Really takes up your time if youre just trying to pay a payment in person when it takes 2 mins to do, and dont let me started on there devices. I gotten a brand new phone and literally had to sent it back to Samsung just to fix 😒

Slow service, limited inventory, accessories are $40+ and cheaply made. The people are nice. Cant blame them for corporate polices. And call quality is steadily declining.

I moved a year ago and haven’t received a bill since even tho EVERY month when I pay my bill I tell them I have a new address. STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A BILL. So every month I’m stuck paying a late fee or my phone gets turned off cuz I wasn’t aware my bill was due. CUZ I DIDNT RECEIVE A BILL.The lady today told me I should remember when my bill was due when I complained of not getting a bill again. 🤦🏻‍♀️

My frustration keeps mounting with this place! Having a cell phone is expensive and very few of the reps seem to have customer service skills or knowledge to solve any issues you may be having. However theyre quick at suggesting you to buy a new phone.

Drove to this store from my usual store to get a iPhone 6sPlus cuz my usual store was all out along with the phone I really wanted... the iPhone 7 Plus my store didnt have and wasnt sure when they would. The lady who waited on me along with her managers made it possible for me to get the phone I wanted!!! The iPhone 7 Plus instead of me settling for something else!!! AMAZING STAFF!!! AWESOME SERVICE!!! #1 in my book!!!

If you want to wait hours just for a simple fix on your phone or to pay a bill this is your place. They do more checks simply picking up a phone than it would take to cross the North Korean Border.

As usual, they are very busy, but Carmen and Taylor did a wonderful job answering our questions and explaining the differences between the phones we were looking at.

I was in and out with in 25 minutes with the help from Eric. I needed a new phone and he answered all my questions. I was very happy with the service.
