Love the local shop. Always ready to help and assist. I stopped in questioning a possibly brake issue. Yeah, the brakes needed replaced, and one of my tires had a bad spot. I was anticipating tires before winter. They replaced the front brakes and hooked me up with a special on four new tires. Back on the road again, same-day service. Thanks!

Had a nail in my tire, I found it on my own in 30 seconds, with soap and water, took it to tire discounters to get a plug, they come get me after 2 HOURS, and say they cant find the nail.... seriously?!Also its impossible to get in.

Went in for an oil change and to have them check out the odd wear on the rear tire. They found a crack in the oil pan, good catch. However they told me that the odd tire wear was due to rods/struts needing replaced. Nothing felt loose. I took the car to our regular mechanic who fixed the oil pan and told us that there is nothing wrong with the rods/struts. Not happy with the creating more work than needed. I used to take the company and family vehicles to this location, not likely anymore.Took the car somewhere also to get new tires put on. They saw nothing wrong with the tie rods/struts, like my garage did. You valued my being a customer because someone with your company wanted higher sales and thought I would be a victim. The most you could at this moment is reimburse me for an alignment on my new set of tires.

I called Tire Discounters at 3:20pm today (Saturday) in a panic hoping they could help me with a very flat tire…they invited me to come in right then to take a look. I was so well taken care of with kindness and great advice from Bryan and Sage, it was if they were my family. Not only did they fix my problem, they educated me as well. The peace of mind and confidence I was given assured me I found my new car place, they have my business for life. The peeps inside the shop were also awesome I just didn’t catch their names but they showed me exactly what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. I asked if I should get new tires but they advised me I didn’t need that- they cared more about me than money. Didn’t even know that was a thing.Thank you Team!

I have been here for one hour and they pulled my truck in 50min in to my wait. There is a one tire repair and one tire rotation and balance ahead of me. All three trucks could be done in less then a hour but you have one employee working and three walking around doing nothing. Worst shop I have been to. Also not using a torque wrench on the lugs so if I do ever have a problem I will never get the tire off.

My son was borrowing our Acadia and stopped in to get a screw removed from one of the tires. They also rotated the tires and balanced them (5000 mi.service). Great job with no problems 👍.

The experience today with the staff here was beyond my expectation. We were needing new tires to get on the road to Montana and they quickly addressed the problem and took care of us with kindness and understanding. They bagged our tires to take to the city of Marysville for evidence, and bc of their recommendation to do so, they were able to reimburse us at 100%. Had we not done that, they wouldn’t have covered our new tires. Thank you so much for the exceptional service today and getting us back on the road safely. You guys are amazing!

I used to trust this place. I Went in to have some tires looked at because of unusual wear.They tell me the tires are wearing odd because I need new tie rods and or struts.I took my car to my regular mechanic and they report there is nothing wrong with either one of those things. I have taken company cars and families vehicles here for a long time likely never again

I have always had a wonderful experience at Tire Discounters. Service desk staff are helpful and willing to be patient with those not mechanically inclined. They don’t try to over sell things, they are just concerned about safety.

Good prices, however they won’t acknowledge a few flaws in their system that I’ve spoke with the manager about.Overall I do recommend this business and location because their service is good and they will pull a vehicle back into the garage to correct the issues if you ask. The staff is friendly. I’ve bought 6 sets of tires from this location over the last 11 years.

Needed tires and called ahead as soon as they opened. They had what I was looking for in stock and got me right in once I arrived. Staff seemed friendly especially Adrian who was a really nice guy. Right now in Ohio, showing your “face” in public has become a humiliating experience but it was nice to feel treated more like an individual and an appreciated customer - rather than just another brick in the wall. And that makes a big difference that people won’t forget. Thank you.

My girlfriend popped her tire on her way to work one day and blew out the sidewall. By the time AAA arrived and loaded up they wouldve been closed when we arrived, however, the staff agreed to stay late and replace the tire because we had no other way for my girlfriend to get to work. They were very courteous throughout the entire process and got the job done quickly.

Was here with a friend. Not only did they try to upsell him so much more than he needed, but the guy at the counter called THREE times wanting payment. We told him we were on our way, but he still called again before we got there. He claimed thats the way everyone does it, because of commission codes. Never in my 53 years, has a service center insisted on payment, before I can actually get there to pick up my car. I KNOW my friend will never go there again, and neither will I.Personally, I always pay cash. What a horrible way to do business!!EDIT: to response below... he HAS contacted customer service. No one has ever responded. And btw... you didnt say anything about the insistence for over-the-phone payment, to make sure your service writer got his commission before the end of the day.

