I brought my car in after my accident (obviously haha) and when I picked it up it was looking better inside and out than it was before the accident so thank you and great job! Even though insurance handled most of it they made the whole process easy for me and were super accommodating, a big thanks to Becca as well for dealing with my calls, questions, and shuttling issues.

Roy Robinson Collision Center went above and beyond for us. We had a few things wrong with our vehicle that all happened around the holidays plus with covid we had a uniquely challenging situation. Roy Robinson was the last in a long chain on people that touched our car over the course of 6 weeks. They provided us with services they didn’t have to and worked to get the repairs done quickly even though they arguably had the most work to do. If I ever need repairs done to a vehicle again we will absolutely be going back and would recommend to anyone.

I had some very extensive hail damage on my Subaru Legacy from living in Colorado, and they did a fantastic job repairing it. My car looks brand new! They even detailed the inside of my car. Great customer service and very friendly staff. Thank you for everything!

I bought my car from Roy Robinson, so I thought I was making the correct decision bringing it to their collision center for some repairs. I was wrong. Im pretty frustrated with the whole situation. First off, it took much longer to repair then quoted. Not a huge deal but multiple times they told me it would be done on a certain day, only find they needed more time. When I went to pick it up I was dropped off with my 2 toddlers. They told me it was done but on further inspection it wasnt. I needed to get my kids home and after a small concession I brought my car home. Later I complained to Roy Robinson Dealership. They were understanding and told me to bring my car back to the Auto body Center and they would fix it. So I did. Unfortunately for me the repair they did looks worse then it did before the repair. But at this point I just want to be done with this situation. After bringing my car home I realized that they damaged my car. Great. So I brought my car back to them to fix the damage that they caused and I thought this was the end. To my dismay their repair failed. Honestly I just want to be done with this. Im a reasonable person and I understand things sometimes happen, but its the combination of poor workmanship and poor customer service that make me an unsatisfied customer.

Top notch business a deer kicked out my headlight i was able to get in the same day for repair. They even cleaned my car inside and out. Everyone was wonderful

One would like to believe any company would want business. They say they are an auto body and collision center, but when you bring in your vehicle for an estiamate, the estimators will question your damage. If you want a headache in front of you, then I would recommend this shop for that reason solely.Deans review is a good summary of my experience as well. So, that makes 2 customers unhappy with Josh.

Josh assured me he would take care of us and our car after the rear end accident.. Then he proceeded to call progressive behind our back and without our knowledge. He is trying to help Progressive Get out of having to pay for the damages there client caused. Is this how a dealership body shop is suppose to help there customers? We bought the car from Roy Robinson, If you ask me they are giving Roy Robinson A BAD NAME!!!! I let everyone know how i was Treated and suggest they go Somewhere else for good service. i will never go there again. We had our car inspected by Future Forensics And they found the damage Josh said wasnt there. Josh is quite the SHYSTER !!!

They did a wonderful job fixing my vehicle after being hit by someone and having to deal with that persons auto insurance. They were the only light in that tunnel. Thank you!!
