Chris from the Lenior City lot was our salesman. He was very nice but honestly I didn’t see him but a second. He let me do everything on line in advance and when I got there the truck I liked was waiting for me. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and I was in and out faster then the McDonald’s drive thru. That’s the way buying a car should be. No hassle no gimmicks just good honest dealings. This is my 6th car from here and I will always keep coming back

I went in with my husband to look at cars. We werent certain what we wanted just knew that we needed a smaller car so I didnt have to drive our van everywhere. We test drove a car and I didnt really like it so I looked at a similar car. At that point s very pushy sales man by the name off Tony approached and insisted that we drive the other car. We did. My husband and I liked the car and just wanted to know the price. We told him we wanted the price and would go discuss it over lunch. I also had to be at work in a few hours. It took Tony an hour to finally give us a price. He tried every sleazy sales man approach to rope us into buying the car he brought up religion and made me extremely uncomfortable. He brought up my profession. When we told him we wanted to look elsewhere he demanded that we look at the other replaced site because his was cheaper. He was very pushy. I was trying not to be rude and JUSY wanted to know the price of the car. Finally he gave us the price and said that we had to let him know immediately if we were going to buy because the other guy was going to buy it. The other guy happened to be a worker so Im sure this was some kind of con or trick to pressure me into buying. I just wanted 5 minutes alone to discuss this with my husband but was not afforded that opportunity. When I finally told him I was not making a split second decisions based on him pressuring me he yelled okay, here man buy the car. See you guys later. And tossed the other guys the keys. He basically shooed us out of there. Its hard to explain the level of disrespect and rudeness that came from this business. In all honesty it was a good deal and I would have bought the car if they had not been so rude and pushy and felt it was okay to back a woman into a corner. I will never buy from them.

Deal went alright the only thing that wouldve been nice was for the car salesman to fill my tank up and a wash. 1st time I ever and bought a car and someone not take care of the vehicle at the end of the deal. Felt rushed after it was over and they didnt make anymore contact with me after that day. Probably not buy from them again.

I think that those guys are a joke. They wasnt up front about the down payment and they were really rude to me cause of it. Plus alot of people that worked there was sitting outside not doing anything but smoking and playing football. I will never go there again.

Worked really hard to get us what we wanted

I had been looking for a car online and my search led me to a vehicle at Hepperly Auto Sales West. I found what I thought was a great car for a great price but with me living in Georgia, I was nervous to drive nearly 4 hours for a car that might not look the same in photos as it does in person. There was nothing wrong with the photos but it just isnt the same as seeing it with your own eyes. That is where Travis came in.I worked with Travis from the start and he was above reproach in every way. Travis empathized with my concerns and went above and beyond sending additional photos, very detailed videos and answered many questions. Travis made himself available by phone and text after hours, stepping away from his family to discuss the vehicle with me. He was honest, transparent, kind and knowledgeable. After just our very first phone call I remember telling my wife that this is a guy I can trust. I was right.Everyone was great at the dealership. It has the family owned authenticity and personal touch that many large dealerships lack. I didnt feel like a number/target/metric to be achieved but like a person to be served.Used car dealerships can be unnerving for many but if you are looking at Hepperly Auto Sales West, you can confidently put all of those hesitations to rest. After blabbing to the entire staff our situation which is private and extremely unprofessional the team made my spouse and I feel so small thanks for sharing our private info hope you all had a good laugh at our expence. Bought a 2010 Ford truck drove it for 3 days not even 100 miles driving it and broke down, being on shop for 3-4 weeks now, try to call and see whats going on with my truck no body answer the phone or give me an update, so be aware on buying cars from this dealership! 👎🏻👎🏻

We recently bought a car from this dealer. The car was exactly what we were looking for and I believe we will be happy with the car. However, we were not very happy with the deal we got. Bob, our salesman was awesome. No complaints about him. The car needed new tires. We asked if they could put tires on as part of the deal. The manager refused. When we got the car home I noticed a pool of oil under car. Took it to mechanic, he said when he touched drain plug it fell out. You would think that is something they would have noticed at dealer. I had read reviews that said Hepperly went “above and beyond” to help them get a good deal. That was not our experience. The manager gave us a lot of car salesman double talk that made it sound like we were getting a good deal. If they had just put some tires on it for us, that would have went a long way with me. Again, I think we got a good car that we will be happy with for many years, I just wish they would have worked with us a little more.

I made it clear my credit was not good and I wouldnt have down payment until we got tax return.. they told me what if we told you, drive today and bring in down payment when you get it.. ok.. so they ran my credit and had a nice car.. then said we need at least $1,000 minimum down.. I said what happened to the deal of paying down payment when I got my taxes back.. he said oh Im sorry if u misunderstood me I said what if... I felt this was dishonest and shady. They ran my credit and everything. I would have never allowed that if I had known they was shady and dishonest. I will not be doing business with them.

I bought a truck from here, it’s one of the worst cars I’ve owned. I specifically wanted a warranty to cover my loans duration, they charged me a total of $3200 on the loan to provide this and the warranty only covered 50,000 miles. I have put three motors in it, and two rear ends. The previous purchase was a Jeep four door. This WAS the worst vehicle I’ve ever owned. At any rate I would warn someone to never buy from any Hepperly affiliation. “Christian” crooks.

We have had issues with our two other cars and when our running car finally went kaput on us, we went to Hepperly. Charles Hart took wonderful care of us and he and Anita did their best to get us the car that we wanted and needed. They were absolutely amazing and friendly. Not pushy at all. We got lied to. Plain and simple. We were shown a car only for them to offer a more expensive one. It was in the budget though so we were going to get it today only to have them call us and tell us they had already sold it. Needless to say my brothers very disappointed and Im not happy myself. I can however say that the reason it has 2 stars is the guy we talked to. Bob was a really good salesman and we were happy to speak with him.

