My husband and I have recently made a purchase from Coughlin. Our salesmans name was Neil. I would like to first start by saying Neil made us feel so comfortable from first interaction over the phone. We live 2 hours from the dealership so we did not want to drive that far with our 3 children if we were just going to be turned away. Neil took off from the start and got everything in process to let us know if we were approved before even driving up there. Once we got there the interaction and communication was fantastic. We rite away got on the road for a test drive after checking out the vehicle. Lets just say trying to purchase a vehicle with 3 children present was not easy. Neil made it very easy, he was very patient with us he was very calm. Neil had just been off for 5 weeks he had mentioned, lets just say he was fantastic. We are now into week 3 of purchasing our vehicle and we absolutely love it. We did a trade in on our previous vehicle it wasnt perfect but Coughlin gave us great trade in which made the process even easier. We would like to say thank you so much to Neil for making this process so easy. We will for sure be recommending this place to many others and sending them to Neil. Thank you again!
Their service department was excellent. I have brought my car in multiple times and have always received respectful, courteous, and fair service. I usually deal with Mac and I am always surprised by his level of knowledge and experience. If you are looking for good quality work and a team that will take care of you, I highly recommend.
I had an awesome experience with this dealership and especially my salesman, Noah. He helped me get into the car I wanted (even though Im very picky). The process was very easy and efficient. All of the staff there was very friendly and a very sociable. I also met with Mac, the service advisor, and he helped me plan my service schedule on my new vehicle!
The Service Department is phenomenal! They are always courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The Sales Department are great. They help you find the right car/truck for your needs and budget. They let you know about various discounts, rebates, and sale prices where applicable.I would definitely recommend them for both sales and service.
The service team here is great! Always friendly and offering clear explanation to the work that needs/was performed. They go the extra mile to make sure service is done right and is satisfactory. I’ve never had a bad experience here. 5+ stars!
Don’t bother. Facts are optional. I did all my prework in advance. Ran the numbers through the GM family first website. Researched my trade in value on KBB. When I arrived I was informed they never gave their finance offer access to that system and they don’t think KBB has accurate trade in values. Spoiler alert. Their door touts them as a KBB instant offer dealer. When I showed them the instant offer price for me car they said “yeah but we don’t agree with it.” Their manager actually told me it was unfortunate that I did my research.
Neil and Kara bent over backwards to work to find the vehicle I was interested in then Neil and the team at the dealership made the experience of closing the deal as easy as possible. Definitely worth the trip and would recommend Coughlin! Thanks!
If youre looking to buy a vehicle, Neil is your man. Hes personable and does everything in his power to get you the best deal. Hes also not a pushy salesman like what you normally see. Neal was down to earth and made us feel welcome. We highly recommend him.
I worked with Brad Baker on a trade in & used car purchase.Summary: low figure trade in offer and lack of knowledge on inventory coupled with an unprofessional attitude.Full Story: I am awaiting arrival of a 2022 F150 order. In the meantime, I was seeking a cheaper used vehicle to buy in cash. I am one to do thorough research before I attempt a deal. I was offered thousands less than expected on my trade in. When Brad responded with such a low figure, I responded with a high figure. He went to talk with his manager, returned with my keys and threw his 30+ years of experience in my face (Im a younger-looking fellow but 10 years in the military gives you some experience). We never got to negotiating on the car; but I will say during the test drive I noticed steering wheel vibration on the highway. Brads reply was they might not have driven on the highway during inspection. Lack of knowledge of your own inventory, especially when inventory is so low these days, is frightening. This dealer wants profit- thats it.Recommendation: Shop elsewhere. This dealer has extremely low inventory compared to the low inventory of those around it- theres a reason for that. Do your research- you can find what your trade in is worth by researching online. Do not let this dealership take advantage of you. Conclusion: I went 30 min down the road, got a trade in offer for what my truck is worth backed by my research and made a deal on a used vehicle.Im not saying dealers should be all-giving and accept offers that result in 0 or negative profit, but I am expecting fair values, honesty, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I experienced none of these working with Brad. In this day and age, consumers want upfront honesty- everyone is struggling in one way or another. The dealer makes money and the buyer gets what they want. I would not recommend my experience with Brad and his manager to anyone.
