We needed to find my mother-in-law a used car that wasn’t so expensive due to her car giving out on her. I did research last night for Chevy Impalas & Hepperly had one for a reasonable price that looked in pretty good condition with being a used car & it only had 32,000 miles on it. All others I found had over 120,000 miles. I called this morning when they opened & spoke to someone & asked if the vehicle was still on the lot. I was told it was & we made an appointment for 12 to come see it. Me, my husband, my mother-in-law & my dad drove fromKnoxville to look at this car. Josh was our sales person & needless to say we bought the car!! Donny(I think the owner) was such a wonderful person do deal with & he made sure to get us such a great deal on this car & get it to where my mother-in-law could afford the payments on it monthly. Dillon was a nice sales person, and the finance manager was awesome. Dillon told us about their referral program and we referred a co worker who forgot the card we gave him and went to a different sales person so they would not honor the referral. . This was a real bummer and I feel cheated so if you buy from them dont bother with the referral program cause they dont honor it unless you jump thru hoops. Just my opinion.

Brittany was the sales rep who had to suffer my numerous questions and my paranoia of being ripped off by a used car dealer. She is either a very kind and patient person or very well trained. Of course, I had to go back and forth with the finance people until they made me feel like I was getting a good deal. And they did their job very well, because I did buy a vehicle and really believe I got a great deal. Buying a car can be very traumatic.At this point, I would highly recommend Hepperly Auto Sales, Brittany and the finance people. (Sorry for forgetting your name. When you walk in here you feel like your at your bros house. Everyone is nice and friendly, most importantly they are real and honest and tell you straight up how it’s gonna be. What a rip off! Im down here on vacation and my car broke down so got referred to this dump said it was the best dealership around when I got denied financing (I know my credit isnt good), I had 2 people with great credit try to cosign and still cant do anything? And then when denied the third time I asked for the 500 dollars they promise if they cant get you approved and thats also a scam. Complete false advertising for guaranteed approval and 500 bucks. These people dont have any kind of heart and are a complete waste of time DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE BAD CREDIT it will only put hard inquiries to make it worse

Need a new car go see JUSTIN .Went there looking for a good deal and got a great deal. Justin took such great care of us. The day I traded my car in the people was great but afterwards I wouldnt go back or even send anyone there cause I got my car in December and they still owe on my car I traded in I have called three times and even went down there once and still they havent took care of the issue not the way to do business and I know they made 5-8 thousand off the deal so why not pay off the car. Thanks for the replying back but i have reached out to the dealership more than three times and they say they will look into and get back with me but never do it even talked to brian there he said the same thing but I havent heard back from him neither

Last month my daughter got her first car(that is in her name) from Hepperlys. My husband got a truck yesterday from them. Our salesman both times was Donnie Lockett because he was absolutely amazing to deal with. He was very kind, understanding & did not pressure us into something we wouldnt really want. I may have been one of the exceptions to some customers cause I worked the deals via phone first before stepping foot onto the lot & he was exceptional at keeping me informed with which cars would be possible for us to get into & then when a decision was made he would send for approval & then we went down to test drive & sign paperwork. I have never had such an easy car buying experience! You guys are the best!!!!!! God Bless You!!!!

Bad deal all the way around, traded a truck they said theyd give me $600, knocked it down to $500, promised me low payments, got extremley high payments, very dissatisfied and considering returning the car and cancelling my loan with the company they used, feel like TONY screwed me over, would not reccomend this place to anybody

This Car lot is very overpriced.. they take advantage of customers .. I talked to a employee that worked their during the pandemic.. they was makeing around 4-5 thousand a car .. They are very greedy and unfair car lot ... this is a example 2016 for mustang 22’000 with 77,000 miles .. wow they are close in price for a brand new 2021 mustang .. they are ripoffs ... I advise everybody only deal with new car lot like ford or Chevy dealers.. I would not deal with used car lots like these ... with this prices all they have are auction cars .. Let this sink in a 2016 Ford Mustang eco with 77,000 miles for $22,000 plus taxes.. is a total ripoff .. that car private party sale would be $16,000 thousand dollars ... this car lot is greedy I would not recommend this lot .. if you buy from this car lot your car will be upside down and you will never be able to sale this car.. this cars value was not be worth fixing if something expensive breaks down .. !!!! AVOID THIS CAR LOT!!!!!!

