Came in thinking my breaks needed bled, but turned out my master cylinder cap broke and the gasket fell off. I would have never guessed this was the issue (as I literally added break fluid and didn’t notice). Saved me a ton of time by them figuring it out on their own. The two guys working were very friendly and honest. I would recommend this place!

Very friendly, attentive and informative. Took the time to answer all my questions and give me honest and realistic answers. Did not try to push sales of other services but did answer questions about other issues I inquired about. Was a little pricey on the oil change but the honesty and customer service will have me coming back.

This has now become mine and my husbands go-to place. They have been extremely helpful through all of our car issues, and genuinely tried to help us. I didn’t feel like I was ripped off what so ever and they have very generous pricing. They work pretty fast and the people working there are super friendly and understanding. Awesome service! Manager was super nice and went beyond the extra mile to get my car back to road worthy so I wouldnt have to worry about driving to New Orleans. The whole crew seemed to work good together and tattoos and all I wish I could bring em down south with me just to work on my car. Everything was explained thoroughly to me prior to scheduling my repair. I was able to get a timely appointment, and my repair was completed in the time frame promised to me. I had wonderful service, and a fantastic repair. I always boast about Tire Choice in Marysville, and will continue to bring my vehicle here, even though I now live in Mansfield. I trust these guys, and dont want to risk taking my baby anywhere else.

I was in from out of town, had my fathers car that needed a signal bulb changed. As a “walk in” Adam immediately took care of me. It turned out a bit more complex than what we hoped but he stayed with the job until completion. In addition he identified another big issue while under the car. He showed me and proceeded to repair without additional charge. It was a simple fix but huge impact on car performance. I appreciated his time. Adam is a young professional with a lot of previous experience.

The personnel here were friendly and compassionate from the first time I walked in the door. I had tried to stop at two other tire shops prior to this one to get air in my tire and troubleshoot what was wrong and they were the first to even engage in conversation. They were efficient and had me back in the road in no time. I am so appreciative of there being in the community. When I need tires this fall I will be stopping to see them!

So many details and info to include, but who has time for that? Hayden has done more than go the extra mile for everything weve needed. This place has been honest, fair, timely, you name it. There have been a number of different services over the last couple years, but theres NOTHING they havent been able to accommodate. If you need anything auto service related, I have to say go to Tire Choice first, talk to Hayden, and get it done!

This place is amazing, customer service gets an A+. While every other tire and repair shops couldnt get me in for a couple days to a week. Tire choice got me in and out within an hour or so when I needed all 4 tires mounted and balanced. Didnt matter that all their bays were full. Definitely my new favorite shop to go to. Not a good experience at all. People don’t know what they are doing as they can’t even figure out the basic stuff. They tried to fix my car, but instead they messed it up. I literally saw a couple other customers walking out mad while I was there. There is a huge communication gap between the people who work there which resulted in a lot of hassle and delay. They promise a lot of stuff, but they fail to deliver as there is no professionalism at all. One of their mechanics says something and the other says something else and it just keeps going on. The manager says that they are the best in Marysville which is why they have higher prices, but their overall quality of customer service is nowhere even close to the best. The management needs to get involved and figure out how they can meet the standards that they promise. I would not recommend this place, try to avoid if possible.

I’m not at all mechanically inclined, but this business was amazing and super helpful. Customer service was great and they explained things so that I could actually understand exactly what was going on. Definitely will be back to do business in the future!!

Although i do live close by and didnt need major repairs, he did squeeze me in between his appointments to help me out. I literally spent 15 to 20 minutes on the phone yesterday trying to get somebody to get me into fix my brakes, which were spraying brake fluid everywhere and also going all the way to the floor. Pads had come loose. I used a backyard mechanic, nowhere would even seen me before Monday which was 4 days away at that time. Nowhere Meineke,, hometown,, Jerrys radiator,, Jackson Collision,, Hogans Tire, literally no place in Marysville would even try to make the time. No place in Marysville cared. Finally I spoke with Hayden and he told me bring tha Lincoln up and he would try to fit me in. They went above and beyond not just assessing the problem, but I explained my budget and he worked with me, also the customer service and dedication to Quality was very obvious. I do believe I found my mechanic shop for here on out honestly. Very grateful I found these guys man Ill be back an nowhere else. Went in for an oil change and to have rear brakes checked (squeaked in reverse). Set up a convenient time for service, he did the oil change, cleaned the rear drum brakes and rotated the tires. Brakes still had wear left and he said that they didnt need changing at that time, but he could have told me otherwise. In and out in about 30 minutes. Ill be back...

Adam helped me out tremendously. I had broke the oil canister on my Toyota. He called around located a canister in town, and changed it out in minutes, and had me on my way. These guys look out for there customers. We are fortunate to have micanics like Adam, and Hayden. Thanks once more.