Was in a huge bind, had a 2020 Equinox totaled. This car was loaded with almost every option. I found a 2021 Equinox with the exact same options. Contacted Neil and he said the vehicle was there. With very little effort, the deal was done. Did I mention I live 3.5 hours away from Marysville? First car I ever bought through text messages, emails, and phone calls. This deal was easy, and everyone at Coughlin was a pleasure to work with.
I worked with NEIL THE REAL DEAL and he put me in a SUV that will serve my family well for the next decade. Always remember dont let your car be a curse financially, let it be a blessing to your family! Oh…..and of course, make sure you buy from NEIL!
My husbands truck started having transmission issues at 68k miles, mind you this truck does not haul anything nor is it driven rough. Took it to Coughlin only to find out it needed a new transmission. After they talked to GM they told us that GM would cover half the cost of a new transmission. We thought great at least they’re doing something for us. Go to pick up the truck only to find out that they put in a remanufactured transmission, which wouldn’t have been an issue had we not been under the impression that it was going to be a new transmission. On top of that they tell us the new transmission has no warranty because “they helped us out”. Trust me as someone coming from a family of AVID GM owners I will never own another GM product and if I do I will not step foot in this dealership for a purchase ever again.
When doing repairs, this shop is great. However the customer service of getting back with you when either a part is in, or to schedule or let you know your vehicle is done, is absolutely atrocious. Without customers you wouldnt have a business, so why is it so hard to communicate with them? Customer service needs adjusted quite a bit. This is probably the worst vehicle repair shop Ive been to of GM.
Neil Shideler. Hands down best salesman. Very personable and takes the time to listen, get on your level and do everything he can to get you the deal you are looking for. No shark here!10/10.
This was my first time leasing a car. Everyone was very helpful and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. Neil was awesome and very personable. I was there for 4 hours and it didn’t feel like it at all. He made us very comfortable and talked to us about our lives. It was a really good experience overall.
Neil is one of the most trustworthy guys I have met. His customer service is among the best and will genuinely make sure you are getting the best deal!
Had a great visit with Chris and Tate. Helped me get my financing through my business and took the time to give me choices so I could make the best decision for me. Thanks guys!!
I went here recently and had a great experience. Nice atmosphere and clean.. I spoke to John and one other guy, but John was the one who ended up helping me and he was knowledgeable, super personable and nice. Knew every process and step when it came to the process and how that place works. Definitely will be referring family and friends there from now on.
Nothing but an exceptional experience. John has taken great care of me at other places and dealing with him at Coughlin now is no different. These guys will get you into the perfect vehicle. If they dont have something to fit your exact needs, they will go out of their way to source it for you. Will deal with them for my next purchase hands down
I recently purchased a 2021 Escalade from this dealership. The purchase was out of state. I was so impressed with the customer service. Especially Neil! He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend these guys!!
Very efficient. I did everything over the phone and by email ahead of time. Traded in old car and picked up new car in less than an hour.
I want to give a shout out to Coughlin Marysville for an awesome experience. My daughter was looking to get out of a current lease and into a buy. Tate made it happen. Not only did he make it happen for her, he also had a great deal on another car that my husband purchased. The whole process from start to finish was great. If your looking to buy a car, I highly recommend Coughing Marysville!!!!!
Talk about an outstanding dealership! Coughlin goes above and beyond!!!! Everyone there is super friendly and they really don’t pressure you into buying!!! John and Neil worked up some numbers and it definitely gives me something to think about. Thanks Coughlin Marysville GM and thanks John and Neil!
This place is 1st rate. Spoke with a salesman today, his name was Neil. Not what you would expect from stereotypical car salesman. No pressure, super knowledgeable. Still deciding on what model we will buy but will definitely be working with Neil! Thank you for the positive experience!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Tate Cline at Coughlin Marysville and it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. His attention to detail is top notch and made my experience an enjoyable one. Thank you Coughlin and thank you Tate Cline!!
Knowledgeable and caring. Neil is the real deal, super top notch.
Coughlin Marysville was a great experience Brad and Tate did everything they could to get us the vehicle we wanted and we greatly appreciate it! Great customer service worth the drive and highly recommend them!
This is the best sales team you will ever deal with and worth the drive if you live far away. They were so easy to work with they definitely will not BS you at all they are straight forward about everything and some of the most friendly you will ever meet they definitely have a customer for life here
Bought a new $90,000.00 black widow chevy 2500 new end of jan. Front shock broke aug. 10th. Called them 7 times since, and still have not got a answer on where the replacement part is. Manager said i will call you back by noon tomorrow with a answer, that was 2 days ago!! What a joke dont buy from them!!
