These guys are amazing! They really care about your safety on the road and shoot straight with the customer. There is no pushing to get expensive tires or things you dont need. These people are what will keep me coming back to Discount Tire for all my tire needs.

My tire pressure signal came on. They checked it and found a nail. Told me to come back in a hour. Got it in and fixed in a reasonable time and no charge. Great service!

Brought my Nissan skyline in yesterday needing front tires fully expecting an overpriced upsell and did not get that at all everybody was super nice and helpful they ended up getting me the tires I needed for the price I wanted before me even telling them my price range! On top of no pressure I was told itd be little over half hour probably till it was done I walked to the store across the parking lot got something to drink and walked back and my car was done!! Pretty damn amazing service guys keep it up Ill be coming back for sure to buy more as well as recommending to my local car community friends! You guys nailed it and thank you!!!

I started out standing in the rain, outside waiting to be helped. It was not good. Finally someone said to wait in vehicle.Once I was helped though, I was taken really good care of. It was affordable, I knew exactly what was happening, and the front desk was very helpful. Went beyond to help me with my small child. I would recommend this place again. And I am a die hard Les Schwab fan.

I was greeted at my door when I pulled up by a gentleman that knew my name, and knew what my tire order was. He instantly took care of me by informing me what the process was, how long the process would take, and how it would take place. He directed me to the lift, took the keys, and the team immediately got to work.The staff (Adrian & Corey especially) at Marysville was fantastic, and it is awesome to see that some places still take customer service seriously. I called early this morning to set an appointment to have my tire plugged and to have all myTires checked. The guy was super nice on the phone and asked when I wanted to come in. So we scheduled my appointment at 12:15pm. I arrived at 12p to make sure I was a little early. They took mykeys and asked me to wait. They did not pull my vehicle in until 12:45, it took them 45 mins to plug my tire and put it on. A lady who came in after me who was getting four new tires she got in and out before me.🤦🏽‍♀️This I didn’t understand. Don’t know if I’ll be going back.

I exclusively purchased my tires through Discount Tires nobody is perfect sometimes a rare mistake is made but they always do their best to take care of the customer and their pricing is virtually impossible to beat with a quality service to boot forget about the pain in the neck of ordering tires online and having somebody else install them what a buzzkill

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! Correy treated us with nothing but respecting and kindness. You could tell they were extremely busy both on the day we showed up to get our tires picked out - he made us feel like a priority and not a bother. You could tell he was juggling multiple tasks and his customer service with everyone there was beyond impressive! Went in due to TPMS showing low air. Tech was very friendly and polite Checked and filled tires quickly but struggled with TPMS reset. Finally got it but took several tries.

They installed 4 tires at the appointed time and finished quickly. Everything looks good, no issues.

My go to tire repair place. Air checks and refills for free. They also repaired my tire at no charge. Cant get any better than that.

I have bought a few new sets of tires from these guys and have had positive results over the last 5 years. Only issue I have had on a couple of sets purchased was the balancing of the tires and losing some of the tire weights. However, they got me taken care of in a timely manner. Last set I purchased was MT Toyos and I saved about $150 per tire buy not purchasing them from les schwab. $600 in savings for the tires alone and $800 by the time they were installed and sent me the card on the promotion offer.

An excellent experience. I was greeted in the parking lot and escorted inside. The available tires for my car were displayed on a screen so I could make my selection. The order was completed and the tires were finished in 30 minutes, including the removal of two old snow tires from the trunk. All of the employees were very friendly, and observed the covid safety recommendations. Well done!

I bought five tires and got the maximum mileage warranty and extended warranty and the two managers or sales people whoever were helping me were rude and condescending to me. they didnt even put the mileage on the receipt when I purchase an $80,000 mile warranty and acted like I was a problem just because I asked them to put it on there. Then when they gave me a copy again that had it on there I somehow misplaced it and the very next day when I went back to pick up my other tire I asked him for another copy of my receipt. the receipt they gave me was just like the first one they gave me and the mileage was not on there it said mileage unavailable. Now I think thats pretty sad considering that I spent 1,051 on five tires only to have them be so rude and disrespectful that they think that the mileage doesnt even matter. my van is a 1999 Dodge Grand caravan se. It has a new engine and new transmission in it. And I overheard them talking behind my back and making fun of me saying that the van wasnt even going to make it 80,000 miles so why was I worried about the mileage.

Normally I wouldnt do a 5 star review, but they deserve it. Went out of their way to make sure things were taken care of. Got my tires in to their store super quick. Will definitely be back next time I need tires.

The service guys were friendly and quick. It took about 15 minutes longer than quoted to finish the job but it was well done as usual.