Car was fixed cheaply as possible to not leak oil or coolant so had to get all the fixed less then 2 weeks after buying the car and didnt realize till a few days later they didnt even give me the actual key to the car so cant unlock my car with out the alarm going off .

Ryan was awesome. It was my first tjme buying a car and Ryan made everything very chill and stress free. Everyone there will make you feel very at home and they dont pressure you at all to purchase anything.

Test drove a hardtop Jeep with my husband,only to get into the passenger side and sink, almost ankle deep, into standing water in the floorboard. The salesman told me, Its a Jeep, thats what theyre made for....after pulling a plug and letting a good gallon of water out. This was not a jacked up, off road Jeep. The carpets were soaked! The salesman said they were aware of a small leak (although he did not ever mention it, until l said something!) and he still asked what kind of deal he could do to get us in this vehicle. My husband and I LAUGHED. Thank goodness we went after a thunderstorm, we would have been stuck with that vehicle! If I am dropping thousands of dollars, of my hard-earned money into car...the only water in it, better be what I put in there! Do yourself a favor and head down 411 to Airport Honda and West Chevrolets lots. Youll get a new vehicle, lower miles, and better price.

I would give less than one star if possible. I bought a 2015 Chrysler from these people, specifically Brian, and I got screwed from the start. They knew I didnt know what i was doing and they knew i had to do anything to get a car for my family. So they took advantage of me. I owe upwards of fifteen thousand dollars for an eight thousand dollar car on a 3% interest rate. Dont even know how much I paid for it. Thats how confusing they made it. Not only that. I had a young boy and my wife also. These people knowingly sold my a car with MULTIPLE dangerous recalls on it without telling me. Ive sense gotten one of them fixed but theres still a ton more. I WOULD NOT recommend and I WILL NOT be back. Thats just low. Anything for a quick buck I suppose.

I would have to say that dealing with Jeff Jones was better than I expected. He was quite helpful in getting us valued deal on our vehicle. There prices are more than reasonable. The only exception was that I could have used a bit more explanation of some of the features of it, that we were unfamiliar with. All in all, it was a good experience.

My wife purchased a Buick Rendezvous here around September of 2019. By October 2019, the dealer put us in another vehicle, this time a Honda Crv. The Buick had to be taken into the shop not long after we bought it. It was looked at by a Gm certified mechanic who told us that the car was unfit to be on the road. It had more problems than it was worth to fix. The Honda had issues also from the beginning. The first was a minor torque converter issue that we fixed ourselves because even though the vehicle was under warranty we could not get an appointment at Hepperleys service center to get it fixed. After several attempts and never being called back by the dealer we handled it ourselves. On November 1st 2019 as we were taking my daughter in for major surgery it broke down again. It shudder hard, died and could not be driven safely. Luckily it broke down in front of the east end lot. We pulled in there and luckily Bob, our salesman was there and he gave us a ride to the hospital and even got the car towed in and made sure we had a loaner car. He was excellent, probably the only good thing I can say about our experience. We got the car back from their service center and was told after a thorough check it just needed oil! Really?! We drove it for another week and began experiencing the same issue just a bit milder. We checked the oil to see it was right where it needed to be. A few short weeks later we had issues with the driver side headlight randomly working. When we checked it out we discovered the wiring harness and plug in for the bulb had caught fire ( thats right, caught fire) and melted everything. We had this issue fixed out of pocket again because communications at the car lot are hit and miss. We kept driving until Febuary 21st when it went haywire again doing the same thing it had before when it supposedly was low on oil. I managed to get it to an autozone and had the check engine light tested. Turns out it was the timing chain and tensioner all along! We called to get an appointment at the service center because again the vehicle is still under warranty. We are still trying to get an appointment made because again we are at the mercy of the car lot. When my wife asked about a loaner car, the lot manager said they didnt do that. They were trying to start that type of program but havent yet. Never mind the fact that just a few months ago you did so no problem, but now suddenly it is impossible!? We are still struggling to get the issue resolved even going as far as contacting the fiance company who the warranty is thru. In order for the fianancing to take place, the distance company needed the vehicle under warranty for this very reason. So far Hepperleys has been very unhelpful. At one point we even asked to speak to the owner and was told it couldnt be done because all he did was go to auctions now. I cant help but believe if he knew the issues we were having with one of his vehicles that he would help get things straightened out. Thats why we went to their lot in the first place because we had only heard good things about the way they do business. Very disappointed and disgusted. Dont make the same mistake we did.

I had totaled my previous truck a week or so before my visit. While eating supper with my family my wife and I found this Toyota Tacoma online. We decided to stop and look at it because we had been looking all day. We had been a few days prior to Chattanooga to Mtn. View @153. The sales man was So rude! We finally got over it and just left! So this experience at Mtn.View@153 had left a bad taste in our mouths. When we finally stopped at Hepperly, that bad taste was gone! The whole staff was friendly and treated us like we were friends and family. The truck that we had originally stopped to look at was not what we needed. We have a large family, Raylee took note of this just in discussion. So when he got our credit approval back he told us we could get a newer truck than we had expected. They were wonderful people to work with and have exceeded my expectations for a small car lot. Thank you Hepperly Auto Sales for getting me off my feet and back in a nice truck. Nice salemen but if you have less than good credit expect to have alot of money for a down payment! they say they (own their own bank) but go through many Banks and credit unions! me and my wife were going to buy two cars there together but still wanted 5 grand down on each car (one was 6 grand more than the other) so the numbers dont add up! would have loved to made a deal with them but found anouther dealership to work with us for half the down payment and monthly payments
