They were ready for me when I arrived for my appointment. I was provided with a printed estimate of the cost of services. The service was performed quickly and, as far as I can tell, correctly. Chairs and a clean restroom are available if you choose to wait. No additional charges were added to my final bill. The receptionist is very knowledgeable about cars.

John and Vanessa diagnosed a refrigerant leak in our car. After diagnosing a cracked condenser, they gave us a fair estimate and made sure we understood what repairs were needed and why. Then, they quickly repaired the condenser. We couldn’t ask for a more fair, quick, and professional service. We’ve been using this Meineke for about a year now and we believe they are one of the best auto shops in the area.

We were in a real pinch and with any car problem it causes lots of headaches. I called around and couldnt get into a shop for 2 weeks just to have the problem diagnosed. I called Meineke and John was so helpful. He said he would schedule us for a 5 days out but of we brought the car down they would work it in where they could. It didnt end up being good news for the car but I was able to get going on the solving the problem within 2 days of dropping it off.

AC had quite working in my car and needed recharging. Went to Meineke .In and out in 45 minutes working great. Great service .Second time in.Took my F150 Ford pickup in and had cooling system flushed and winterized and a new tail pipe from muffler back. They did a great job. Fast and friendly service at a great price. Great place.

In the past I never made an appointment for an oil change. I did here and thats the only way to do it. I showed up 5 minutes early and they were waiting for me. I checked in and waited in their lobby maybe 15 minutes. The young lady at check in was both friendly and professional. I purchased the oil change at an auction a month ago it was something that was donated by them to a local group called Maryfest. I say good on them. I will be back in the future for sure.

I came in for an A/C recharge on a truck I had just bought, and right away they told me that they wouldn’t charge me anything because my compressor was bad. They gave me a quote, and even said if I bought the parts elsewhere, they will install them. They even pointed out a coolant leak I wasn’t aware of.Small shop, good people. I’ll come back!

I had my oil changed and asked the guy if he checked the check engine soon light. He went and had the mechanic check it and came back and said the #4 cylinder was misfiring. (Id noticed it was running kinda scrabbly). I asked if he could fix it now or would I have to come back. He went and checked with the mechanic and came back and said they fixed the ignition wire on cylinder 4; it wasnt clipping on the spark plug.So it was now fixed!On my paperwork, it said they also did free brake inspection (Id need new front brakes in about 10,000 miles), and front end inspection, and free brake fluid test and inspection, and free 23 point inspection (whatever that is).I not only felt well taken care of, but it was also peace of mind affordable.Ive been to a lot of places that charge a lot of money but dont know what they are doing and cant even fix the problem.Its so nice to finally find a place with mechanics that know what they are doing!

I had my AC evaluated at the Marysville location. I expected this to be a couple day repair, but the Meineke team had my car back to me in no time at all. I dropped my car off around 8am, and it was ready for pick up by 3pm. They had to replace the AC compressor, so it wasn’t the quickest job in the world, but they got it done. Now I can say hello to that sweet, sweet AC when us Washingtonians experience 100+ degree temps all weekend again. (Yeah my AC quit when it was 105-110 for a week straight).I’m beyond pleased with my service time, the lady, Vanessa, at the counter was polite and friendly, and best of all, my AC works again!Thanks Meineke. I recently moved but was using the same company for 7 years in a different location. Upon moving, I realized I needed to get work done on several vehicles and I was glad to see that they had a location at where I moved. The team at this location were very friendly, easy to talk to and honest. I loved how they gave me recommendations on what I needed to fix and they weren’t pushy or salesy about those getting done. They just said this is the recommended or did you know your brakes are at this and will need to be changed soon. They don’t recommend unnecessary things like other places do. I highly recommend using this location.

Accommodating, professional, honest! As a woman that knows nothing about cars I am always in fear of getting ripped off whenever I take my car to the mechanic, but not at Meineke! They always explain what is going on in simple terms so I understand exactly what theyre talking about, theyre patient, and so far their prices have been very fair. I definitely recommend them.

Open early with friendly, honest staff. There was a problem with my steering column and they advised me to call a dealer to have it replaced for free when they could have charged me for it. Cabin filter needed replacement, they didn’t charge me for labor. They charged pretty much the same price for parts that I would have gotten had I bought them myself. Work was done quickly and well, faster than promised. Manager was very friendly and professional. Will definitely use this business again when I need work done on my vehicles.

I had a great experience with Marysville Meineke. I took quotes given me at the dealer of my truck to see if they saw the same issues. They replaced the rear brakes, explained what the dealer was telling me that needed repairs, and of course at a lower cost to me. I will be going back the see them for other car/truck services!