I only came in to get a leak fixed in one of my tires. My car is pretty new so obviously I havent purchased a set through them (yet). Not only did they fix the issue, they didnt charge me for it. I was more than willing to pay for the work but they just told me to have a good day and to maybe tell others about my experience. Customer service like that deserves to be recognized.

I needed wheel locks removed for now..Les Schwabs Tech said I had to buy some Chinese tires 1st. Thats why Im only going to Discount for my needs from now on.

Friendly staff, quick turnaround times and fair prices.Update....the store is useless when i go to rotate my tires and the shop wont do it because of the low-tread tire policy.“The fronts are too low, and need to be replaced”Which is why i scheduled an appointment to rotate the tires to the front on my fwd car...but they refuse...rotated every 10xxx miles and now I’m left rotating myself at home.Other than this stupid rule, the store/employees are good.

Came in with a slow leak and they found my valve stem was leaking and replaced it for free. You can get your tire pressure checked here anytime for free. I will buy all my tires here, because these guys are fast and friendly and do honest work. I really love it here.

I went there a couple days ago to get my front tires changed. My experience at the store was overall good. Great customer service and I appreciate that the location is right by the shopping center so I didnt have to wait around with an active 2 year old. However on my way home my TPMS light comes on. When I get a chance to check the tire pressure, my new tires are lower than the safe psi range. I even made sure to have them check the pressure when I dropped my vehicle off. I called and spoke with Micah, the manager, and he said it was probably a mechanical error but it sounded like an excuse to me. Overall his care about the subject seemed minimal, but offered to pump them back up. Being that I live about 40 mins away I was not going to drive all the way down there to do get something done that shouldve been taken care of in the first place. Needless to say, I wont be going back there anytime soon.

Crew there were quick to get me in and out, will go back again.

Been coming to discount for years now. Prices and service are pretty equal to other places. They do have great specials. They do go the extra mile on certain things if you ask. When I brought my Duelly truck in, I asked them to do a harmonic balance first on my new tires, before slapping alot of weights on. This requires the tire to be broken and reset several times while balancing, to get it right. It is also very time consuming, and must be scheduled in advance. They had no problems doing this. It generally takes about two hours to accomplish this work on 6 tires, but the balance is always perfect. I highly recommend the Smokey Point store. Great guys.

These people are doing the lords work. I had to call multiple times to get their advice & feedback about upgrading tires on my Rav4 and they were so helpful. I knew that my questions were keeping them and was kind of worried because I’m used to customer service people being annoyed by one question too many. I spoke with Corey and Preston and both of them were amazing on the phone. It’s even more impressive considering in person, they have a line out the door and people constantly needing their time. I am super impressed with their attitude and willingness to help, even though it’s probably the millionth time they’ve had to have the same conversation. If you come here, be nice to them!!!!

Can you give no stars? I called ahead of time and spoke to somebody about doing a quick tire changeover. He put me on hold forever so I decided to get hold my staff and coordinate vehicles being at their location 15 minutes later. When I got there after spending staff time $ and shuttling vehicles, they said they’re doing a new system and could not get me in.This was a big inconvenience for a 10 minute tire swap. I own three reputable companies in the community and have purchased at least 30 sets of tires from them over the last three years and probably will never return. The new staff don’t know what customer service is apparently.They know who I am, and I’ll gladly accept an apology if they call my phone number in their system. If they do that I will take down this review. In the meantime, they should take down their sign in the bay.Go to Firestone across the street.

Put 4 new tires on my truck. One valve stem had to be repaced, they didnt match the other 3 they put in a cheap rubber one. Put all the weights on the outside. Makes an ugly look. And didnt bother to replace any of the valve stem covers. This requires me to make another trip back to correct the problem. I have purchased 7 sets of tires from Discount tires, this will prbably be my last.

Day savers!!I woke up in the day of moving out of my dream house, walk out and I have a flat tire!These guys stayed past closing for me to not only fix, take off the spare and put on my tire!Definitely recommend this place and the gentleman named Blake was such a professional and very generous!

I bought four new tires for my CX5 here last week. Out of three places they were the lowest.We did have a small disagreement on the price which they resolved in my favor.When buying tires the only price that is important to me is the cost of the tires on the car. Total bottom line price.Dont quote a price on the phone and then at the store say that is after such and such discounts. Or does not include tax or promos.I have been shopping prices for about a month as we come closer to winter.When I ask you for a price for four tires mounted balanced, installed, tax etc.And I am writing this stuff down so I can make a accurate comparison.I am not doing it to be difficult or trying to get a better deal.So yes I would recommend. But when you call make note of who you talk to and get the installed price after tax.

Calendar appointment system does not work correctly. Went in for a rotation and balance and they said they were booked and I needed an appointment except the calendar wouldnt let me make an appointment for a rotation and balance.