Exceptional service! Very friendly and helped us purchase exactly what we needed while staying in our price range. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Such a wonderful experience!
I would highly recommend coughlin Marysville, the customer service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to help me get into a new truck. I worked with Neil and Tate and will definitely be a returning customer for my next purchase, this is by far the best dealership experience I have had yet.
For all you “Karens” out there, this is not the place for you. You don’t need to speak to the manager, the salespeople give the best deal up front, no games! Seriously, the easiest experience ever buying a car.
This dealership gets an A+ rating from me. They did everything to ensure that my experience was great and the purchase of my new car was quick and painless. My son is buying a car in a couple of months and we will be purchasing it from Coughlin! Thank you!
Now that Ive been here and we able to figure out what went wrong it all makes sense. I truly am appreciative to those that have worked on my truck and kept it in working order. Miscommunications do happen and when the explanation makes sense I cant fault them. Thanks for making things right and getting my truck done.
I moved to the area about 2 years ago. We drive all Chevrolet products. Ive used the dealership at least 7-8 times for our service needs. Mac, is who I have been dealing with to manage our service, and he is exceptional. Very good at communication, and willing to over and above. All of our repairs have been done in a timely manner, and they usually have a nice loaner available for me to use. Can ask for better.
Neil is a great salesman! Very helpful, and not pushy! He genuinely wants to help you find the best car to fit your needs.
We were greated very nicely. The service was very quick and thorough and easy. Had a good experience.
I have bought 13 cars in 32 years and this was by far the best experience. I have had. John Penza Was the absolute best to deal with. I will buy all my vehicles from him in the future.
Brad Baker, Dennis Cox,and Tate Cline all were incredibly easy to work with.
Great experience love my new Vette. Would recommend, easy to work with staff. In and out quickly.
Everyone was very courteous and performed what was needed to be done on my car in a very reasonable time. I would recommend this dealership for service and sales.
Tate was extremely helpful and made what can be a difficult process, extremely easy. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Spoke with a guy named John and he was wonderful. He answered all of the questions I had plus some. If you’re looking for a car, ask to see John!
I just bought a brand new Silverado and I couldnt be happier. Neil worked out the best deal for me i could possibly get. Cant say enough about how great the experience was buying a new truck from Coughlin.
My salesman Chris was a great salesman but aside from that I bought the car four months ago and they made an error with my paperwork which made it impossible for me to get my car registered in my state I called in three or four times with the title and registration person and never received a call back I can’t register my car I’ve been pulled over three times now warned that I can’t drive the car like this and I feel like I’m getting blown off . The Secretary of State of Illinois reached out to them still nothing . Still no response no effort to help me so I’m stuck in limbo. I’m beginning to think I’ll never be able to register this car
I had a great experience here. Everyone was super helpful, John especially went out of his way to make sure all of my questions were answered.
Wonderful experience with the purchase of my new car! Every team member was helpful from start to finish.
Best vehicle buying experience I ever had at any dealership. Good trade in value. Hassle free financing. They went out of their way to find the lowest financing interest rates. Good people . Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Won’t hesitate to come back in the future.
I purchased a new Cadillac there at the end of February. The service after the sale has been non existent. Emails and a telephone messages to the both the salesman and general manager went unanswered. If you want service after the sale, go to another dealership!
My sales associate was great didn’t rush me and showed me everything I wanted to see!!
Buying a new car right now is different than it was pre-covid, but the coughlin team was professional from the moment we walked in through the moment they handed us the keys! Would highly recommend to anyone in the Marysville area and even in Columbus and surrounding areas- make the drive! Itll be worth your while!
I also have a good experience at Coughlin Marysville GM The service tech guys are always nice & helpful.
Great place to buy a vehicle! Me and my wife traveled from out of state because no one could beat the price they had around us. Brad was my salesman and he was wonderful! Had a great buying experience and will make the trip in the future because of that! Thanks again for the great experience look forward to doing business with you again :)
Great experience and Tate was more than accommodating! Thanks again!
Fast and great service. Willing to go above and beyond.
