Their service department rocks !First time came here for hitch installation.Second time, oil change.Third time: I told them list of small issues with my new 2020 subaru ascent and Jonah took care of them. He and his team proactively addressed every issue and their respective remedies.

We bought (well what we thought we were doing) a 2020 Forester 5/27/2020. Had a 2015 Kia Sorento for trade-in. We left that day with the new car and what we thought was a painless easy experience until Monday 6/1/2020 when we were contacted by the lending bank regarding income. The man who contacted us right away after I submitted the inquiry from Roy Robinson specifically told us to fill out the financial application on line which I did. Well the financial people at the dealership DO NOT VERIFY what you put in for mistakes! They never once asked for proof of income or address verification which we thought was interesting when we left the dealership in this brand new vehicle. That evening we got a call from the dealership at right around 5pm saying the deal was falling apart and he would call us back in an hour or two! Well no call that evening and nothing until noon on 6/2/2020 with a ridiculous offer! We decided at that point that unfortunately we would have to return the car. We drive the 45 minutes back to the dealership and first thing I noticed was the Sorento had no license plates on it! We go in to return the car and get our car back and they only have 1 key! Ummmmm I gave them 2 when we turned it over! Well they lost one of them! WHAT!!! I handed them together to the man we were working with so how do you misplace ONE of them? They had no reason but said they would get in touch with our local Kia dealership and have a new one made. That’s not acceptable to me! They had already destroyed the plates but said they were getting them the next day and would overnight fed ex them because supposedly the licensing agency closed at 1:30 which was not true unless every licensing department in the area had inaccurate information on their websites. They put a temporary sticker on the car for 2 days and would email us when they sent the new plates! The next day 6/3/2020 We wait for an email or fed ex or phone call! Nothing from them! Finally my husband calls the dealership and was told they weren’t able to get plates for some reason and we need to get them from our local DOL and they would email him proof the deal didn’t go through so we could get them! Again nothing from them. Still no word on what was being done about the key replacement either! So today 6/4/2020 I call the bank that finances my Kia to make sure everything is good and make a payment and guess what! The Kia was paid off by Subaru! Thank goodness my bank is great and told me what to do! I called Subaru myself today and they had already put a stop on the check and found out that I do not need anything to get new plates and I can just go to the DOL and explain the situation and all is good! WHY did they not tell us this yesterday? While on the phone with them today I asked about the key situation! At some point through the past few days my husband told them that having a new key made was unacceptable and we wanted it re-keyed and re-programmed because a key to our vehicle was out there somewhere and we weren’t comfortable knowing that which the guy we’ve been dealing with agreed! The woman I talked to today (because the man we’ve been dealing with was not in today) was extremely rude regardless of my tone and attitude! She said she didn’t know about the key situation but could guarantee that no one would ever use it to steal my car (because that was a major concern of mine) I told her she can not guarantee anything especially with the uproar that is going on right now! She said she would see what she could do about the key situation. At that point I told her that I want a solution immediately! This is completely unacceptable! I could not have only returned one key when I returned the new car! Well guess what! They found the key very quickly after we spoke! And guess what else??? They loose THOUSANDS of keys (told to me directly from her mouth when I asked)! Really??? They lie and do not follow through on anything they say including the General Manager! I will never recommend or do business with ROY ROBINSON IN MARYSVILLE again!

Terrible dealership! Sales appt. missed! No one at the dealership said a word to me after I arrived, so after a few minutes I just left! Traffic at the I-5 exit there was a nightmare!