Easy to make an appointment. Tires were installed correctly. Service is less than desired. Manager was too busy yelling at his guys to work the register. I wouldn’t go back for my other vehicles.

Excellent service. Made a reservation by phone earlier in the morning; the person who spoke with me was very professional & helpful. The technician began looking at my tire issue right at the designated appointment time and was able to find the source of the leak in about 10 minutes. I was in & out very quickly & there was no charge for the great service!

First off, they made over $400 off of my husband and I in the span of a week. The work they did was low caliber at best. They were quick, which is why I think the work done was sub-par. My husband STILL has to air up his tire he got from there. Theyre taking advantage of all other TLE places being closed due to COVID. I never, ever want to return. As someone who works hard for a living, $400 isnt easy to come by. Id highly recommend elsewhere (if theyre open).

Went to this Tire Discounters to get tires put on my new wheels and an alignment. I paid for their over priced tires because the tires plus the free 4 wheel alignment balances out the cost of buying tires from another place plus the cost of getting an alignment. They told me it would take a hour to a hour and a half the day before. Took them 2 hours to even pull my car in. I went out to the bay to get a look at my new wheels on the car at that point the car was on the ground all 4 new wheels on it, I went back inside to wait. About a half hour later they said my car was ready. I noticed they had charged me a tire disposal fee when they had not taken the old tires, I had to have them refund me for that... no big deal. I go to drive home and immediately notice that the car was not aligned... what were they doing for that half hour I was waiting? Brought the car back and had them do the alignment. The tech would only do the toe adjustment on the front wheels. The front camber was out of spec. Tech said doing the camber adjustment would take too long, talk about lazy, then again he seemed to be the only person doing any work there other then the service manager doing customer service and pulling cars in or out. So all in all I basically got half a front end aliment when Tire Discounters bill stats that they will align your car to factory specs and when you call them and are put on hold the automated message has a big spiel about how they do an alignment on all new tire purchases and how important it is. It took tire Discounters nearly 4 hours to do what they said would be done in a hour to a hour and a half and they tried to over charge me and not perform the agreed on services, unacceptable. I will not be coming back here.

Great service and prices are reasonable. I have been to chains like NTB and local places for tires and service and this store did as well as any of them. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Needed a tire plugged every employee was standing around talking and finally came to wait on me then told me it was going to be an hour wait just to get a tire plugged.... drove down to Hogans and they pulled me right in...

We had to wait over 2hours to get our tires on. We were there on time. For our appointment that was supposed to only take 45min. Then one day after getting our new tires the tire went flat. We live out of town and had no way to drive back to Marysville to get it fixed. When we did get it fixed we found out that they didn’t put in a new valve stem or seal it right. I’m very unhappy with their service

I purchased four new tires after one of mine blew on the way to work. They were very accommodating and saw me right away, even without a reservation made beforehand. After my new tires were put on and my old ones disposed of, they informed me that all four of your struts and shocks need replaced. Theyve been broken for a long time, and youll need new tires again in a month. Theyre completely broken off.I had a second opinion at a more known and better rated car repair shop down the road, who informed me that they couldnt find anything wrong with my struts or shocks. Theyre working perfectly fine.Lastly on my way home my car started to shake above 50mph. Drove right back to tire discounters and they immediately recognized me, and asked what was wrong. I told them that my car may need rebalanced. The result of this issue is that the weight must have fallen off. There were no apologies and when asking questions about my struts and shocks they were very short, unhelpful and vague.Horrible experience, but kind employees

Showed up with 2 cars. Needed tpms and bead seal on one and repair a leak on the other. Get first car in and was told 45 minutes worst case scenario an hour and 15 minutes. Well 2 and a half hours later they finished the 1st car. During this time I watched 1 guy work while 3 others walked around the shop doing nothing. All the bays were full and these guys were barely moving. I gave 2 stars because they fixed the first car, but the laziness took 3 stars off. Needless to say I took the 2nd car elsewhere. Ive always had good experiences with TD but this shop is full of lazy freeloaders.UPDATE. Only car they touched still leaks dropping to 1 star and will be going elsewhere. Pathetic...

Friendly enough, speed is not their forte apparently.. like many others mentioned I had an appt at 10:30 had to wait a half hour to even check in.. then the car was there almost until closing time just for the tires.. when I picked it up the Right Front tire immediately alarmed out on TPMS for low air -- showing 19psi -- I informed them and they just filled it back up -- now 8 hours later my car sits in my driveway with a flat - rim on the ground. And of course they are closed on Sunday.. So I will spend at least a day and a half refilling this tire in the hopes it doesnt get damaged by going flat..

