We rented a moving truck from them & Mike was super helpful and saved us a ton of money. We didn’t even ask him to, he just went ahead and made it more cost effective. Would definitely recommend renting from them & working with Mike!

Fixed a problem on my Honda van that I had taken to the dealership at least twice and they misdiagnosed the issue. We were heading to Montana tomorrow. Bones staff drove it, located the problem and repaired it in less than 3 hours. We’ll have a much safer trip! Thanks—you guys rock!!

Pretty slow service. Only one guy was allowed to do the check in and he was busy so the other gentleman was talking the entire time and then all the intake guy did was write a name and phone down... Why couldnt the other guy have gotten that information?

I had my alternator belt break on my way to work on a Friday. Had my car towed to Bones shop before the close of business that day. By 10:30am the next morning he had me up and running with a new belt. Extremely reasonable prices, totally straight forward communication, zero problems. Got me out of a Jam. The crew at Bones Automotive was phenomenal. They listened to the description of my car troubles, gave me a few options and take great care of me and my car. My alternator went out in my 2012 Camry. The prices they quoted me were well within reason but when they told me they stand behind their work I knew this was the place to go. Fortunately (and lucky for me) they were able to take care of my car and get it fixed before closing on the same day I brought it in. I highly recommend this quality establishment. Never is there a lull in their excellent customer service, car knowledge, and pricing. I dont intend on ever getting my car serviced anywhere else if I can help it. They are always ready to explain the problems, and what they did to fix said problems. Smart dudes, for real. I trust them fully. Going to a repair shop can be intimidating as a lady, im always ready to have someone try to swindle me due to my lack of knowledge, but Ive never felt insecure at their place. Best shop in Snoho in my experience.

Nice guys and very professional. I used the u-haul service and was 2 days late on returning it but kept in contact with them and never received any slack. This place is awesome. Very hard to find a good, honest shop these days. This place didnt charge me an arm and a leg or add things that werent needed. I went to Les Schwab in Marysville and they added a tone of work. Came to Bones Automotive and and my bill was like $1500 less then the local Les Schwab. I highly recommend this place.

Helped this old lady out Tremendously. Headlight went out bought two and put the devils in.Didnt feel bad he needed the shop for variety of tools.Thankyou again quick no appointment and very courtesy. Thanks again guys I will be back .Its the pits now not having my husband around still to take care of these scary things.Angels and Heaven decided they needed him more.
