Over the past 22 years, I have purchased a washer, two dryers, and two refrigerators from MSA. They were all very well priced, clean, and lasted longer than I ever expected something used to last. Everyone there, from salesman to delivery guy, were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I tell everyone I know about this store. They have gotten me out of pinches, and they can you too!!

What a friendly group of people. They have great appliances of all kinds, washer/ dryers, fridge, stove that last. Their customer service is wonderful. I highly recommend Mountain State Appliances. Been going there for years.

Had them come out for the initial appointment to see what was wrong with the washer and dryer and he ordered the parts. Come to the second appointment I was given a different time as the technician he refused to wait 30 minutes for me to get off work and that was 3 weeks ago and I still have not heard from them to reschedule they have been paid so I guess That’s why they don’t care to reach out! Very unprofessional

Excellent small town friendly service. The owners talk me thru fixing my dryer when I went to buy one. Hopefully the fix works but if not Ill definitely buy from them.