Ok, so this is the experience I had with them. I have no ties to this place. I have never worked for them and I only had 1 interaction with them and it was about a 2 hour interaction while purchasing a car.I was looking for a specific vehicle. I found the same make and model on their website in the color I wanted. I have a really decent credit, this is key, so I knew I didn’t need to put anything down with the vehicle, or trade in anything.The vehicle I was looking for was a 2017 mustang GT in red. They had one with 60,000k miles and it wasn’t a bad price. So I called, asked for the cheapest price and got what I wanted. I signed for it about an hour and a half after they closed. They stayed late for me and let me drive it and look around the vehicle. I was financed at a 2.9% interest rate, I could have gotten that lower if I went through my own bank but not a big deal. I accepted and moved on. Then I bought the warranty for 36 months or 36,000k miles, figured if it blew up I could do it within 36,000k miles.This is my only problems so far, at the time of writing this I have owned the vehicle for about 4 hours.The vehicle was 2 quarts low on oil, they could not give me a date of when it was last serviced, it has a bad miss because the spark plugs have never been changed and they did not change the oil when they purchased the car. The engine bay was whipped down in oil, and tire shine and grease was all over my car by the time I got it home. This was after almost breaking down on the highway due to low oil pressure from not being anywhere near a part store to grab oil. When I asked them if they had some the service department had went home and they did not have keys to that building. The back tires are balled, I asked for a discount to cover the tires and they came back with, we could raise the price then put tires on it for you, without giving me the option to select tires.Listen, all in all, it is a used car lot, the guys were decent, the service was nice, I just wish I had dealt with Ryan the manager of the maryville location because I feel like he would have been so much more helpful. I gave it 4-stars because they worked with me on price, they do offer a warranty, and the interest rate was nice to get. If you know what you want and know what your willing to pay, give these guys a call. They will work with you, just plan on putting a little into the vehicle after getting it, like regular maintenance, and maybe tires.All in all, not bad at all, and would recommend if you need a decent payment with a decent vehicle.

I have decent credit, however my ex wife and I still have a vehicle jointly owned so the salesman said I would need a cosigner to get approved do to a second loan policy.So this is where to confusion came about they CLAIM that if they cant get you approved the will give you $500 dollars when I asked about this after I was told they couldnt help me they made up all kinds of lies and excuses of why they couldnt give me the $500 bucks.Short and sweet dont trust a place that will lie and cheat to just get a sale...

Seem to push you into a sale of what they want not what you want. They talk bad about other car lots to get you not to go there. Ask for a huge down payment. One salesman was pushing me to purchase a car that had obvious body panel damage that was masked. Also used another salesman to state someone was looking at the same car to push the sale. I dont see the hype they are getting. Beautiful building along with some vehicles. You must have well established credit or a good cosigner to achieve the ride you want, or three thousand or more down.

Referred a friend to get a car there his name is Todd he had barely any credit history and Donnie lockett went above and beyond to get him in a car! When it was all said and done he drove off in his new 2018 Nissan sentra with only 47k miles on it! Go see Donnie and tell him Todd sent you!

Worst experience yet buying a car and I’ve bought a few in my time. They not only told me twice they had me approved, they also let me sit in their lobby for an hour, both times, without checking on me or telling me anything, and then told me they couldn’t get me approved. My fault for thinking anyone that sells cars would treat a lady decently. Avoid unless you want to be made to feel like a pos. Oh by the way they don’t offer you any money if they can’t get you approved unlike their advertisement says. They offer you a I’m sorry and a shrug....

September 2020 I bought a 2010 Dodge ram 1500 at Hepperly auto sales I paid way too much for it and once I got it off the lot immediately had to put money into it to keep it running then over a year I had to put $4000 into it to keep it running on the road and today Dylan a salesman from Hepperly auto sales tried to sell me a new truck From Hepperly east when I informed him about the truck he got very rude and argumentative on the phone 😡😡😡😡
