I was all over town just looking for a tire rotation been turned down everywhere cause they wanted me to buy new tires . I finally ended up at formula tires and they were really cool . I ask the tech if he could glance at my brakes to see if its getting close, not a problem even removed a tire for a second time to point out a concern on one of the tires. Me I retired three years ago after 40 years of being gen mechanic and racing alcohol dragster 7 years and shop owner for 15 of those years . I would have been proud to work alongside these gentlemen.

Called ahead to ask how much to mount and balance two tires, they asked size, I said 315/35/20...guy says $12.95 each, I asked him to repeat himself and he did. Show up, get two tires mounted...$84!!!!! Sign in their office is wildly misleading on pricing because theyll adjust as they see fit for too big...so only bring them 14 wheels or grab your ankles. Asked for a military discount, they both literally laughed...I didnt know veterans were something laughable. NEVER going there again.

Ran over something on State Street. This tire store closest. I have just had surgery. I asked if they could help me and patch tire. Bruce said he would make me an appointment to come back. I had no problem with that but needed to change to my spare. He didnt offer and when I pulled into a parking space in his lot he told me I could not do that in his lot. I have spent thousands of dollars on my cars there and they will never get another cent from me.

My car hit a curb and was pulling to the right. I took my car to Formula Tire on the recommendation of a local body shop. Formula performed an alignment. When I picked up the car, it still pulled to the right. I called the shop owner, who said they could try replacing a lower control arm.I thought about this, then it occurred to me that the shop should have test-driven the vehicle to see if my initial complaint had resolved, then called to advise of the need for a part, so I didnt waste time picking up my not-yet-repaired car, then having to drop it off again.I didnt drop it off again. I took the car to Les Schwab, which found visible damage to the lower control arm and replaced it. It cost me another alignment, but I got my car back in one shot without a repeat visit.

Went to Formula Tire to have a gouged chrome rim replaced. Arrived at about 7:55 and was greeted by a staff a few minutes later. While the damaged wheel was being replaced, one of the mechanics took the time to reflate my other tires. By 8:15 AM, I was done!

I had a not so good experience with this tire shop, I would say that their charges for tire installation and balancing are high plus they add a disposal fee for each tire. They would not take military discount as well so for those military and retired folks this may not be a good deal. Just a heads up. I would rather go to a military friendly business and shop around.

Very great experience. Cheaper than online and MILITARY discount too. Will never buy my tires anywhere else.

I bought a newer truck from NW Motorsport with new wheels and tires, long story short 3 fuel “krank” wheels cracked over past 4 months costing me $350 each time. The dealership wouldn’t do anything to help me even tho it was lifetime warranty on wheel. This place was able to get my key lug nuts off using an air chisel and had some extra lugs to replace them at no extra cost. They were there to get things done and not point out pointless details like another tire shop nearby.

Went in for basic alignment and was told about 110 dollars, went in was told I needed new tires. I told them to just put the old ones back on and when I go to pay I get told 190... they put new tires on without my permission and didnt even do the alignment. Wouldnt recommend unless you like getting ripped off!

I called a few weeks ago to get a new tire but didnt have the money at the time to pick it up. Formula tire worked with me so I could pick up my tire when convenient and when I had the money. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I appreciate all of the help.

Great service most the time... Didnt do proper alignment as I had a tie rod that was toast when I took it in and they didnt catch it (which is obvious when doing an alignment). Took it back and they redid alignment for free but werent really willing to admit they made a mistake and basically said no one else would redo for free. But ironically they took my car keys without asking a ton of questions before mentioning theyll redo for free. 🤔 Ive had great luck with this place. Maybe just do alignments elsewhere

These gentlemen did a great job on my car brakes. First time in years I actually received a written note of thanks. What a delightful surprise!

