We had a pretty simple fix for our Chevy express van. After being put off by poor customer service at the national chains, I went back to this locally owned body shop. (We had used it several years ago as well) I had an estimate in about 10-15 min. And the work was done in one day. Great service, great pricing! I’m super happy with these guys, and it feels good to support a local owned small business.

Went in for a small accident that occurred to my drivers side bumper. They cleaned the accident up and my bumper looks brand new! Josh and Steve are amazing to work with and made things smooth as silk for me. They even gave me some extra paint I requested for free! Such a great family and great family business!

I have had three separate dealings with them, two accidents-one custom paint job, and all three have been handled with professionalism and attention to detail. I was very pleased with how my van looked after they did the body work, but I am disappointed that nobody would talk to me about the battery. I didnt understand how I could bring a vehicle in with a brand new battery in it, and when I went to pick it up, it wouldnt start. The battery was dead. They had told me that the van was running rough, which I already knew, so I know it started while they had it. What could cause a battery to go dead like that at an auto body shop, and why wouldnt anyone talk to me about it?

This is the best body and paint shop I have ever been too. Steve, the owner is one of the most men I have ever met. Hoppy otherwise known as Hopsing the brick laying king.

Finally found a body shop that i can trust! Josh took my truck in last minute...front end damage and diver side damage they went through and made it look like nothing happened most importantly they worked after hours to make sure my sled was ready when I needed it!...cant thank Josh and Steve enough for the beautiful work they did to my pride and joy

Was surprised by a deer at 70mph in my 2018 F150 Platinum. Luckily the airbags didnt deploy. My insurance company sent me to a national chain repair shop, they use, to get estimate. I did and decided to get another quote. Accurate lines qoute was higher than the other shop because they were more concerned about fixing my truck to pre accident condition rather than saving the insurance company money. Using factory ford replacement parts! They had found additional damage that was missed by the other shop! Truck has pearl white paint that they matched to perfection! They made sure all of the new sensors, speed sensing cruise, lane assist, etc. were all calibrated by ford. Josh was awesome with communication and keeping me updated every step of the way. Thanks Steve, Josh, and the entire Accurate lines team!! Truck looks like new!! Highly recommend this shop!! In short, they work for you, not the insurance company!

Fantastic place to do Business, big or small. I have been there two times, very happy about both, first time they custom painted a fairing for my Harley, put in ghost flames, the second, a minor crease in the truck door, they even provided a ride home and back, so I didn’t have to wait. I believe Steve, the owner, and his crew all really care about their service. I would totally recommend them and will return if I need any other work done.

👎🧐 Sarcastic and disrespectful Owner, Do Not Recommend this place. I stopped by to get a quote to repair a small dent on my car. The owner approached to me while another gentleman was doing the quote, he started giving me these cheap options to repair my car and implied that I was wasting their time assuming I wanted to take advantage of the situation because my neighbor was going to cover the cost of the repair since it was her fault. He also said that the quote was going to cost me $25.00 because (assuming again) I was not coming back to do the repair. Very disappointed about this Shop and feel bad for the gentleman who was doing the quote, he was polite and professionall about all this. I would rate this place with Zero Starsi if I had the option 👎👎👎 😝.

So I dropped my truck off here because I got rear ended and I was nervous because I have OCD but I just picked it up today and there work Is excellent! They even detailed It inside and out. Highly Reccommend! Very friendly too!

Showed up with a bumper held up with bungie cords. They put it back into place in about five minutes after they got an estimate. They were very honest about it and didn’t charge me for putting it back on! I know it was a minor fix but not even a cent for their labor? They even recommended ways I could get the rest of the damage fixed for cheaper rather than only telling me they’d need OEM parts. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. Thanks guys.

They did a great job on my car and even let me know some of the work could be covered by my insurance - wow. Had an issue afterwards and they were on top of it and fixed with no problems/cost. Would recommend for any body work needed.

The only place I will take my car to get repaired. Took it there in 2010 when I got rear ended by a drunk driver, again about five years ago and somebody hit my car in the parking lot, and most recently went to a cooler fell in my garage and hit the hatch on my car. Always excellent work never had one complaint.

Great people, fantastic work, and they helped us work with the insurance company, honest and upfront place. This is my body shop for life.
