Dealing with Coughlin was an easy and great experience. The used car we purchased for our son had new tires, and seems to be taken well care of. I was also told that the car had been inspected, but found a leak under the hood. We took the car back to the dealership, and spoke with the dealership as well. They are going to take care of the issue that was found and will contact me once it is completed. I would not hesitate to deal with Coughlin motors on another purchase.

Last 2 service visits were disasters. Wont be a third. This last service was for an oil change and tire rotation. They spilled oil all over the engine compartment and oily hand prints all over the engine cover. They also did not top off any fluids. The visit before this they got the oil change right but stripped 2 of my lug nuts and said they did not have time to fix that day. Went to parts counter got the parts and went home and fixed the lug bolts and nuts. We have 2 cars of which are both jeeps and will not give them any of the service work moving forward. Guess we have to drive to crown jeep of Dublin to avoid incompetence.

Start off with hats off to James the sales manager for such a great deal.Hassle free no sales pitch they were very professional and very down to earth between James, shawn,Tony and Tom you couldnt ask for a better group of people! So I let them know where I was comfortable at payment wise and down payment as well the first offer they showed me hit all of the marks right on even alittle under on payments that I wanted. Best car buying experience! Tom McAdoo was super helpful and made the whole process simple.

We came with a pre-approval from our bank for 90,000 and they refused to sell us the truck without running our credit on their own end, even though they have a lending relationship with our bank. When we attempted to finalize the purchase they told us they sold the truck to someone else and had actually had someone else on the truck through the whole process and never told us. We drove over an hour and the sales manager’s excuse was that the salesman, who we had told we were on our way to get the truck, didn’t know it was already sold. We have bought 4 vehicles through Coughlin and will never deal with them again. Ever.

Came in got helped right away. Fast process and got a great deal for my trade in. Will return in the future but for now happy with my new car.

Purchased, a 2012 chevy 2500HD from Tom McadooAt this dealer. After the purchase within the first week I encountered issues, after calling the dealer they refused to help with repairs. The tech I spoke to on the phone said they knew it needed glow plugs which I have since replaced about 400 in parts. The main repair was the def tank heater which was a 1k repair I had to perform within the first week of ownership. Also I bought the truck for top value even though I had to put a new mirror on and chrome bumper cover on rear of the truck about $600 in parts. This dealer will lie to you and when you ask for assistance they turn you away. In all the vehicles I have bought from a dealer I have never had to perform repairs within the first month of ownership. This dealer will do the bare minimum for you look elsewhere for a used or new car. Highly not recommended. The least this dealer could of done was covered parts or labor.

Tom and the finance manager were fabulous. We researched the vehicle we were interested online, called the dealership and did everything except signing documents via phone. When we arrived everything was ready and waiting for us. No bait and switch, no wheeling and dealing just straightforward honest service. On paper the deal was exactly what had been discussed. Tom and the finance manager were fabulous and friendly. I was not excited to drive 2.5 to 3 hours for a car but after negative experiences at other dealerships and the ease of working with Tom Id definitely do it again.

Charged over 200 dollars to “diagnose” and change my tire to my spare. Charged me for new lug nuts. Didn’t balance my spare, didn’t give me the old lugs.Take your wranglers somewhere honest or do it yourself.

Gary was very helpful on both occasions getting me set up with one of his rental cars along with making sure my truck was fixed correctly. I had two different problems with the truck and Gary not only got my rental car set up, but also delivered it and picked up my truck to take back for the service. Took my 2014 Ram in for service, claimed I had 8,000 plus in repairing the truck, I feel they tried to milk me on this truck, over charged me for an oil change and fuel filter .I asked them to clean my EGR tube and clean out the soot in my intake on my Ecodiesel, they never did . Wanted to charge my 4000.00 for a particulate filter, I asked them to service my truck and they didnt even change the dirty air filter .they did however stick me with a huge repair bill 200 plus for an oil charge 300 plus for a fuel filter .Ill never go back to those crooks.

Service department gave great customer service. Mike and Gary were great they got my vehicle completed within time they stated. I would recommend dealership to everyone.

I continue to have outstanding experiences with the service department. My wife discovered an air leak in her right rear tire so I immediately called and setup a service appointment for the same day. I brought it in and the service department found a 3/8 x 4 threaded stud buried in the tire that caused the leak. They plugged the leak and had me back out the door in less than 20 minutes for a very reasonable cost. Great service and responsiveness. I will definitely come back.

Very disappointed, had a bad review with them before, they talked me into taken it down, well here we go again, I took my truck in to get Polly coating put on my truck had a 9 am schedule brought in my truck at 750 am gave my keys to the service department, came back at 1100 am my truck was sitting at the same spot, I told my wife maybe they parked in the same spot, she looked at it and it had the same drit on it when I brought it in.