Driving through area for work, and my engine light came on. Called the dealership, explained the situation, and was able to get early appointment for the next day. When I couldnt get to the appointment on time, I was able to change my time online. Secure drop box for keys if you need to leave after hours. Service rep called me after inspection to get permission on any repairs, and offered alternatives as well. Repairs were done in less than 8 hours. Excellent service, and got me back on the road quickly. Would recommend to family and friends. Coughlin Marysville now has a new customer. Thank you!
Thank you to Neil for getting my son into the civic! We appreciate all you did to get us in and out so quickly and efficiently.
Traveled from Michigan and bought a 2013 Cadillac Escalade Premium from here on May 28, 2020 for $17,800. The salesman was a great guy but unfortunately I found out 3 months later that the truck didnt have the proper amount of oil in it.. only had 2 quarts when inspected; although the sticker on the window showed the oil change wasnt due for a change until 8/2020 and my engine blew and will cost me $8,200 for a new crate motor and its at the Cadillac dealer near me.. Real bummer after at first thinking I got a good deal.. Now its not so good of a deal after all. I recommended this place to a lot of friends now I wish I didnt, I really liked this place.. Always check the oil folks before you leave the lot to make sure the oil was added back.Update: As on today September 21, 2020, I reached out to their social Coughlin email and spoke with a representative that basically told me since I didnt purchase their extended warranty Im just out of luck and sorry for your situation and there is nothing we can do for you. Im a 27 year police veteran and lost so much, sacrificed so much, this terrible year of battling through covid and family death; this is just another stressful dilemma that Ill just have to burden it seems. No one cares folks its strictly business and the bottom line. Spend your hard earned money wisely folks!
Really appreciated the no-hard-sell approach. Other dealers could learn a lot
Called ahead to make sure the truck I was interested in was there because I live an hour and a half away. I was told it was there. I drove the hour and a half to find out it was NOT there. Not the salesmans fault, I understand, but still frustrating. Asked if they could get it back from their other dealership because I was interested. Contacted them this morning and followed up several times. Very slow response. Told them if they could get the truck back to their dealership today, and there were no major issues, I would buy the truck. Called and left a message saying the same thing. Never did get the truck there and I was ready to buy. What is most unusual is the fact that car sales are down. This was nearly a guaranteed sale... Just as long as the truck didnt have any major issues, which I dont believe it did.Completely unimpressed with this dealer. I have been in the business and if I had a customer this interested in a vehicle, I would have bent over backwards to make sure they had what they needed. I guess Coughlin isnt interested in selling cars.
As a customer who was coming from out of town, I was very pleased with the service I received at this dealership. Specifically, Brad Baker was awesome to work with. The follow-through that I got was extraordinary. Everything they said they were going to do… They did! I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a quality automobile. I will definitely be back when I am ready for another car/truck.Dale Quick
Dont go to London very rude people go to marysville they know what they are doing
As another reviewer mentioned, communication seems to be their downfall. I was assured by the salesman who was emailing back and forth with me that he would let me know if the vehicle that I was looking at sold, that way I wouldnt make a pointless long trip out to Marysville. Lo and behold, I arrive to the dealership, unable to find the salesman with whom I had an appointment, and then found out that a different salesman sold the car that I was looking at.I was never told that the vehicle sold.In fact, I received an automated email just 3 hours before my arrival, confirming my appointment for the day.Just find a dealership that communicates and cares about earning your future business and referrals.
I appreciated Bob, the salesman, he did a fantastic job throughout the dealing process. Very informative and kmowledgeable. I would recommend others to seek him out.
Friendly and fast service!
Had a pleasant experience working with Dennis Cox and Chris Jones leasing a 2020 Equinox from Coughlin of Marysville.
My service brake assist keeps coming on in my Encore. First time they looked at it, they said it was a sensor so they replaced the sensor. It did not fix the issue. Car was under warranty so it did not cost me anything. Next time, they said we figured it out. They did the repairs and charged me 350 dollars. Guess what....issue still is not fixed, light is still coming on.
This was the best car buying experience I have had in my 40 years of buying cars. Tony was very professional and was not pushy at all. He always had the car ready to drive when we arrived (we test drove it on two separate occasions), and made us feel like there was no pressure. He was the same way when we negotiated a price and when we drove off in our new car. I highly recommend this dealership, and more specifically Tony Gallione.
Great experience, great people.
Came to Chevrolet to programmed key fob and diagnosed the car. Nice hospitality, service was great and professional. Would be perfect if providing a simple car inspection sheet to the customer.