I brought in my new wheels to get them mounted. Zach is the one I would trust to get them done correctly, but he was not there that day. I was eager to get my new wheels on so I trusted that they had professionals working there. Biggest mistake I made because they scratched/damaged my brand new rim AND my stock rim which WAS in good condition! Bruce called me and told me when he took my new rim out of the box the scratch was already there. I inspected my new rims when I received it, and there were NO damages. Bruce pulled a shady move and tried to cover up their mistake. Of course he didnt admit fault, and I had to pay for the service, which was $89 (he quoted me $95 plus tax prior). I wonder why he charged me less. I knew why once I came home and opened the box with my stock rims. It was obviously damaged. I went back to the shop and talked to Bruce, and he said they were already like that. He told me to come back in two days and talk to Dave. After many conversations of explaining myself and showing them proof/pictures Dave finally agreed to pay me $200 for damaging my old rim but no reimbursement for my BRAND NEW rim or the $89 service fee. If could give them a zero star I would. DO NOT GO HERE!

I went there once to change my cars tire but I saw a lack of respect for the customer. theres an old man working there, he left me when I spoke to him and made me wait for a long time and when I asked him to come to look at the tire, he ignored me as if I was talking to myself so I left the place!! Even one star it does not deserve because the respect is more important than the service..

I dont have standard tires and Formula was able to find them for me at a decent price. I was quoted my brakes could be fixed for $750 or $800 and that all 4 wheels needed new brakes only to find out the back brakes are fine and so are the calipers. Formula can do my brakes for approx. $300 saving me a lot of money. Its so hard to find a good mechanic but when you do you just know. I know I did.

Had good, prompt service but was under the impression that the single tire I was getting on sale (had a blow-out) was new. Therefore when i replaced all 4 I was going to use it as a full-size spare. Turned out it was old.Friendly but misleading.

Went there today, had to have my truck towed because I had a punctured tire. Spare wouldnt come down which is typical of GM trucks. they sold me a used tire in better shape than my previous tire for 75 buck and got the spare out too. In and out in about 15 to 20 minutes! This use to be the best place in Marysville to get good tires and service on a budget but not so much anymore and Dave needs a little retraining on his customer service skills.

After charging me $20 for a rotation, they told me one of the tires was missing a lugnut, and Ill have to procure it myself.After getting a whole new set of lugnuts and rotating the tires myself after they did it, this is what I found:1. The thread is completely stripped. Would have been nice if they had told me this so I didnt waste my time. A quick visual inspection was all that was required to confirm this.2. Removing the lug nuts I found some horrifying things - Some required 130+ ftlb of torque to remove, while others on the same tire required barely 60. And this is after only 3,000 miles from when they did the service. Theyre rated for 80lb of torque. Maybe the tech hasnt heard of the star pattern youre supposed to use?Im pretty pissed that I spent $20 for work that has pretty much no quality. Ive gotten better help from free tire rotation places! Ill be rotating my own tires from here on out.

Just not enough room here to list all the good of this business. locally privately owned, If they dont have it in stock they will order it in for you, i purchased a set of 4 tires for the wifes car, cooper brand name $350.00 out the door and done in half an hour! less schwab wanted almost $700. for the same dam tire! this is an older shop with tire guys that have forgotten more about the business than i will ever learn! I always shop around because im a cheap guy but they consistently beat everyone else when it comes to the bottom line. Even discount tire couldnt match the price . One last note. this is an older shop with actual tire and suspension people working there. this is not staffed with supper friendly, just out of high school idiots.

Rude and racist! If I could give ZERO stars I would! I went to gather a tire quote- (Im a blond haired blue eyed woman) and was greeted by 2 older gentlemen, they were eager to help, until they saw my Italian husband, then their attitude immediately changed and it became very awkward. Sad, Sad Sad!!!!We will not be returning ever!!!!!!

My trucks battery died close to this shop so I went to see if they could help with a jump. I was charged $10.91. No customer service here, I will never buy tires from this shop.

The price told on phone $40,00 for used tire changed after tire installation to $50.00 along with bad behavour. I will NOT recomend anybody for this shop. The dude is crazy.
