This was by far the quickest and easiest experience I’ve had with buying a car ever! Marysville Toyota did an excellent job in helping me with all aspects of the purchasing process and really made it a lovely experience altogether, which definitely isn’t something I can say about previous experiences I’ve had in purchasing elsewhere. If you’re considering buying a car (even if you’ve already decided you’re buying from a Toyota dealership), do consider visiting this location in specific, there is a good reason it is rated much higher than other dealerships! It is one of the newest dealerships nationally so they follow a newly improved/streamlined process and additionally do not markup their prices like other dealerships do. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to anyone I know personally who is looking into the car market.I would like to give a specific shout-out/kudos to Kevin Hansen, who was our agent throughout the purchasing process. He was a very quick and efficient employee, had a phenomenal attitude, and the friendliest personality. I quite literally hope someone like Kevin is there to help me with all my future car purchases. He exceeded all of my expectations in every way and provided top notch service. I’m beyond happy to now be the owner of a 2021 Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid and would definitely consider myself a life-long customer after today.My only advice to Toyota of Marysville is - make sure to keep Kevin around, you don’t find employees like him often!

I felt super comfortable leaving my car in the care of Toyota Car Service Experts. I know that I can rest easy and relax and sip on complementary tea 🍵 while I wait. Marysville Toyota has comfortable waiting chairs and nice little coffee tables. The Used car advisor Emilee was super friendly, efficient, and courteous. I had a oil change done costed $85.89.Price is higher than what I am use to paying but honestly I can’t complain. I know my car is in safe hands.

I had such a great experience getting our starter replaced on our 07 Corolla! Generally, I reach out to the dealership to get an estimate and then seek out the cheapest alternative. After doing this, I discovered that Toyota was right in-line with other estimates of other independent mechanics, they were able to do it SAME DAY. After a short walk around in the lot I found my self being introduced to a Victoria Clavijo. She walked me through everything that I asked and tended to my request for the vehicle I was interested in immediately and politely.I would highly recommend any of my friends and family her way and to this dealership. Happy with service here. Was in a bit of a bind (took longer than expected), but had to get my kid from school to an appointment - the service folks pulled through - go me into a loaner and there in the nick of time. Easily the best dealer experience I’ve ever had. Not only was my sales rep Gina Boggie the kindest persons I’ve ever met she also worked tirelessly to ensure that I got a full $1000 more for my trade in than any other dealer I went to she also got my interest rate dropped down from 12% to 6%. I wish I could do more for her than leave a review because she truly deserves it.
Our experience at Marysville Toyota was unique. Our first visit was not what we wouldve expected or could even make up if we tried. After a week of saying, After this experience, we will never step foot in there again! But we love that truck! we wrote a review on another source of our experience. We looked at other trucks, and while some were a close second-it continued to come back to the one here. Within a day or so of my review, someone reached out to us saying they were going to look into the events that took place during our first visit, and they apologized. The fact that they legitimately were looking into this-instead of just trying to smooth things over on social media really encouraged me.I reached out to Marysville Toyota, spoke with Kate (whom btw is extremely sweet), and requested to speak with the Sales Manager. She explained that the manager was still opening up the store (I called as soon as they opened), and asked if she could take a message to pass along. I noted that we had written a negative review after our first experience there, and that we really wanted to discuss our options about purchasing the truck from them, as long as we didnt have to work with the same saleswoman we did previously. She was quick to know who I was, and reassured me that after investigating the situation further-that particular person was no longer employed there. I immediately felt relieved to know that if we stepped foot back in there-I wouldnt have to see her face to face. Im not one for confrontation-or even writing poor reviews in fear of the What ifs that could take place instead. But this new experience we were beginning to have, was taking me to a very good place.We went and had a scheduled appt again, and this time we were greeted by Kevin. Can I just for a moment explain his awesome personality? This gentle giant (compared to me as Im a wee 5ft tall person), has the best personality ever. He totally gets sarcasm, even with a mask, and really makes sure the all around experience is not your typical shady car salesman journey. He was in constant communication with important details, really made promises to reach out by a certain time the next day (due to banks being closed night before), and actually did reach out earlier than he originally said. He was extremely committed to make this right and even was able to handle my boyfriends needs when talking numbers. Actually-he surpassed his needs and blew us away.When it came time for the paperwork; everything was pretty much digital and really saved the headache of walking in ready to sign your life away and leave with an encyclopedia sized pile of papers. While we had some important documents to leave with, it was all very organized and neatly stored for us to keep safe at home. He had the truck washed and dried, vacuumed, and windows were cleaned ready to go for us before we got there to pick it up prior to paperwork signing. They all worked as a team to coordinate getting everything ready for us while finishing the last details on our end, and I think it took us less than an hour to complete.Kevin was so helpful throughout the whole process, and so has Rachel/Kate. The entire experience from calling Kate to completing our purchase was exceeding our expectations in general.When we took our truck home, we noticed a few things here and there that we didnt notice during our original test drive. We made contact with Kevin who was on it right away with the service team. He let me know that it seemed to be a display issue and not mechanical, and that Rachel would be reaching out to us in the next couple of days. She called me within 48hrs and let me know that she was going to be in contact with the service team and would reach back out again. Less than 24hrs later, she informed me that her service team told her what it could be-ordered the parts needed-and that we could have an appt for right after its delivered. I was shocked, this was all so easily handled.Thank you all for rectifying, and giving a positive journey!
Everything went so smoothly without any pressure to buy ! The atmosphere here was very relaxed and I was very impressed with the decor and even though it has nothing to do with purchasing a car, I absolutely loved the photography that were on the walls ! Someone has very good taste with interior designs.