Me and my wife have now bought three vehicles here at the marysville location. Chris j has helped us find what we were looking for. Never been pushy and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Also the service dept is great. Always fast and courteous. And explain very well any questions that we have had. They do there best to make you feel comfortable and we get the small town feel every time were there.
Get a Second opinion before agreeing to any work! My suburban was there 3 times with the same issue and every time something else was the problem until it was found a wire was the issue. Previously to this I had no issues with taking my vehicles to them but now I do not trust them.
Working on correcting the issue
Very attentive, willing to work with us and the salesman was professional, courteous, and polite, would definitely come back again and refer Coughlin to family and friends. The only disappointment I had was, was there was an issue with the heating of the car and was told to bring it back on Monday March 2nd to be fixed. We dropped it off and went to Columbus for an appointment and lunch and came back to find out that it had not gotten fixed because the part wasnt in stock and hadnt been ordered. So we have to wait for that to come in and make another trip from Indian Lake to Marysville.
This place is a complete ripoff joint. I took my truck there with a shaky steering wheel and was charged over $800 for rebuilding the front steering and control arm. I paid them and left with the steering wheel still shaking around. I went to Hometown auto who told me my tire was out of balance, they rebalanced my tire for $35 and fixed the shaky steering wheel. I recently went back to this place and was charged $135 for them to tell me that they needed another $275 from me to replace a $38 ac blend door actuator on my Chevy equinox. Go somewhere like Hometown auto and save your time and money.
The staff is great! I’ve bought from them and now my servicing is with them. The sales staff are friendly and not pushy at all. The service team is phenomenal! They’re knowledgeable and helpful and don’t push work that doesn’t need done. Highly recommend this team to anyone!
Went down to purchase my truck08 Silverado 4x4, had a good down payment, but in my opinion my sales person did not work hard enough for, had been a while sense I purchased a car my payment went from 250 a month to 475 a month, said I had 0 credit score, so if your credit is less then perfect don’t bother driving to Marysville to Coughlin cause they won’t help
Wonderful experience. I worked with a gentleman by the name of Chris J. that was very helpful. He was able to answer most of my questions before I even set foot in the dealership. I never felt pressure to buy a vehicle nor did Chris bring out a vehicle that was beyond my means. This is the 4th vehicle Ive bought (1st from here) and was by far the BEST experience. I highly recommend this dealership and Chris! 👍😊
Brandon in the parts department was amazing. My daughter lost the key to her car, she went and got a key but it had to be re-cut. I spoke to Brandon at about 5:30 pm one night and he agreed to wait for me to get there from Delaware (I got there shortly after 6) and he very willingly helped me get the key fixed that I needed. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BRANDON!!!
I had an inspection done on my Silverado to figure out why I had no AC. They found that my condenser needed replaced. An inspection was also completed to check out my cooling systems, belts, and fluids. Nothing was noted as an issue, and the air condenser ordered. A few weeks later a condenser was available and mine was replaced on a Monday morning. A 27 point inspection was completed again on my cooling system, belts, and fluid. Again, nothing noted or mentioned as an issue. I picked my truck up Monday afternoon and drove home. The next day I heard a loud humming sound for about a minute on my truck when I shut it off coming home from work. I also heard the same noise on Thursday, and Friday. On Friday I drove it back to the shop to get looked at before they closed. When I was about 2 mins from the dealership I noticed my engine was getting hot ( 250 ). I pulled into the dealership and asked the 2 techs that were available to look into my issue and explained I had just noticed the engine was also getting hot. They popped the hood and said my coolant was empty, and immediately poured 2 jugs of coolant into my hot engine that had just been turned off a couple mins prior, said id be good to go home for the weekend and come back Monday for an inspection. I started the truck and sat running for about 10 mins. In that time most of the coolant they just poured in spilled out. They gave me a loaner car and said it would be fixed on Saturday. Saturday came and went. No one called me to fill me in on the issue, and no one answered any of the times I called for a status. I did receive a call on Monday from the shop manager telling me the issue was my radiator leaking. He said it had corrosion and had been leaking for a long time. I explained that I had zero issues with my truck other than the AC before it went in for the condenser replacement and now it leaks coolant so bad that I cant safely even drive it home. The issues started less than 24 hrs from bringing it home from their shop. I have been told by a few other mechanics that it is easy to damage the radiator when replacing the condenser due to