at this point was expecting a bill of more than 4K based on what I read online . . My dealer experiences have mostly been bad with sketchy price gouging. But my faith is renewed . I will drive 1000 miles to go there again. Unbelievable service all the way around . I can’t thank them enough .

The Gladiator is an awesome vehicle, and Tim White did an awesome job of helping me custom order the one that I wanted.The Hydro Blue was a late-availability color for the Gladiator. ****THIS TOP IS AN UPDATE****** I’m leaving part of the first post, because I want you to see what great lengths they went to help me, they went above and beyond, the prior feedback is below the updates.Yesterday I had a response to my post, it was positive to being with, never negative. I was contacted by the owner Todd. I’d always hoped to purchase here to begin with, just what I was needing wasn’t available to be on the lot (they had a ton I loved, just out of my price range). I was budgeting while needing something with a warranty. Within a couple hours of going over my needs, he found my car, and in the color I wanted! They drove it up to me from Kansas City this afternoon. He beat a competitor price, was on point from the beginning with none of those back and forth issues you find at the big dealerships. The process took little time, they respected my wishes of wanting to finance through my personal bank. The service was excellent. It’s a very laid back and relaxing atmosphere. Todd was even on site and I met him. You could not ask for better service.PRIOR : The staff are very nice and welcoming. I’d been in several times, but I wasn’t able to purchase from them because of my budget. The process itself took some time, I at the time fell through the cracks and was forgotten about, until a week or so later when I contacted them. ( Note: This ended up just being bc a former employee hadn’t passed along deals that was in the works etc., so thankfully I connected them again. So if you may have not heard back, definitely call then because they do care. If the vehicle maximum amount you want to spend, and/or payment range is out of your range, don’t give up, because they will help you. If you can afford what is presently or immediately available, don’t shop around, work with them, because I guarantee you, this is your place.Keep it local, we need this dealer to remain in the community. And don’t be afraid to reach out, they listen to you and will help no matter what you can spend, I found this out. The owner isn’t someone who wants to be hidden and just make money. I experienced that he does care, regardless if you spend $10k-$70+k. The entire dealership is there to help.I highly recommend Tri-State.
