Curt and Jim (Owners), Joyce (Just the accountant): Mean, aggressive, arrogant, avaricious! Take the money and run! All the five stars I am seeing must be shills. I was asking for an insurance quote for a damaged suspension. The one star ratings which I read, had to do with suspension repair.Their experience was equal to mine. Curt started off the Monday morning with youre not on time. I was fifteen minutes early. Curt was snappy, impatient and belittling. Curt stated that they would work with the insurance company but then indicated he wanted me to buy the parts separately and they would bill the insurance. Jim indicated (on the phone) that they would work with the insurance company; but after the quote, he tried to get me to buy the parts separately and then have me deal with the insurance company separately. At one point Jim stated that he was only in it for the money. Jim explained what was needed to be repaired but refused to do a written estimate. Jim and Curt were belittling when I tried to get them to explain themselves or repeat the parts. Joyce answered the phone once and called me once. Each time when I asked her to clarify something, she would say in a belittling tone, Im just the accountant and hang up. Obviously, Jim and Curts pit bull and shady temperament has worn off on her as well. I called Jim one last time and told him I would come back and pick up the vehicle. He said, Good! When I came to get the vehicle, Jim could not look me in the eye and said nothing. Jim handed me the key to my vehicle without looking at me. Jim and Curt came across as very shady, money grabbing and incompetent. Im glad I read the other reviews and didnt have them to do the work. But, I am out of a mornings worth of time. Im sure I would have been out of a lot of extra money with a very shabby repair. Good riddance!

Went in for an allighment and came out with a crooked steering wheel same position as I brought it in and it was driving good for a while but then started to turn to the right as it was when I brought it in and way to overpriced dissatisfied.

Ive been going there for a while and this place is really good and you get what you pay for other places theyre mediums or the size of Dutch Brothers large and you pay more there theyre really good they make delicious drinks and after going for so long one night I went and my drink was totally messed up tasted like water and the next morning I went I told one of the ladies about my experience and she gave me a free drink the exact same order and it was delicious

I have to say a huge thank you to this shop not only did they get me in right away (called 4:30 day before and had a 9 am apt) tried to help find a replacement wheel, worked on getting my ride back to as good as before my incident! Also help get me to a place to get my wheel locks off, and didnt charge to swap my wheels and recheck everything, all in the same day!!! I highly recommend this shop from one industry pro to anyone else!! Thank you Harvey & Singer ❤️

I would suggest using another shop. Employees are nice but owner is not. I received a hard time when they didnt do their work correctly the first time.The shop was really nice until they got their money and said the work was done. I have worked at a tire shop and been wrenching for years... I went to have a set of Goodyear Duratracs mounted on my new rims and an alignment. Upon leaving the store I got to cruising speed and noticed a shake in the steering wheel. I immediately went back to the shop where I was more or less pushed to the side. I asked them to look at it and he had one of the mechanics Jack up the front and spin it still attached to the truck. You could see the truck would shake and I was told it wasnt that bad. Fast forward to today... I still had the shake and on my way from work. I could feel a shake in the rear at about 50 and front about 65 mph. I went into the shop and the owner had a very bad attitude. I was ignored for about 15 min at the front desk when he knew I was there(he helped the guy in front of me) When he finally acknowledged me (already paid $180 for alignment and mount balance) he tells me there is nothing he can do. He also tried to tell me I didnt pay for balance(I did... $80) and said I dont know what to tell you. He made it sound like he was going to charge me to do again when it wasnt done right the first time. I went to another local tire shop and had it redone (2 front tires were off by 2oz and rear were off by 1.5oz) had each one redone- new weights and no shake!!! Go imagine... A customer who complains 3 times should not be told I dont know what to tell you. I would suggest doing business with someone who actually cares about their customers... and their quality of work.

Went here to have a tie rod and drag link installed, along with a front end alignment. They called to tell me the work was done and the test drive was good. Picked my vehicle up just before closing time and headed toward home. As soon as I got on the highway my steering wheel shook violently, it felt like the wheels were going to fly off. I turned around to head back to the shop but they had closed for the weekend. I managed to get home driving less than 40mph and took a look at the work they had done (2 photos attached).Turns out the new parts didnt fit correctly, instead of calling or informing me, they used several washers and achieved a very loose/dangerous steering system. I called the shop Monday morning and asked if they could fix the steering or put back on the stock parts. I was then informed they had already threw away my stock parts, eliminating that option. Upon returning to the shop I was treated poorly and after explaining my issues asked Well, what youd you like me to do? I replied, I would like you to install the parts correctly and re-align my vehicle. They did fix the problem the second time around, they also forced me to pay for labor twice. Over 300 dollars for the initial labor, and then 250 to fix their own mistakes. I was never given an apology, and was told at every turn it was my fault. I only paid the second time because they wouldnt return my keys until I paid. Avoid this shop like the plaque, best case scenario youll leave with an empty wallet, worst case a motor vehicle accident from losing control of your steering wheel. Ive shown these pictures to a few mechanics since the incident, they all agreed the parts where installed incorrectly and advised me to get my vehicle back and take it elsewhere.

Ive been here twice now and I will definitely be back. Everyone around the shop is friendly, the work is good quality and they wont set you back on the road unless your vehicle is back at tip-top shape. Not to mention they wont charge you an arm and a leg either.

Awesome service. Got the alignment perfect on our G37X. The price also was excellent with the replacement of the CV joint and rack boot.

My wife and I were heading out to Tahoe when the bearings went out on our travel trailer damaging the axle & hub. The tow truck driver recommended another shop in town but when I received their estimate I knew it was way too high. (Ex. quoted $375 for an axle when I know this axle should cost close to $100). Ultimately Harvey & Songer did the job with fair pricing & even more important with the experience and knowledge to do the job right which is important for safety especially when towing. One more helpful observation for me was to see a school bus and a police SUV cruiser in the shop yard. Its always a good sign when institutions use the service of the shop since institutions require frequent work and they track the quality of that work. Great quality service.

Put leveling kit on my truck then took it to these guys for an alignment. When i left the truck pulled to the right. They told me they cant adjust caster, and it must be my tires and to switch tires left to right. Switched and still pulls. Went back again and was told there is nothing they can do that its just a bad design by dodge. Dodges bad design was working just fine before they touched my truck. I immediately left there and went to another shop and they got me right in and got the problem solved for half of what Harvey & Songer charged me. Will never go back or recomend anyone i know go back here.
