Carries a great variety of home goods. Prices are reasonable when using coupons. Like that they will accept coupons regardless of date. Sadly local store in process of closing.

Too bad the store location in Martinsburg WV is closing. Of course, the inventory is dwindling, and the markdowns are as expected for a store-closing sale. The retail staff remained polite, professional, and courteous. I hope all will be able to transition quickly to another job.

I went in and forgot the coupon I received in the mail and the lady wouldn’t honor them. I was totally disappointed. I put all 4 curtains back and rods and will not be coming back.. Coupons come in the mail all the time for very household member in my home. Why in the world did she not honor a coupon? Almost a $300.00 loss for her store..

I love this store. It is very clean and organized. There are employees throughout the store who ask you if they can help you. I havent ever had to search for someone to help me. The atmosphere is very welcoming. And in case you dont already know this, their coupons never expire (even though there is an expiration date printed on them) and you can use one for each item. This store has now programmed their register to calculate the best way to use your coupons to get the most savings.

Unfortunately this bed bath beyond is closing permanently. A few items left heavyly reduced.

Always clean and organize employees always asking if you need help

I went several places today to find pillows for my bed and several other articles. Looked at several stores couldnt get anyone to tell me the difference in any of them. Just by luck, I stopped Ashley. This woman was an encyclopedia of information. Told me and showed me things I aint never seen before. Nahh, Thats out of an old song I use to sing along with.Seriously, I could write a book on pillows after her instruction. Then I asked about flannel sheets. She ran out front and got me the best deal on them that she could find. I left the store with $163.00 worth of items and sort of happy. I didnt feel like I just left some of these other stores. God, you leave Wallys world and you feel like you should take a shower. KUDOS to you Ashley and your store. You make me feel like going out to the brick and mortar again. I dont know what they are paying you, but its not enough.

Wow what a variety of things for the home. Why havent I discovered this store years ago I will never know. Sort of expensive for some of the same items you can get at other stores. But for quality and selection this is the place to start.

Came to find a mattress cover for an extra long twin bed. They had some but nothing to fit our deep mattress. We need 18 inches.

To bad there closing I love this store

Staff were behaving strangely. Followed us around the store. Going in and out of the isles like we were under police surveillance. So much so, that we put our items back and bought them at Target. And I hate shopping at Target, if that tells you anything about the strange behavior of the staff at bbab. They went above and way beyond what would creep out any customer. Not everyone is a shoplifters nor should they be treated like one. I will not shop this location anymore.

Store is closing mid December 2020.