Always feel like Ive gotten good advice and not been taken advantage of here. Love the free rotation/balance. Scheduled an early appointment today and waited while they rotated and balanced the tires. Not only did they finish early, they sent me home with some free produce from their garden. I also overheard a few very patient conversations they were having with other customers trying to help them understand the services and choose products that could work for them and still be safe (TIL/overheard that truck and trailer tires are completely different and its not safe to put truck tires on trailers!)

When you make an appointment at 8am and they dont pull your truck in until 930am, thats a problem!!! Then they dont even rotate my tires like I asked, come on. I like to go to local businesses, but if they cant do the job thats asked of them, Ill go somewhere else.

These guys work very hard to please a very large customer base. With a proper heads up, making an appointment, and respectful treatment of the hard working staff, they have been great to us and will be great to you. We have purchased multiple sets of tires from them and they have always worked with us on scheduling to put them on, to repair flats, and to set up realignments. Being polite goes a long way!

I own a Toyota FJ Cruiser. I recently purchased 4 new tires & rims from a reputable person. Tire Discounters of Marysville was willing to take off the old tires and rims and put on 4 brand new tires and rims without purchasing them from there. I The manager provided me a very reasonable transfer price. One of my concerns was transferring the tire sensor indicators from the old set to the new. He explained the process and the cost on involved should a sensor need replaced due to rust etc... again the manager was upfront in explaining. I was soon contacted that two of the sensors were in need of replacement, yet he took the time to find equality sensors without being factory priced of which I appreciated.he presented me a total price cog which I agreed.Shortly after the work was done, one of the tires kept losing air along with the sensor light. Throughout the entire process of making several trips and eventually leaving my vehicle their for a two day duration, they treated me as if I was their original purchasing customer, although I didn’t purchase new tires/rims from them.The two managers Brian & Chris kept assuring they would isolate the problem of which they did at no additional charge. I was patient with their investigation and they were patient with me. The problem being resolved was greatly appreciated. What it showed me was their willingness to be cooperative and because of that my immediate family has purchased tires from that location. Their kindness and professionalism earned them additional customers. They didn’t have to do what they did for me, but they did. Each encounter with their technicians was polite as they kept trying to isolate the sensor / psi problem.It’s effort, dedication and kindness like that which makes any customer feel good and respected. Thank you again to the two managers mentioned above and to the staff at Tire Discounters of Marysville.

Stopped in to get air put in a lawn mower tire and Eric the store Manager was very helpful and polite. He noticed I had a nail in my car tire, sat me down and did a repair right away for me with a price I couldn’t beat for the repair. Pulled my car up to the edge of the first garage and let me exit in the dry area because it was Pouring rain like Crazy. Touch of class and I was very grateful!! He and his son both work at this store and they make an awesome team I was on my way in minutes!! Thanks Guys! I will certainly be back

I was in a real pickle with a flat tire and showed up 40 minutes before close. Just needed tire mounted on rim already off truck. Worker at front counted cars in bay and said he could help me. Then went back to the employees and came back and said *they are beat weve done alot today. Im sorry*. I had just gotten off work myself but never said anything. After my extended family and I have always used you guys before, I now will look at all my options. Helping someone out even when tired is something that should be considered

I I have bought tires here before so I took my wife’s car and in to be checked to see if we needed new tires, because they are making a little noise when driving. Alex came out and check the tread and said we still have some life in these tires. Alex wasn’t about selling tires but helping the customer! I will definitely be buying from this place when I need tires!

One of the best shops I have done business with. Their staff is very professional and courteous. Their service has always been expedient in my experiences. Oil changes are truly a deal there too. $30 - $40 for the good ones.

This is the best place I know to buy tires. However, expect to wait a while. They are always busy. Service after the sale isnt any better. Lifetime air, tire rotation, or road hazard service is available if you are willing to wait a while. A long while. The staff is always friendly. My best advice is to drop your car off and have someone pick you up. There is nothing fast about this place.