I could not be more pleased with the service recently provided by Gary Kennedy, Service Manager, and his staff. I needed a hitch for my Pacifica van. It took a while to get parts due to Covid delays, but Gary kept me apprised about status. When they discovered an additional cover was needed for the sensors, they delivered my van to my home so I would be able to use it. Then when it came in, they picked it up and brought back when finished. They even washed it. They did a GREAT job and the price was even less than I had thought it would be. I was totally impressed! Thanks Gary and team!

The entire team from sales( Marshall, Kendall, and Randy) were simply outstanding. I drove over 200 miles to buy a vehicle there and was not disappointed. They addressed every question to my complete satisfaction. When a minor mechanical issue arose, the service department stepped in and resolved it. They earned the 5 stars.

Ive mainly only dealt with the parts department. Their inventory is great. If they dont have the part you need they can get typically get it in fast. Quality of replacement parts is always excellent. I highly recommend using original equipment parts for most of your auto repairs. I compared the same part from the manufacturer and one from aftermarket and hands down the OE part is way better quality and the price is usually close to the aftermarket. Surprisingly quite a few parts cost less than the aftermarket part stores.

While the employees are nice and Ive had no issues with anyone personally, and like everyone Ive dealt with, two major snafus in service have sent me away for good. Ive taken my 2017 Jeep Cherokee here six times for routine maintenance. The second time, June 22, 2018, someone failed to properly attach either the oil filler cap or drain plug, and the engine jettisoned most of the oil in short order. I was able to limp it back to dealership before a meltdown (only made it a mile or so down the road before realizing something major was amiss). Fortunately no permanent damage occurred but this could have been a disaster.I would have gone elsewhere after that, but - only after I asked for some sort of remediation - they gave me four free oil changes. All was well through those subsequent services, until today. After spending about $450.00 for routine service and new front brake pads/rotors, I noticed the traction control disable light was on as I drove home. Pushing the traction control on/off button did nothing, and it was back to the dealership. Some error was made during the service, which disabled traction control, and the cruise control. They fixed their error pretty quickly but it cost nearly an extra hour of my time.More importantly than wasted time due to these mistakes, is a loss of trust in their ability to competently handle repairs and maintenance. Two of six visits resulted in major errors by the service department, and thats too much. Time to find someone new to work on my Jeep.

I took my truck in for a check engine issue. The service team was quick to diagnose the problem and my vehicle fixed the same day. They went the extra mile to check with another dealership that has replaced a related sensor earlier a few months ago, so as to confirm the right approach to addressing my issue.

I am very impressed by Coughlin Chrysler of Marysville! Our family just bought our first Dodge, and it had an airbag light on as well as some of the chimes not making sounds. I was able to get a quick appointment and was given great help! I was called several times throughout the day with progress updates, and they were very knowledgeable and good at what they do! What an amazing experience I had on the purchase of my 2013 Jeep! My husband and I had so much fun with Jim Music and Todd Siler. I work for another dealership and had a used 2015 Challenger Hellcat wholesaled to my dealership for me to personally purchase, not a vehicle to sell on our lot. This vehicle was as many would think is still under full warranty seeing as how it only had 2600 miles however Ive come to learn that Coughlin did not perform the required maintenance at 6 month to maintain the warranty so now Im stuck with a $63000 vehicle that now needs a new engine ($18000 ish) due to over consumption of oil and Dodge has declined any help for the reason of failure to maintain. I feel first and most of all Dodge is crap and obviously has issues for not covering this seeing as how I have owned for 3 months when diagnosed and put less that 2000 miles on the vehicle but also am ashamed that Coughlin would even have offered a vehicle for sale without doing required maintenance as Dodge states to maintain the warranty. I have left the owner three messages and not receive any call back and the sales manager who wholesaled me the car (I thought would offer more help than just speaking to the area service director) quickly mentioned it was wholesaled to my dealership when I originally called for assistance to make known it wasnt his problem. Yes the vehicle was sold for me to buy from my dealership however prior to that Coughlin owned the vehicle for 11 months and offered it to the public.

Denny was great. Started inquiry on the internet and after initial questions were answered I came in person. Once we had things nailed down verbally my schedule went haywire. Denny worked with me and when I came in to buy a week later, crunched for time, Denny and the finance gent worked fast. All paperwork was accurate and reflected exactly what we had agreed on verbally. I really appreciated their integrity.

Kendal was very nice and helpful on a purchase of a used SUVUpset by the additional charges with the finance person, The $35 title and license fee understandable, then $250 Paper Work fee which should have included the afore mentioned $35 fee.And the attempt to charge a $250 loan origination fee and tried to blame on the bank, where we are a member of an knew there was no such thing. We should have walked out at that point.Still upset that I paid the paper work fee, due to the fact I was distracted by the loan origination fee.UPDATE: It’s been 3 months now and still no fix as promised.....
