HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They were professional, answered all my questions, they regularly call you with updates do great work and they do it fast. Also my little one got sick and I couldnt come to get my car for a week after it was done and not only were they really understanding but they kept it for days without issues and even washed the car and vacuumed the inside for me. Glenn, the main guy who worked with us and his crew were incredible. I tried to call after i left to express my gratitude for everything. From the second i was hit, they gave me a bid for the insured who accidentally hit my truck and they were so on it as far as keeping a customer up to date with real time staus and what they exoect as far as the repair work, paint l, etc.We ouckes up outlr truck after hiura so i didnt get a chance to thank them but Im telling you, i have nothing vested in this buainess, it just happened to be 1 of 4 places i was given by the insurured USAA insurance and i got lucky i picked this place.my truck was absolutely gorgeous and they cleaned the entire inside and outside and it felt like i bought a neeF150 as it was so nice. I cannot overstate how good Shannon, who works the office and Glenn, the mechanic they were. If i ever need work done to a car, this is where i will go, plain and simple.

I was involved in a car accident that wasn’t my fault and went with this car shop because it was one of the best reviewed places on google. It was a really tough time because I was hit financially but the experience at this shop was phenomenal. I wasn’t expecting much but when I received my car they even did an almost full detail inside, they waxed it, and my car looked brand new. I left with a car that was even better than it was before my accident.I cannot highly recommend this place more, this will be the only shop I’ll go to for any future repairs. I went there to get an estimate after receiving it I wasnt satisfied because they didnt remove the bumper to see all the damages underneath my car. I made a second appt to get that done and when I arrived I get this paper stating that Im consenting to repairs, when earlier I told them I wanted a full inspection under the car. It felt like they were pressuring me to get my car repaired there. After letting them know, they said they didnt want the job, so I decided to go somewhere else. I dont understand why they couldnt take the bumper off and look at the bottom frame work, and give me an estimate. I dont want a phone call later saying we need to replace this and this and its an additional cost. All I wanted was a detailed description of exactly every thing that needed to be done. On the form they were trying to get me to fill out it said I give them permission to repair for $5500 and any additional cost I would be liable for. Mainly, the reason Im giving them a bad review is how they tried to trick me into choosing them to repair my car when I told them, its just an estimate!!!

I brought my car in after an accident and they repaired my car but I ended up with bright blue paint spots and my hood dinged. They said they did not know how it got there.

Great customer service! My car had been hit while I was at work and she is my baby. Christian went above and beyond to reassure me that they would take good care of my car. Got her back in just a couple of days and you cant even tell she was damaged! Beautiful job. Even went out of their way to fix a deep scratch, and a couple of messed up touch ups. I WILL ALWAYS USE THIS COMPANY FOR MY VEHICLE REPAIRS!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!I took my vehicle in for repairs after being in a accident. The lady in the front was very nice and helped me with all my needs answered every question I had. Mechanic who was inspecting my vehicle was great at letting me know everything that was going to be done. I took my vehicle in on Aug 1st and got my vehicle back Aug 13th I received a phone call with updates every few days. I received a call when they were inspecting the damage. Received a phone call when they were done with inspection and what parts where needed to be ordered. I received a phone call when the parts arrived at the shop and was told how long it would take before I was able to pick up my vehicle. I was amazed at how the paint matched to a T with the specks of glitter in it. You could never tell my vehicle was damaged! They also cleaned the inside of my vehicle I dont know if this is something they do all the time or if it was just part of my insurance, either way my vehicle looked way better inside and out when I got my vehicle back then when I took it in! This will be the only place I will take my vehicles for repairs.

Today I had an appointment here to get an estimate on my car who got crash a in Bellingham a week ago 😞 this people check me in but as soon as I get in the pull me out of the place and told me they were going to help me but I had to wait outside cuz Covid-19 😡 my baby and the grandma had to be waiting outside nobody care. No chair, no table . They are not ready to care of costumers, poor service

Thank you to everyone who posted a review before me. I needed some body repair after a giant rock dented my hood and as Im new to the area was a little unsure of where to take my car. Thanks to all the great reviews I chose ARA and was very pleased. I also needed a rental car and Enterprise picked me up and I was able to turn my car in after repairs were complete. The repair service was quick and my car looks amazing again and to add icing on the cake they detailed my car. The terrible attitude from the receptionist (it always seemed that I was inconveniencing her) to the weak customer service after the repair was done, please dont do business with this shop. Having a collision is bad enough to have to endure more issues with the repair service.

My car is an older Chrysler convertible no longer being built with a damaged trunk lid and shorting out some sensors. They worked with the dealership and did a beautiful job on the body work.