Staff was super friendly and the prices were good. I just wish they would have been more realistic with the time that they gave me. He told me it would be near an hour and it ended up being closer to 2 and 1/2 hours. Still would go back but I would ask him for more realistic time for the amount of work they had

Could not be happier with the service from everybody here I came in ten minutes before closing after having a nightmare of an experience at the Burlington location after going back to Burlington 3 times to still have the same issue these guys got me in and taken care of same day 10 minutes before closing and stayed 5-10 minutes late to help me very friendly on the phone and in person if I could rate it higher than 5 starts I would I will be coming to this location from here on period

Good staff, professional attitude but if youre going for ANY sort of stretch that isnt recommended by the tire manufacturer then dont waist your time. Double check and double ask if your setup is not manufacturer recommend, or expect to get your install fee refunded and have to go somewhere else.

Slow service. Waited over an hour with an appointment and still havent pulled my vehicle in to balance and rotate tires. One customer checked on snow chains that were ordered several days ago and was told they hadnt been ordered yet. Sale attendant had to order through Amazon for the customer so he would get them in time. Need better management, currently failing at service Update: Ride home left tire is wobbling, looks like they get to do some rework. Failure continues. Update: Took tires to Les Schwab found both front tires out of balance. Had to replace tie-rods due to damage caused. Going through Les Schwab or Costco for all future tire needs.

Preferred tires werent available for the install due to Covid shipping issues, so the manager upgraded to a higher priced Michelin All Season at no extra charge.

I have gotten my tires here for years and the experience is always professional, they will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best deal. I didnt get a warranty and then got a flat about a week later and the sales man allowed me to retroactively purchase the warranty which then allowed me to replace the damaged tire at no extra cost and now I got another flat almost 3 years later and it was still under warranty, allowing me to get that fixed for free as well. While getting the flat repaired they noticed that my tread was low enough to need replacing so they also replaced 2 tires under warranty at no extra cost. I always leave feeling good about how Ive been treated and knowing I would have paid more elsewhere.

HelloHad new tires put on my Dodge 1500 4x4 on 1/6/2020. I have been going to Discount for a few years now, they have treated me better than anyone else in my past. (at 55 years old, thats some past) I was grateful to see a young groups of employees busting their butts breaking down tires, and getting the job done. However, on this particular day I watched a young lady working too. I was very impressed, not just cause she was female, but because she was doing an awesome job and attitude was great. The Marysville Discount is my go-to now for tires, after I became tired of dealing with regular issues at another local tire chain. The service is always relatively quick, but its usually quite busy, so making an appointment online will save you a lot of time! Staff is great to work with, though my one complaint is sometimes they forget to call you when your car is done, so opting for an automatic text alert is a good idea.

Costco wanted more than $300 above the Discount Tire price. The crew are Awesome & knowledgeable. The products they sell are quality & competitively priced. The customer service is top notch!

Don’t stop if in a hurry! No acknowledgement when walking in no eye contact from the guy talking in detail over the phone about every single option!! How hard is it to Ask them to come in for help or ask them to hold a second to acknowledge me!! I just wanted to drop off a flat tire while on a quick lunch break!! Not going back to this branch if possible

Ryan treated me and sincerely asked how everything was going with my vehicle. I replied that there have not been any issues with the tires, since he reprogrammed them last time. He said great and that he would personally see that my routine maintenance was performed right and if not to contact him and he would make it right. I dont know about you, but customer care is hard to find in this area. Ryan gives me confidence in the work they perform on my vehicles.

Had 11:00 appointment Left at 12:20 they had not got to my car yet put two people in front of me that did not have an appointment. One guy says he needs to hurry cuz he has a 2:30 appointment in Seattle with no appointment there and they put him in front of me

They had the exact tires I needed in stock and were able to price match (actually beat) a local competitors price. Installed and back on the road in no time. I really liked the text message I got notifying my when they were done with my car so I wasnt stuck waiting around.

The only place to go for tires. Even when they couldnt get the tire I asked for, they made me an offer I couldnt refuse. They know how to please customers and keep them. They will beat any price out there. But usually, their prices are unbeatable.

Love this place. Ive never been here when I had it planned out. Its been an emergency every time. My last experience really showed how great they could be. I couldnt get there until moments after they should have been closed. I was prepared to leave my car and have a friend take me home because of the time. I couldnt drive home because I had one flat and another damaged tire. They took a look at it and said they couldnt let me leave like that and would take care of me that night! They gave me the best deal they could and I drove away with two new tires and fully informed of the condition of the remaining two tires as well. I cant say enough about how friendly and non-judgmental these guys are. (Im one of those people who waits til the very last minute to get new tires.) This is above and beyond good customer service in my book. Theyve been my spot for several tires on two different vehicles now. As long as I live here, they will be my go-to.