This is the best Toyota dealer around. Ask for Gina for sales she’s awesome. I always take my car there for service even though it’s much further from my home than a different dealer. I always get a same week appointment and they are always faster than I expect. The service people are always thorough and very nice.
I have always heard horrible stories about buying a car from a dealership. I was on high alert when I went to Marysville Toyota to test drive a Toyota Tacoma. Like many, I strongly dislike the feeling of being pressured towards a purchase. Not once while working with Dave over a few weeks did I ever feel pressured to buy a vehicle that had a package or options which I didnt believe I needed.The One Price Policy is no joke. Took my 2021 Tacoma in for its 15k service to Marysville Toyota. The service department was simply amazing. Drive up to the garage door and it opened automatically. Pulled up to the service desk and was helped immediately. Daniela P. was my service advisor. She told me exactly what they were going to do to my truck and how long it would take. She asked if I had an questions and then showed me the waiting area. The waiting area is part of the showroom. It was very clean as were the restrooms. Ill definitely be back for my 20k service!

Many dealership have markups during this time with the “shortage” of vehicles. I was glad to find the perfect Tacoma, and even better, without a markup, slightly under MSRP. I think getting a new car or truck should be a good happy feeling rather than feeling regretful. I’m pleased to say that I’m very happy with my new truck!

I was asked if I wanted the car washed after service. I said I did. I also reminded Danni. When we picked up the car on Sunday afternoon it had not been washed.Danni does not return phone calls!I will likely never go to this dealership again. I’d rather drive all the way up to Mt.Vernon where I have always had great service. Also the car felt like we were on a bucking bronco. One would have thought they’d have checked the shocks! After having incredible service at Toyota North Hollywood on another of our cars, this was a real let down. Now I have to make another trip there to have the car washed after having spent over $3000.00.
Quick, efficient and friendly. I left with one issue unresolved because it was something unusual and quirky with the Etune suite. Rudy was very helpful and indicated he would do some research on the issue and follow up with me in the near future. Overall, very pleased.

When bought my car in for service I was Recommend services already preformed elsewhere. They said it was based on mileage . Even though, I am assuming it was with an inspection when I bought it in for service.I had brakes done elsewhere, which was one of the recommended services to be done. I still had 60 % left on them!Get a second opinion.I like to go the dealer if I get a deal on service I need.
Teresa was really great to work with. No pressure sales, you know what you’re getting and what you’ll pay. We definitely chose the right dealership for our RAV4 hybrid purchase. No problem to change the color choice and options. She found us exactly what we were looking for, and kept us updated with when our ordered vehicle would (and did) arrive. Courteous, respectful, and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase.
After researching the best place to get service done in the Seattle area, Marysville Toyota had the highest ratings. But it was an hour drive from Seattle. And let me tell you it was worth the drive!! I called the day before desperate for a road trip check up and oil change because I would be leaving for a 1,600 mile drive the next day. They let me know that I would have to drop it off early in the morning and they would maybe have time for it in between other appointments. So I mentally prepared myself to stay there until close. I drop it off the next morning. I arrive and the attendants are so friendly and helpful. I sit at the lounge/waiting area. One of the attendants comes up to me and lets me know since my car was a drop off it might be a few hours more and I was more than okay with that since I didn’t have an appointment. I explained to her that I don’t have a ride back home so I would wait however long I needed to. She was super nice. About an hour and a half goes by and I get called over by Rudy (I think that was his name) and let’s me know that my car is ready!!! I was honestly shocked and relieved how fast they had it serviced and that I wouldn’t have to spend my whole day there. Rudy went over the technician’s observations and recommendations for my car. I then I expressed to him that I’m trusting them they took care of my car so I would make it to Texas safe and sound and I’m so thankful I took it to Marysville Toyota because I did make it back home to Texas safe and I’m glad I made the hour drive to trust their hands with my car. I first went in and met Kesley back in March. I wanted to lease a new Highlander hybrid. I gave her payment parameters, and at the time it just was not going to work out. She was upfront and honest with me, and my husband and I ended up getting a house first instead.Recently, we were able to buy a new Highlander hybrid, and let me tell you, it was worth the wait. Dave our experience consultant was Stupendous he was helpful, friendly, courteous, patient, and accommodating, we would absolutely recommend him to anyone. We love that he shared Toyota’s and the dealerships values with us and how transparent he was through the buying process. We appreciate the no haggle easy pricing but don’t expect a hat or cup when you leave in your brand new car because that is part of the no haggle, it wasn’t a deal breaker though, we would rather save the money.
Their customer service is bad. They dont communicate well. For any updates on my vehicle I had to ask after the timeline was past. When I brought my new Tacoma in for its first service they said they rotated and set all tire pressures to 32 psi but the truck said all the tires were at 29 or lower. At first they said that it was the tpms not reading the new pressure but then they added more air and it read correctly and they apologized for missing the tires. Makes me wonder if they changed the oil or the filter like they said they did.
Beautiful and clean facility. Excellent communication between and among employees as we were there for a few reasons. Made to feel welcome and as though we were being heard. Went in for car service and got in on time. And they took my husband’s car early! Efficient and even received complimentary car wash! Also spoke with salesperson about purchasing new car. I can’t praise this dealership and service center enough. We are fans of Toyota, and since we are new to the area, Toyota Marysville is our new dealership and service center!

Worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. Came recommended by our neighbors as they purchased a vehicle without issues but after dealing with them for a couple days and planning a trip to purchase vehicle at their dealership they informed us they are only selling to the local community, completely contradicting what they had just done for our neighbor. Complete breakdown of internal communication at Marysville Toyota.Waited for the vehicle longer than their estimated time. There was no notification when the work was completed. Had to find my vehicle parked on the side. of the building. Person helping me had no idea where the vehicle was located. Noticed the customer prior to me had the same issue.Still receiving emails for service reminders on a vehicle I haven’t owned for several years, after having repeatedly asked them to update their information.
The people are very nice and welcoming and the service is relatively fast. But Im just baffled at the inconsistency of the service reports. Last time I got my service done they said I needed to replace my head gasket, brakes and more but now the head gasket and the brakes arent on the list (despite me not doing anything repair wise) this consistency makes me confused on what to believe and what to not believe.
I bought a truck and the next day noticed it had a water leak. I came back the next day and after 15 seconds they gave me my trade in back and shredded the paperwork for the new one. Amazing staff and very professional dealership. Not scammers.

Horrible. Went in for my windshield to be replaced. Within the first 15 minutes of appointment the new windshield was dropped and broken. Was told I would have to reschedule for the following week and take additional time off work for this next appointment. Called Brent, the service supervisor, what Marysville Toyota was going to do with making this right as it was their fault. Brent said he knew nothing about this and would get back to me. Brent did not call back and instead had another employee call me back. This employee stated “Brent told me to call you back because you have some questions.” Called that employee back but had to leave a message. Called Brent back and had to leave another message requesting only Brent to call me back as he is the service supervisor. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do NOT go to Marysville Toyota. Drive the extra miles to Everett or Bellingham’s Toyota if you have to go to the dealership.

Love the dealership but what made me more eager to do business was the fantastic, caring, pleasant salespersons, and one of them is Teresa who at any point during my visit nor negotiations never ever pressured me to buy a vehicle but always took her time to show me the range of vehicles that I wanted to see and gave me great feedback. What an amazing experience! First off this is my 35th car in the 18 years of driving so trading and buying cars is extremely familiar to my lifestyle.With that said I’m sure my purchase through an email inbox came with some skeptics from the sales staff as i do not like dealing through a phone until i’m in the final stretch of a deal. Well these guys hung in there and made it easy to process my loan- thanks Kate and Rachel!Upon arriving to the dealership over an hour away just before they closed on a Friday night i was met by a wonderful group of a friendly sales staff, who truly do not work off commission but rather a customer service rating system and it shows! Kevin was my sales concierge who wanted to make sure I was comfortable and had every single question knocked out before I took my car home… the experience was quick and painless.My new to me truck was detailed and topped off with gas all while i finished signing the documents, the experience took less then 45min to complete.The next day Kevin sent me a personal video email to make sure I was still happy or came up with any other questions.This dealership blew my expectations out of the water, I will shop with them again in fact the next time I’m in the market I will ask them to find me my car.They are now number 1 on my list!Again Kevin, Kate, Rachel, Roxy, and the others I failed to mention great job and thank you :)

Everyone was extremely helpful during the entire process of our search for our car. Communication was awesome, and we ended up getting our RAV4 sooner than expected. 100% recommend.
When asked if I wanted the car washed when they were done I said no I already washed the car by hand that morning, they ran it through the car wash anyway which upset me because they leave scratches and swirl marks on the paint and they did not dry it off so I had to detail all the soap and water spots off the car and windows and discovered they scratched the roof in the car wash.Checked under the hood and saw not all the fluids were topped off but they checked it off saying they did which calls into question what else did they not do but checked off.
Booked my 2018 Highlander for an oil change, everyone in the service department was friendly and upbeat. Very pleasant experience.

Ive had only great experiences with Marysville Toyota since purchasing my Rav4 one year ago.
My 4Runner had a SRS light, VSC light, and check engine light on. I went to this dealership to have it serviced. The following day they contacted me to ask permission if they can hold on to the car so they can drive it around so they can diagnose it some more. I am happy that they communicated with me well with updates and the necessary repairs that needs to be done with my car. Overall, I am satisfied with my transaction with them.
Enjoyed the waiting area and service department and people. Wondering why it took 1.5 hours to set up a new key for my truck, but thought everything else was good.
