I got into a rear and accident and took it in. Tanya was great to work with and took care of all the insurance stuff and Fred and company fully restored my bumper. The most impressive is their paint work. I was shocked at the quality and how great it looked. They were quick and even detailed the inside of my car. Overall great experience, friendly people and I would absolutely work with them again. Highly recommend them!

This workshop repaired my car and after a few months the painting started to go out and I went to repair it and they didnt want to repair it and they gave a guarantee of work and they dont want to respect it. Theyre just giving excuses and n

My daughter banged up her first car and they did such a great job for a such a great price - We were able to pay for it ourselves without having to report to insurance - thank you soooo much. We will be coming back to you from now on

Friendly, reasonably priced, quality work. Unfortunately, this was our third visit but we come back because they do a good job and dont break the bank. Hopefully you never need their services but if you do, give them a call.

Took my mother-in-laws truck in after an accident. Fred did a phenomenal job repairing the front end. Took us in on short notice and had it done fast. A+++ job will recommend!

Did an amazing job in painting the tailgate for our truck. My wifes ex husband and son both dented the tailgate by backing into a tree when dumping yard waste debris. This was pounded out once, but was unfortunetly unable to do it the second time around.This truck was her dad he purchased for retirement in which he passed shortly after. She has kept this vehicle and it is great because it hails the boat, soiks, and heavy items when needed. But to state at this dent was driving her nuts.I purchased parts online and with dropping off the tailgate and the old one, they matched the color perfectly and now have it on the truck. Still have one more part to install before finished but waiting for the anchor pins to arrive.Would definitely go back again. Fair priced and glad it is completed. Sadly enough it is the nicest piece of the truck now.

The estimated price snd time was given me. We had a problem getting an after market mirror. We chose to pay extra for a new one. The individual at the desk is ESL, just be patient she knows what she is doing. Expected to leave vehicle for rwo days but I was able to wait for it. Really appreciated that because bus service is not the greatest here.

I went here to get a bent lower control arm replaced and they did the job well. The final cost including getting an alignment was $265, which was $135 cheaper than the estimate I got from Marysville Les Schwab. Because this is an auto collision shop, the owner was also able to check the car for frame damage while replacing the part, which allowed for some peace of mind.

Pretty sure all the one star reviews are fake trolls from another business because I got top notch friendly service getting my truck fixed quickly, on time, and low cost.

Went there a few weeks ago to remedy some minor rust around the windshield (the previous owner had the windshield replaced and the installer did a sloppy job, scraping the windshield frame to bare metal).They popped the old windshield out, cleaned up the rust, repainted & resealed the frame, and replaced with a new windshield (The old one was unsalvageable due to the way it was glued in - it broke coming out. Doing my own research, it happens more often than not for my vehicle).The work was great and the price was very fair. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again and I would recommend them to anyone!Edit - I had my repair done over *four* years ago at this point. The rust hasnt returned and it still looks fantastic!! Ive since moved cross-country, but if I was back in the area, I wouldnt hesitate to bring it back to NW Auto Body.

So I hate to have to do this, but I want people to know that Northwest Auto Body Rebuild INC. in Marysville Wa. DO NOT stand behind their workmanship.I took my 2006 Tiburon in and had some front end repair done to it, and since I was not going to use my insurance I chose this place since they beat the other 5 shops from anywhere from $200 to $1100.00, but I guess you get what you pay for.About a year later I noticed that the trim that goes around the wheel well was coming off so I stopped by to let them know and to see when they could fix it, but to my surprise I was given an estimate of how much it would cost me for them to fix what they had fixed already.To keep this short, DO NOT USE this shop, unless you do not care about Warranty work if by chance you need it, and my guess is you will.

Not a happy camper. I had a little dent on my left side panel. Took it on Tuesday and its still in the shop... and its Friday now. I need my car cause I have work in a different city. They said it would be done on Friday, now they are saying it wont be done till Monday. I will never come here again!!

Fred offered to look at my car 1-25 Im still waiting....If it takes weeks to look at it- imagine how long itwould take to fix it. Turns out Fred is so busy he doesnt care- thats what he told me...

Hmm was checking reviews on future work but if the owner swears at his customers I will look elsewhere.

Horrible promised me a actual time It would be done I needed a deadline that he promised to make and when I showed up he hadnt even touched it I politely said now worried I will just take my business elsewhere then Fred proceeded to swear at me and all this I will never return and I am passing the word on to many others to never go here the most un professional time ever