Update: Thank goodness I stopped there. Went to get a Coolant flush and break fluid flush. Found out my water pump was broken. Thank goodness they saw that before I took it to work. O.ONeed to start taking pictures when things like this happen ^_^I found Meineke on Google maps. I scheduled a time to get a diagnostics. They were fast. They explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. I will be back to fix what he told me. My mother will be going soon to. ^_^

John replaced my starter which just failed, he worked me in as a drop in and got it done quickly and in the time estimated. He also identified a bad battery cable and repaired that as well as let me know my high pressure steering line was leaking. He was both professional and friendly and it is a great relief knowing that the work was done well.

I rolled in with my classic muscle car for a muffler change and literally as i pull in my oil pressure sensor blows and starts pumping oil all over. Got the parts truck over right away and got it installed! Awesome guys!

They eased the stress by offering me a ride home to wait it out and then picking me back up when my car was finished. My check engine light is off and my car is running smooth. Really impressed with the service I received! I brought my own oil and filter, so I didn’t expect any service, other than the labor to replace those items. When I looked through the window, into the shop, I observed John with a flashlight inspecting the entire under side of my truck. He was able to observe and inform me about items that had been repaired or replaced by the previous owner. I have repaired and replaced many things in the five years I’ve owned the vehicle, but was great to get information other mechanics had never mentioned. I will be back with the confidence that John has my interests in mind and honestly tell me about anything that needs attention.

I needed a fuel filter, and more importantly a diagnosis and fix of my emergency brake, failure of exterior brake lights responding, and brake inspection. This place was amazing. So they found that the cable unhooked, and the emergency brake light box was intermittently going out ( sometimes the emergency brake light bounced on, or stayed off even when engaged- prior to breaking on me). John test drove, kept testing, and created the ability to “ act up” by seeing the eventual problem pop up. Usually? If they don’t see your complaints first hand, how can they understand your amateur descriptions and language? But he was so diligent to test out theories, knowing it had to be multiple glitches going on.Yep. The brake cable, was one problem.The brake box indicator, it’s own coincidental problem. Failure in any other brakes? NO! He inspected them and did NOT add this to the list and billing ( come on, you know some places that may do this, right? He did NOT). And the reaction to sputter and drag on higher speeds was the sticking emergency brake- not alignment, or Calipers... and was not “ guesses” after he fixed the emergency brake and kept testing the functions.That continual check, recheck, and RE-check... with a simple addition of a fuel filter to ensure that the fuel was good to go?My truck drove like a luxury. Not gritting a grabby emergency brake, and clean fuel...May I say I had suggestions by other mechanics that it was expensive fuel injectors ( again), not asking me if I’d REPLACED two of them that did NOT obviously fix the problem? I’d replaced brakes, a few months ago, and that did fix all the complaints?Because the emergency brake, the lights on the back, and this fuel filter were never dealt with. Just every other BIG guess!Oh, I’ll be going back to this shop. It’s too hard to find a place that helps diagnose and makes it AFFORDABLE! Geez, I didn’t even mention the cost effectiveness of getting it right and making my truck safe for a practical trade!I appreciate every bit of effort. Kudos!

Had my AC compressor, muffler and some exhaust pipe replaced on my 1999 chevy suburban. It looks great, sounds great and blows cold air!! Very happy with the pricing, service, and time frame it took. We will be back for future repairs!

I was more than overwhelmed with the honestly of this location. I went in there expecting that I would have to spend hundreds on a replacement exhaust system and they were able to repair my existing exhaust and it was less than a hundred dollars. It was awesome and quick.

Meineke in Marysville wa. State ave. A+ number 1 in my book. John, Vanessa and the mechanics the best service ever. A month ago or so, they replaced torque converter rebuilt my transmission. Replaced lower ball joints. Outer tie rod ends. For my Chevy Silverado. Upper and rear main seals replaced. It drives and runs like a champ. Yesterday went back just for oil and lube. And 23 point check. tightened up the lift and suspension. And new wiper blades. more people need to go here for their repairs. They do It all. its my place to go for now on for my repairs. Meineke Marysville was fantastic. We previously encountered poor/dishonest service elsewhere and discovered a shoddy brake repair job on my sons first car. As a mom, I was mortified and angry. Its extremely important to feel I am placing my son in a safe vehicle. John and Vanessa really listened to my concerns and handled the repairs quickly and professionally. They never got frustrated with my questions. Plus the quote was lower than another service I encountered in town. The employees in this office are very personable and extremely knowledgeable. John even went out of his way to include my 17 year old son in the discussion about the repairs and how to properly maintain the vehicle. I would refer everyone here. I am never going anywhere else again.

The quality of the work they do is spot on! My car would not start at the gas pump, it was 09:30. I called Meineke, they said to have it towed to them, I did, and by 16:30 they had my starter in and my car ready to go, ( and they had to remove the manifold to do it!)
