Had excellent I told them what I wanted. They had the microwave I wanted. They installed it the day. Very satisfied with them.

Terrible terrible company. Bought a Speed Queen dryer that failed in 3 weeks. Called Dunn. & Siebert who sold me the unit new and they told me to take it up with Speed Queen. No other service companies here, called them back and they told me the same thing. Super poor customer service, bought from them because small businesses are usually better customer service providers v.s big box stores. Not the case with Dunn & Sibert, worst in the business. They also state they are a service repair company- NOT TRUE!!!! They do not do repairs which I had Speed Queen update on their end. I think Dunn & Sibert may be going out of business given their attitude, false advertising as a repair company and they could care less about customer satisfaction. Buyer beware

I have called in a couple of times to get quotes, and the man on the phone treated me with the biggest attitude. Was not helpful at all. Would NOT recommend to anyone who is looking for good customer service and is looking to spend money.

I have bought several appliances from Dunn-Seibert over the years and I wont buy anywhere else now. Great service, excellent installation experience and I dont think you can beat the pricing.

I recently ordered a new range from a local department store being told 2 week shipment time and 1-3 days for delivery. I checked on the order and was told it would be another 3 weeks. I was very unhappy with the situation and went to Dunn and Siebert they had the exact range I had previously ordered and I was able to get it in 2 days..They provided exceptional service. Thank you Dunn and Siebert for quickly coming to my rescue.

Next door to this appliance business is an empty location for rent that a well known respected couple in the martinsburg area fixed up, landscaped, and renovated and because the owner of this business wouldn’t sign a paper to share parking for parents to drop and pick up their children, $9,000 went down the drain for a new community child care facility! Do not support this business!

I walked in for a simple oven element that typically run $25, Dunn & Seibert had the part, however their markup was $50 for the part. Glad they had it. Although Ill mail order my part next time.

At first, the sales man was very helpful, and answered my questions effeciently. However, after bringing my TV in for repair, the repair bill was triple the amount that I was qouted, and incidentally, within $100.00 of the original purchase price. Upon further research, this company wanted to charged me more than double the highest going price, for the part needing repair.

Good service all around. From the salesman to delivery.