If they tell you on the phone you dont need an appointment, dont believe it. However long they tell you it will take when you show up, double it. I was told it would be a couple hours wait when I arrived. They didnt even pull my vehicle into the building until 2 hours had passed. And then, didnt begin pulling the tires off for another hour and a half. Multiple other customers who arrived after me were taken care of before me. And I didnt get my vehicle back until over an hour after the supposed 4pm closing time. If you feel like blowing an afternoon watching a shop full of dudes do nothing, this is the place for you.EDIT- after returning WITH AN APPOINTMENT to get my free alignment, was told that it would be several hours before theyd get to it. When I asked for the managers business card, they told me the manager forbid the staff from giving his information to customers. I left without getting my free alignment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I went in to have them patch my tire that had a screw in it. They told me that my tire had already been patched in that same area before and Id need a new tire. I know that the tire has never been patched before since I keep all of my service records. They called me 10 minutes after that and tell me that my axle is broken! The axle was not broken when I took it in, since it would not be driveable, so it broke on there site. Their explanation was that the axle broke when they took the car off of the lift. Seems convenient that the axle naturally broke on their site when it was perfectly fine for the 6 years that Ive owned the vehicle. My assumption is that they slammed the lift down and broke it, but did not want to confess. This also caused the cars transmission to be ruined, which essentially totalled the car. I had to have the car towed to Honda, and trade it in for a different car. So for what I thought would be a simple tire patch ended up costing me thousands of dollars. I would rate them a zero, but that is not possible, so rating a 1. Stay away from this business!!!

Called to get a tire quote, was willing to drop off and come back the next afternoon. After they had my car for over 24 hours and I was later then the time I was quoted my car wasnt ready and because I prepaid and asked for refund they dont give refunds. Manager said it has to come from corporate. The kicker is while I was in store and was told they could have mine done by end of the day, another person walked in and was told 30 minutes for his while I had been waiting over 24 hours. Very poor service and I will never go back. Waited for 2 weeks and still never got a call from Manager did get refunded money after a week. Will NEVER GO BACK!!!

Tire discounters was able to remove locking lug nuts on my truck that I was not given the custom socket for. Also, they patched my tire and did all of this with professional customer service and within an acceptable amount of time for a busy day. I would recommend that they get some more comfortable chairs for the waiting area; however, the service is great!

Ive purchased tires here before and they have always done a great job. They are a little more expensive then the other places but its well worth the money. I have been going here to get my oil changed as well. Since I purchased tires here, I get all the perks! Definitely give them a try!

Took an unnecessarily long time. All around tire change took 3 hours, despite showing up on time for our appointment on a slow morning. We were offered a free oil change but will likely not use it. Would have been nice to be offered a discount on the price of the tires, which was high in itself. At the end of the 3 hours, I had to ask to make sure the free alignment was done, which it was not. Had to come back the next morning and it took 2 hours for that to be completed. Seems a bit ridiculous to me. To top it all off, Maury was “entertaining us” in the lobby while we waited. Quality television. *eye roll*

I recently had to have new tires installed on my car. I called a day ahead (less than 24 hour notice) to see if they could put my tires on my car the next day. They told me that all of the appointments were taken but if I dropped my car off in the morning that they could fit it in. Sure enough they got it done! I dropped it off around 8:30 and they called me by noon to come pick it up. The guy that helped me on the phone and in store was very friendly, nice, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Tire Discounters, this was the second great experience with them!

Ive noticed some management changes from my previous times there. I go to get my tires rotated and balanced because its free! They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable able different vehicles. Being a auto business owner myself. I like the new staff very much and have seen this location turn around for the best. Lets just hope it stays that way.

*First Time Customer* They scheduled me at 1:00PM to have 4 new tires installed as a waiter appointment - I check on vehicle at 3:30 they tell me its getting pulled in and it will be an hour or so (2 1/2 hours sitting in the parking lot because of poor scheduling?) I arrive back to pick up the vehicle at 4:30 and it hasnt moved from its original spot and still has my old tires on it. I go inside to inquire about the status of my vehicle and the same person who I had talked to when I dropped it off and called back responds with its getting pulled in now the tires just arrived. I was never told they didnt have the tires, was scheduled as a waiter without any stock, and was lied to about status - Did not let them install said tires and left. I will not give money to an establishment that conducts themselves this way. (EDIT 6/7 - I did contact the support email before putting up this review and have received no reply)

My experience Saturday July 21,2018 was amazing! We dealt with Jason and not only were they on time for the appointment we set but he was able to get our car back and finished on time. In addition the technician went above and beyond by securing our license plates with the correct screws needed. The entire staff was great to work with and most of all the prices were better than their competitors with a better tire. Thank you Jason and everyone that works there for an outstanding experience! I am going to refer all my friends including the people reading this post. If you havent checked them out you should!

To start with, I didnt have an appointment. I had a tire slashed by road debris. After changing my tire, I visited Tire Discounters. They only had one set of tires to fit my Escalade. The tires were more expensive than I expected. But, the staff set to work and installed them immediately. I give them an A for service, and a D for logistics.

