The girls working were excellent! Very knowledgeable on situation. Kristin hopefully I spelled correctly fixed my phone quickly and gave me much information on what was happening to phone. Apparently big hacking and and all. Her co worker was busy making sure store was looking good and very personable! Was excellent going to this location as usually I go to Anson and Center St. location. Believe they changed were I will go now. Thank you girls!!!

Horrible customer service. Greeted rudely as soon as we walked in the door. Employee unaware of the particular promotion we mentioned and unwilling to help us. All around bad experience so we left to get help at the other U.S. Cellular store in town. Would not recommend this particular location to anyone.

Next generation was great they did what had to be done and I appreciate it very much thank you

I have been a harsh critic of US Cellular and the other US Cellular location in Marshalltown, but let me tell you, this store is the best.Its a small store, so they can become busy, but Ken, Amanda, & the rest strive to, not only ensure satisfaction, but to make the customer feel confident.If you plan to go to a Marshalltown location of US Cellular, go here.

Went there Saturday hoping to get my slow outdated Samsung galaxy J3 traded in but instead this lady kept telling me about down payments and all that. Yeah I understand that... It felt like she didnt want me to buy a new phone at all, thats cool, Ill go to Verizon then. Rated 1 star!