This place has made me a customer for life after my visit today. The Nissan dealership told me two major things were wrong with my car and tried to scare me into purchasing a $1800 fix for my car. I wanted a second opinion and took it here today. I was blown away by this guy’s amount of knowledge and his openness about what was going on with my car. He saved me $1800 and gave me a fair price for what I actually needed done. As a woman walking into a car shop, I feel like most places think they can scare me into making unneeded purchases. This place made me feel confident that I could trust them to tell me what I really needed. He even showed me in the shop what he was looking at and showed me the old parts after he changed them. Forgot to leave a review last month when I was there for an oil change. From the moment my kiddos and I walked in the door, the manager and his team were very friendly and personable. I witnessed him with a few other customers and he was the same way with each one. He gave me a small list of things that I may need to have done at some point and made sure to let me know that they weren’t urgent so that I wouldn’t be spending money when it’s not needed right away. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing maintenance on their vehicles. I know I will be taking my car back for any future repairs/maintenance.

This place was not what I thought it would be. IT WAS BETTER. Was helped with no charge and was even told they do real mechanical work. Like trans, motors, and etc. I know who my new mechanic is.

When a mechanic talks to me about my car, I hear Charlie Browns teacher explaining car science but Hayden is different. He help me understand what was going on, how to fix, where I could save money. He answered my questions thoroughly and made sure nothing was going over my head. Im sold on this place and will be moving all my maintenance needs to them. Plus I called all the tire places in the area and they were by far the most affordable.

Hayden the Mgr is very honest with me and my family, very dependable to help my family out on our vehicle problems that has occured in the last 6 months. I love the fact that he actually takes the time to walk me into the shop area to visually show me whats is wrong with my vehicle and that he doesnt take for granted Im a dumb woman like most mechanic assume I am because of my gender. Hayden takes the time either in person or over the phone when I call to help me figure out whats happening and what needs to be done to my cars. The prices he has charged me has been very reasonable, the time to fix my vehicle has been on or before he said it would be finished andnever late. He also calls with updates and keeps me informed on what s going and if theres additional problems or price increase.Very highly recommend them!

Hayden, the General Manager, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. Even though I hadnt purchased my tires from him he was more than happy to balance my wheels at an extremely fair price. In addition, he pointed out that the condition of my wheels was pretty bleak, and recommended replacing them, but at no time did he try to up-sell expensive wheels that he had access to. More shops need to follow the customer service that Hayden provides.

Made an appt to have an oil change, rotate tires and alignment. Picked my car up and Hayden informed me I didnt need an alignment. My first thought was wow, he could have easily done it anyway and charged me. Thankful for his honesty, saved me some $$! Great experience!

Honest helpful guys. They do their best to take care of their customers. I appreciate the job they did on installing a brake line and changing my pads and rotors on my Jeep. Even repaired my tire at no additional cost when it hit a nail since I was already there.

Fantastic! I had a tire alignment and weight balance to be done. They let me stand and observe the process in the service area which many places don’t. Even though these were simple service tasks they did with honesty. I recommend this place if you need some honest answers on what really needs a fix.

Tire Choice did a great job with the aligment on my car and they did it in a very professional and timely manner. At Drop off they had several people in line and they worked through us very quickly, when it was my turn, I was planning to drop off and they told me to give them 2 hours. When I went back my car was all done and they were ready to get me all checked out.

Not sure what happened but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. I came in 3 months ago for an oil change and was told I’d need new brakes soon, but I declined because I could do it myself. just today I bought new pads to replace the supposedly worn ones, but they still have 7mm of friction surface left on them. I did have around 60k miles on the car when I brought it in, but I rarely drive my car on anything but the interstate so I’m assuming he just based it on miles and forgot to look at the pads. Great service otherwise. Definitely a life saver when it’s 30 degrees outside and you don’t wanna do any work yourself.

I AM SO HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE. I was desperate to get my car fixed because it was making a horrible grinding sound, I had tried everything to fix it myself but i knew i needed to turn to someone that could do it for me. Nowadays with the internet we search for the best places, which have great reviews and many a times the internet doesnt disappoint. Like the reviews this place was professional and customer friendly. They inspected my car thoroughly and suggested me with good maintenance techniques. Hayden went an extra mile and helped me with minor electrical and ECU issues. Unlike other services who would want to get as money out of the pocket of a customer as possible by suggesting repairs which dont make a big difference, he was happy to suggest against those repairs and save the money.

Coming home from work tonight I ran over a screwdriver, after being turn down by 2 tire shops I was losing hope of finding help. Store manger was very nice and help out as soon as we pulled up!! Was able to remove the screwdriver and plug up my tire no problem!! Will definitely be coming back!!!

After getting a bad experience at another shop I came to Hayden’s and they helped me out! Had an old patch in a tire that they fixed. Just bought two new tires and was trying to hold off on the other two until the end of summer due to $$. Hayden and his assistant manager assured me the tires should hold up. They didn’t try to up sell me to get tires today. And they did t take advantage of me being a female. Definitely glad they came to town :)