Very personalized service - helped swap and replace our spare tire and rim during the process of getting 4 new tires. Quick, efficient and priced lower than competitors. Happy!

Horrible customer service! I called during my lunch break and Jason said my van would be ready when I came at 4:30. I arrived and I had a flat tire and they didn’t have time to do my alignment. I had to reschedule my alignment and a my tire pressure monitor sensor which they broke and didn’t repair properly. I called the day of my appointment and Jason said the technician was too backed up! Good thing I called them! I went the following week and I waited two hours for a job I was told would take an hour. No compensation offered for my time! I will never go back! I emailed customer support and never received a response!

Good service. Pricing can be questionable. Should not assume they will always offer the best value. But they will be in the top five for price and value.

Have purchased tires here several times but will not be back due too lousy customer service.We dropped off vehicle for repair on one tire as we purchased road hazard. They took 2.5 days too repair this and never apologized for the time it kept us without our vehicle..... an apology goes a long ways

Had an oil change appointment at 2 o’clock and they got it done at 6:30.That was ridiculous.I have been doing business there sense they have been there.I Bought new tires for both my vehicles there.I thought I was a good customer,but I guess that didn’t make any deference to them !!!👎

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The shop was really busy but they got me in and out like always. I appreciate the respect for my time and the respect I receive as a customer.

MY cousin car has been there 3 times now. Once for the estimate to tell her what was wrong and estate of repair. They gave her an estimate for a rack & pinion & power steering pump. She took it in, got it repaired, Within a short amount of time, it is doing the same thing again. They told her the power steering pump they put in for her was reman. it was bad, so this time they said they put a new one in. They told her they should have charge her more labor in the first place, hat they wrote the estimate to low. So she got her car back and this time within 2 days, it was doing they sake thing it was before. So it is back at the shop again and they are in no hurry it. She walked to the Y- when she got done she called and asked if they could some get her, they hadnt looked at it yet.They couldnt take her home, got snippy with her on the phone So she is a older female, lots of health problems, and dont have a car again. So sad that some there cant be honest, instead of making all kind of excuses. If it isnt taken care of properly this time and repaired correctly, I will personally be visiting you. Thank you - my husband is a retired mechanic.

Impressed, since my last visit it seems like now if you have an appointment you get in and out faster. Good job guys! However, I wanted to ask for a quote on some rims weve been looking at for our truck but the person working the counter (Jason) seemed like he was in a bad mood and wasnt very personable. Therefore this made me not want to deal with him.

Bought my current set of tires here. Was way overdue for the first rotation and one tire had developed a super slow leak. Stopped in and made an appointment for two days later. Took the car in and they had the tires rotated and balanced - and found & replaced a leaky tire stem - in just 45 minutes. No charge. Very happy with my experience.

Everyone was friendly and respectful. I received lots of help in choosing the right tires for my truck. I also appreciate that they went out of their way to find me the best price. Unfortunately, even though I made the appointment the same morning that I had my tires replaced and that I was told at the counter that it would take 2 hours (which is far too long to replace and balance 4 tires), it took 3 hours and 10 minutes. Thats a long wait. Also they didnt have anyone available to do my alignment, so I have to go back. Lastly I asked them to check the air pressure in my spare and that I wanted my old tires back. They forgot both requests.

Been back 2x to get my wheels rebalanced due to the weights falling off. Really?

Dont waste your time. Called and set up and appointment to have new tires put on my wheels and when I got there they refused me because I didnt buy the wheels there and they would likely damage them.

They fixed my tire even though I was supposed to be at Discount Tires! The young man at the counter was very very nice! I will buy my tires there from now on!

Had to take my car back for them to redo the alignment because the first guy didnt know what he was doing but the second guy was really nice he spent the time showing me what I needed to replace and didnt jerk me around he told me exactly what I needed but overall they did a good wish I would have gotten the guys name that fixed the issues

They were great! Helped us immediately. Even when all the spaces were full. Very fast and efficient. 👍

I would give them a thumps up! I called for a slow leak in one of my tires which had been getting worse. At first they asked could I drop it off. I told them I couldnt and that I work 9-5 everyday. So they said if I could bring it in by 6 they could squeeze me in. And they did. They fixed my tire for 29.00 and didnt try to sell me anything else. I felt they were very honest. Thank you! I was out in 45 minutes which is good considering they squeezed me in and they were working on other cars.

The service was good. But had to wait for 4+ hours just for an alignment. Service techs sypher through the service sheets and pick which job they want to do next. Instead of going in order