their location. This truck had been through 2 documented inspections at their shop of the cooling system and fluids one of the time atleast by the same tech that replaced my condenser and not once was it mentioned or noted that my radiator was in such bad shape or fluids were low, then magically within 24 hrs of my condenser replacement it was not usable. My truck was in the shop for a week and a half due to wait time for a radiator to come in. The shop installed the new radiator at no charge, but I had to pay for the radiator. I agreed to this as I figured it was the best offer I was going to get. When I picked up my truck on the invoice there was a note from the same tech that did the original work and inspection that said c/s was just in for condenser replacement and now engine is running hot and vehicle is leaking coolant caused by radiator had been leaking for a while before condenser repair had been done. Internal labor covered for customer satisfaction. The tech had to put that jab in there like im some kind of whiney customer looking for a free handout. The same tech who did at least one of the multiple inspections on my cooling system and worked all around my radiator when installing my condenser and didnt notice any issues or noticed and chose not to say anything was able to tell that this issue had been an ongoing issue before I had my condenser replaced. They know they messed up my radiator during the repair or they wouldnt have given me a loaner car for over 2 weeks at no charge, and they wouldnt have done the radiator install at no cost just because I complained. I will say despite my frustrations with this the manager John was friendly to deal with as well as Mac who was handling the vehicle check in process. The tech that missed the issue on inspections and/or messed up my radiator Joey Jacobs needs checked into.
I recently had my radio reprogrammed here and the staff was excellent. Everyone was great and handled everything just as I had hoped. Unfortunately I was charged a different price than what I was told over the phone, but the manager Scott was fantastic in getting this resolved and couldnt have been nicer. The customer service is enough to make me want to return for any more issues I have with my car!
I had a great experience buying my dream car at Coughlin Marysville GM recently! I flew out from CA to see a car Ive always wanted, and Coughlin Marysville was quite accommodating. Not only did I get a great deal, but they were generous enough to both pick me up and drop me off at the airport. I cant say enough about the service I received, especially from Tara and Dutch. Many, many, thanks!
Go in with a simple recall come back with a cracked dashboard, shocker they deny it and can’t own up to it. Now I have to waste my money to pursue them lawfully. Don’t take you vehicle here if you do take photos before they touch it
I drove 50 miles to purchase my new Traverse from Coughlin Automotive Marysville. Joe answered all of my questions and returned my calls when I needed information about the car. He was professional, and NOT PUSHY! I will buy from him again and recommend others to that dealership.
Travling... had a vehicle throw a code, they promptly took me in, little to no wait, took the time to explain the problem and the different paths I could take. Very customer focused.
Heading back tomorrow, after my $800 repair, we now have a weird sound coming from the wheel, but they said they would get it right in. The guys in service have been outstanding, we plan on visiting there to look at new a vehicle.
Coughlin worked with me to get my new Chevy Colorado, and made sure I got a good deal, even without a trade-in. Joe was my salesman and John handled the financing, and they both made the process as easy as possible. With the discounts Joe found for me, I basically got a bed liner and cover at no additional cost. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car!
Joseph, the salesman I purchased my 2020 Colorado thru was very knowledgable and easy to work with! I would highly recommend asking for him to make your buying experience a pleasant time!!
Service experience has been good. Part Department has been execeptionallyhelpful. Pleasent to work with.
My daughter and I had the pleasure of working with Chase Harris during our visit at Coughlin Marysville. The entire staff was great to work with! Couldnt have asked for a better salesman to help my daughter purchase her first car!! Thank you Chase!!
I STOPPED IN OVER 2 WEEKS AGO AND ASKED SERVICE FOR A QUOTE AND TIME TO ORDER PARTS. STILL NO CALL. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE DEPT AGAIN!.
Fast and efficient service.
This will be the 6th time taking car back to get the same thing fixed when they say they will call you to let you know stuff they never do
My very first visit to dealership with my truck and was treated great. Service desk person went above and beyond. I was looking for a place to get my truck service and I have found it. Would definitely recommend.
I bought a truck and worked with Jim Thompson at the Marysville store. Totally a fun, easy going guy who will do whatever you need. I enjoyed going in just to look around and deal with him. I was on the fence and looked at trucks for 4 weeks. He let me test drive 5 trucks and keep 2 overnight. He even brought 2 trucks from the Newark location to test drive. After the sale, he kept in contact to make sure everything was satisfactory. Highly recommend.
