We have now purchased a total of 4 vehicles from TriState, 3 from Alex Brown. They have all been some of the easiest car deals we have ever made. From service to financing and everything in between we are satisfied customers.

Terrible service department. We got our slightly used Lincoln from tri State. The vehicle had a recall and needed to be serviced. After they dropped the car off for the second set of repairs we noticed the vehicle missing parts and leaking antifreeze. The original recall was never resolved. Very disappointing after spending $50,000.

Usually my experience is smooth and uneventful. Today had a small hiccup. They forgot to do the work in my car. When I returned after 45 minutes my car was parked out front. I assumed it was done. When I inquired about the car, they couldn’t find the ticket or even the keys. I was told that somehow my vehicle had been forgotten and would be done right away. Staff is always friendly and service usually is without incident.

McKenzie was great to work with! She was quick to reply to questions we had when buying a new expedition. She was patient & explained the answers to any questions we posed. Austin in the finance department did a great job with our transaction as well. We have also had great, friendly service at the service department.

John Turner was great to work with when we were shopping and buying a Ford Explorer. He worked hard to find us the right car and is very personable. The service department has also been great, and has effectively and efficiently fixed any issue that has popped up.

I dont buy vehicles very often and cant say its one of my favorite things to do but these guys make it about as pian free as possible. Whitney was our salesperson, she did good professional job. Had the vehicles I wanted to look at cleaned up and ready to go when I got there. Whole team was very nice and easy to work with from sales manager to finance guy. If somethings not right they make it right with you, which I appreciate. I wouldnt be afraid to buy another vehicle from these guys again.

Professional service, quick diagnostic. Fairly affordable at $100 an hour for a mechanic to work on your vehicle. Did not get work done due to parts on back order, and the parts were too expensive. But that is not tri state fords issue. I would go here again for issues on your Ford in your future.

Good service, all of the items, I listed were taken care of BUT no reminder sticker for next oil change and didn’t stamp my key chain c he was card leading to a free oil change. Going back to dealer tomorrow.

I have mostly good to say about Tri State Ford. My car has had a rattle in the front, underneath, like something such as a mudflap, is loose. I brought it to their attention several times while my car was on warranty, but they never heard it, or couldnt find it. Once they told me the only thing they could hear were my golf clubs rattling in the back end. The rattle is still there after 4 years, but my car is no longer under warranty. Also, they appear to have dropped the program where you get your 5th oil change free after you pay for 4. Bummer! Other than that, they have been good to work with! Always polite, and work is done well. Matt does a very good job at the front.

1. Tyler was a wonderful sales person for us. We originally found our 2016 ford pickup on car gurus. I sent an email through gurus and Tyler emailed me right back. After a 3 hour drive to see this truck, Tyler realized we needed to get back home as quick as possible and that we would likely want to purchase the truck that day (he knew it was an awesome truck for us and our needs). He had the truck up and ready for us and all needed paper work ready just in case we did decide to purchase it.2. Brandon in finance was working on the paper work immediately from the time we said “we want it” until we left a few hours later, leaving a trade in and taking our new truck home.3. Rick- not sure what he does for sure, maybe GM... he was so kind to our 10 year old special needs son. He seemed truly joyful to be able to work here.4. The receptionist- I have called here several times and she has always been enjoyable to speak with. She makes me laugh too.5. Also if you are an immunocompromised individual, don’t worry as they practice social distancing/masking. As a mental health nurse I was pleased at their concern for how their customers would feel about Corona.

Completely unprofessional. Knowingly ram my credit for a car that was spewing coolant all over the ground. They knew this was a problem but didn’t tell me until after I was approved for the car. Dropped my credit score 18 points because they ran it 6 times. This place is very dishonest and not worth shopping at. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
